Jo Anna kept me up to date by providing daily texts as to the status of the repairs. She offered any assistance to make sure the repairs were done properly and on time. A concern I had was getting my car back before my time with the rental ran out and Jo Anna made sure that everything was completed on time. It was a smooth operation and I couldn't be happier with the excellent work done to my car.

Today we picked up our car after almost a month and it looks like a very good job. Paul Ruiz service was very good, he explained to us what they did to the car. They also delivered it very clean! Could ve Improve communication a little for pick up time. But otherwise, everything went very well!

1st thing we were instantly content with was the detailed, constant, text communication Caliber Collision established from day one that our car was scheduled to be picked up and towed to their shop, and continued throughout the duration of the repair process. The detail of everything being done at every stage of repairs made us feel at ease, trust that our car was in good hands, and that there was no need to constantly stop by the shop to check the status of our car.They also did a great job on the repairs. Starting with color matching the paint, to repairing all the crashed areas and damage under the car. Upon test driving it a couple of days, it drives just as well as before it was crashed.Last, the lifetime guarantee on all repairs gives us great peace of mind to know if anything seems wrong, we can take it back to the shop to get taken care of at no cost.Thank you for everything and great customer service!

We have never used caliber collision before. Unfortunately a situation happened and we were in the market for work on our vehicle. Caliber collision did an excellent job in keeping us informed and everything that was going on every step of the way. We are extremely happy with Albert Martinez. Kept us posted and updated regularly on what was happening. This made us feel very comfortable and we were not worried about what was happening with our car. This experience has been a great one and we will definitely use caliber collision in the future if they need arises. Thank you!

Update: increasing to 3 stars. After my review I was contacted and asked to take my car back for what I was promised. My bumper still wasn't aligned too well due to being an after market bumper and don't really like the fact that I had to leave a review to be contacted by them. They got the job done, but probably wouldn't return if I needed auto work done again.Took my car here after getting rear ended. My car took an extra 2 months from the original estimated date, which I understand because of shipping. My issue is my bumper did not align properly and I was given multiple false promises. Adrian stated they would fill up my gas tank for inconvenience, which they didn't. On day of pick up, Adrian stated he would call me due to ordering another part that was damaged on my car but could easily be installed, as well as a back wiper and to fill my tank since they didnt as they said, yet I was never contacted again. Its been over a month now and still no call from Adrian. When my car was in the shop I had to constantly call daily for updates as I'd be told they'd call me back, yet never would. I get they're busy, but but forgetting about customers needs once the car is out of the shop ain't it, especially with mediocre work. They charged the insurance for those extra parts that have yet to be installed on my car. Insurance fraud?

The front desk staff is very courteous and helpful. Want to mention the office area is very clean compared to other shops I ve visited. Their workmanship went above and beyond my expectations. They get to work on car in a timely manner and very clean well done work. Am a return customer for sure!!

My sons car was at the N Zaragosa location for 8 months, due to a OEM part being on backorder. I was told that I would be updated by the service rep - Adrian.Well, I hardly got any updates, as I would have to call several times during this time span. As well, the majority of the times, they would not call me back after leaving a message for an update.On the 8 month, the car was finally ready to be picked up. When picking up the car, it was missing several parts, along with one indoor part not working. We did not notice the next day, that one, after market part was missing, so we took the car back to the shop. Lo and behold, they had the part in the shop. WHAT! I was told by the service rep (Adrian) that they were not sure that this part would be installed - so they kept it! So, does that mean they're going to keep the part, since it is a aftermarket part?Another part that was missing was going to be ordered. It took 8 1/2 weeks to get this part. I would call and leave messages with Adrian and Sean (GM) - but they would not call me back to give me an update on the ordered parts.I was also told about 8 weeks ago by Adrian, that the part had already been ordered on Amazon. Well you know Amazon DOES NOT take 8 weeks to delivery ANYTHING!After leaving a few messages (w/ Adrian & Sean), Sean finally calls me back. He said the door part will arrive on Friday, as it was Wednesday. I mentioned to him about the missing part that was not installed. He stated that they don't deal with "aftermarket parts," (the part that was missing). Sean also mentioned to me that my son would have to purchase this inside part, and that the company would reimburse him, as they can't do "cash reimbursements." I also asked him why he did not return my call, his reply, "I was busy." A call or update takes but a few minutes. Or, if he had any knowledge of delegating simple tasks to employees, he would have his receptionist at the front desk call me to leave an update.So, I waited till Tuesday the following week - no call, no update. I proceeded in asking for a District Mgr. I left him (Danny) a message. He called me back the same day and apologized for the customer service or the lack of, and the delays, plus, for the inconsistencies from Adrian and Sean.He ordered the part and within two days the part arrived - a clear indication that the part was never ordered 8 weeks ago, or recently. Plus, Danny gave us a cash refund for the inside part that "could not be reimbursed in cash" (according to Sean).The GM is very inept, not trustworthy, no sense of urgency, and not on top of things at this location. Perhaps, he along with another set of eyes (service rep) should do a thorough inspection of the vehicle before returning the vehicle back to the customer! To make sure everything is satisfactory.They may be the biggest, but surely - NOT the best!Edited:My son purchased a car cover, as we knew the car would be at the shop for a long while and to protect the newly "painted" car. Well, we noticed several days later that the cover was returned all torn/ripped up! Now, we know these tarps or covers can with stand the EP heat & sun. So just "unsure" as to why it was returned in this unusable condition! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This location is the best in town. The best body shop in El Paso Quick and excellent service; they kept me updated every day. They offered a lifetime warranty on their service. So I had an accident on December 1st of this year. Unfortunately it ended up messing up my front bumper, destroyed my passenger side front fender, scratched along both passenger doors, and messed up the alignment. Gieco recommended I use Caliber Collision and I was able to get in first thing in the 4th. Albert was my service representative and he took great care of me. He had the repair quote done the same day and submitted it to the insurance and took care of everything. The repair took a little longer than expected due to a fog light being on back order but Albert communicated with me every step of the way. The constant communication on updates for the vehicle made the whole process go extra smooth. He stayed on top of GM to make sure they got the part asap and then he went the extra step to make sure I got my truck back before I went into work the next day. The truck looks like new and it even has a warranty on all the work they performed for the life of the truck while I own it. I definitely recommend coming in and asking for Albert if you need to repair your vehicle.

They like to do insurance fraud here they damage your vehicle more that it is so their estimate can be higher as well as they keep your vehicles for a long time claiming they are waiting for parts. When their website clearly says its ready you go and pick up and when you show up they claim they are still working on it. Clearly states how unpunctual this place is. Personally do not recommend plus employees are rude they can never come to an understanding with one. Plus the manager Sean is always demanding towards his customers never shows respect

Aweful shop and extremely unprofessional. Insurance forced me to use them for a minor repair on the rear. Everything was covered and there was no fee for me. When I went in they wouldn't let me leave unless I payed a $300 fee which the "insurance didn't pay." That turned out to be a lie and they had to refund me the money. I got my car back about a month after the expected date and the best part is that they didn't even finish the repair. I called them and told them about the taillight that was still broken, they told me it was fixed and I'm wrong. I took pictures and spoke with the manager and they finally took it in again. Again I got it back and it still wasn't fixed. They told me they replaced it twice already yet somehow the damage to it was identical to what I had given them. They never fixed it and here I am 2 years later with issues with my tail light and electronics connected to it because these clowns refused to fix my car. Scummy mechanics and literal scam artists pocketing money for not doing a single thing to vehicles. Reporting this to the BBB because this is straight up illegal.
