Quality work. Eddie went above and beyond helping me select the right tires for my vehicle. Best part was it was all taken care of from over the phone, so all I had to do was show up and get the job done.

Richard (the manager) was able to let me know what my issue was, as well as giving me a fair price! Loved the work they did. I definitely will continue to recommend this place!

B eyond disappointed with this company especially because I ve been going for years . Paid 320( discounted price ) for Drum Brakes ) and Synthetic oil change , . A day later my car is still doing what I asked them to check into after I was promised the issue would be resolved and during my service a electric device was stolen out of my vehicle by a worker who told me themselves they didn t have a phone and all of a sudden mine comes up missing out of my vehicle . Manager did nothing and swore up and down none of his workers would ever do such a thing . At the end of the day I know my phone was stolen inside of this establishment and allI can say is make sure not to leave any personal belongings in your vehicle . I d say good service as well but my car is still not at the 100% I was promised . I won t be returning.

Great customer service! Quality and timely work. I promise you if you need tires they beat anyone in El Paso. I m referring all my friends and family here if they ever need repairs or tires! Well mannered and treat everyone as if they are valued. Handled with care and compassion! I highly recommend c m tires!

I have a super low two door vehicle and the guys at c&m tires, tried their best to put my car on the lift! They took their time, just to make sure my body kit wasn t damaged!!!! I will definitely recommend this place!! The guy in charge (bald guy pretty horns) he is the best of the best

The. Most honest supervisor I have encountered as a woman purchasing tires for my. Freddie is such a good person always having the best intentions and care to all his customers. Thank you Mr. Freddie your help and respect towards your customers is so much appreciated.

Big Freddy is tha Man!! Came in for an alignment which usually takes about a bit and saw this guy run production quickly and smoothly. They are always usually busy but saw this guy take care of 6 customers including myself in less than an hour. Big Kudos to him! I always make the drive from the NE to C&M because I know they are reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced.

Just today one of my work trucks had a flat. Called c&m tires llc and they sent Eddie. This guy was a beast! Very professional and quick. Loved their service and I will be recommending and using them in the future. Thanks Eddie.

As far as their work I give 5 stars.Customer service not so much. There was 1 guy who was ok. The boss, very moody.The 1 guy said they would take me home n pick me up. Had my van from 10am till my son went to get it at 5:30.Gave me excuses all .Yet another place in El Paso where I feel old white ladies are not welcome.

Great service. They have two locations and both are fast and provide top notch service. They are always able to handle how if you're a little frustrated and come off as rude and know that you're not really mad. I would always take my car to the dealership and it seems all they did was look over any issues until it's almost too late. These guys are awesome and are there to work. Highly recommend this place.

Once again, very pleased with C&M. Came in late on a Friday with a leaking tire stem valve and a rattling noise from that wheel. I had a broken tpms sensor. Had me back 7o and running in no time, was very informative and took excellent care of me, got my back on the road fast.

Did not have them work on my vehicle, so this review is strictly about customer service. There was an older couple having a tire repaired when I got there. The tech was very polite and straight forward; did not force them to buy a new tire or try to upsell, he was straight and honest about what was/could be done and when he was asked about putting on the spare instead of buying a new tire, he was very professional and obliged the older man who owned the truck.My car had broken down and I went In to ask about some parts for a quick fix until I could get a replacement, ( they did not sell the part). The young lady behind the desk was very polite and worked with me and the techs to find something that would work.I will be going back in the future to see how their work is, but if their work is anything like their customer service, I have nothing to worry about. 5 Stars.

I have been here twice, first time for a safety inspection and second time for an oil change. Both times I have had good and quick service. Their prices are reasonable, and they will take care you. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I was message by Freddy regarding my review that I had left on the C&M discount tires at 2100 Wedgewood Dr location......I had a very unpleasant issue there which damaged my wheel ....but Freddy from the C&M tires LLC from the 3511 North Yarborough location message me and took on the mistakes that the wedgewood location made and helped me out tremendously with his experience and his knowledge of the tire business with amazing customer service and his respect for his customers took my car in and fixed all of the issues free of charge....... I will definitely be returning to his location for all my needs thank you so much Freddy for handling every professional and caring about your customer..... AMAZING job

I've gone to the major tire companies, Dicount Tires, Martin Tires, etc. No major company can compare to the service you get at C&M Tires. I've come to these guys for three years straight, they've never let me down. The most I've waited to be attended to, is 5 minutes, literally. These guys are quick and efficient. I'm always in and out within an hour. This is my go-to place for ANY issues regarding my tires. Thank you C&M Tires!

My tire was low and I stopped by so they could check it out. The staff is wonderful. Helped me out right away. Told me the problem and proceeded to fix it. I will definitely come back if I need help again. Thank you guys

These not only fixed my car they went out of there way to help me knowing I was not in all complete with my money they looked out for me and made sure I was not left carless!!!careless!!!! These group of guys are amazing in my book!!!!! They have my car for life!!!!!

If I could give this place a 0 I am very unsatisfied with their service first they want to charge you for a tire that doesn t fit then I had to go back due to my car shaking realizing it was too small for my car then I went bk to have them put the right tire on and they gave me a tire that was too big saying it won t matter when obviously it did when my car is pulling to one side on the highway when braking if they don t have the tire just say it !!don t charge customers for tires that don t fit now giving me problems because they failed to put the tire that my car needs and I need to have it replaced again waisting customers time and $$ be aware of their little scams !!!!!!!! This is the 3rd time I have to come bk due to their unprofessional staff and supervisor

Great service and great employees!!! Purchased used rims and new tires at a great deal! Most importantly, I wasn't waiting forever!!!Update:Went back for my inspection sticker and again in and out!

I took two flat tires in yesterday and in 20 minutes I was in and out. Totally satisfied with the work they did and the price was more than fair. They even put a nice new metal air cap on the tires. I will definitely be doing more business here
