It's a small business I usually go for my inspections for my vehicles been bringing to them since day usually not to busy but they get you in and out fast.

The short bald manager with glasses is so rude. He comes out yelling at me to move my car because I parked by the tire service station. He could have easily asked politely but he gives a bad unwelcomed first impression. He ignores you when you wait inside to ask for help. When he finally asks rudely what I needed, he hastedly checked my flat tire and said it would be $35 to fix a simple screw to be removed. He walks away without waiting to see If I want the service or not. Instead I took my business to a tire shop in the lower valley where they charged me $8 and I was done in 5 minutes. This rude guy is really great at turning away business. If he is so unhappy he should not be the face of this auto shop. Never going there again.

Manager was very disrespectful and went as far as attempting to gaslight me for a mistake he made on an emissions report that I asked politely to fix. There were many ways this could've been handled, and they chose to handle it with belligerent arguing. Disappointing experience, manager could do better, won't be returning here anymore.

They do a great job of fixing flats. Without long waits I've experienced at other places. Friendly no nonsense service. They solved problems I had with slow leaks on custom rims.

Don t expect to receive good service here unless you re also Hispanic. Came here to do a state inspection (my wife suggested it.) I stood outside for 15 minutes behind a woman doing the same thing, before going back to my car to get out of the cold wind. The workers saw me standing there and ignored me. 2 Hispanic women pull up in front of me and are immediately helped by one of the workers. One of them even cut in front of me to do her inspection. If you re a minority in El Paso, you re probably better off going somewhere else.

They improperly installed an oil filter with no seal on my vehicle and it caused my engine to leak a large amount of oil and when I brought it to an actual professional repair shop they told me that it s ridiculous this shop couldn t do the basic of an oil change. I would highly recommend any other shop. When I called them all they said was sorry nothing else.

I use these guys a lot. They seem like they are always open when I need them. I ve bought (hard to find sizes of) used tires here in the past. Their prices are always fair and I never have to wait long for good old fashioned service. I m sitting in their nice, clean waiting area now for them to do an oil and filter change on my Hyundai Sonata. They have no problem with me providing my own oil and filter. Just $25 in labor and that includes environmentally responsible disposal of the old oil and nasty filter. Top notch people. Fair prices. Short wait time. If there s another place in East El Paso that comes anywhere close to ticking all the right boxes, I surely don t know of them.

Great service and fair prices. Had to get tire replaced and they also noticed another issue. Gave me options, and price range, but we're very open and honest. Ended up getting the recommended work. Very down to earth staff, not pushy or aggressive. Very quick as well. They know how to multi task and layer their jobs to be efficient. Would highly recommend this place. Carlos does a fantastic job with his crew

Had a screw in my tire and called 30 minutes prior to closing and they said get here before closing and will take care of it... got there on time and got it taken care of in less than ten minutes, was able to get home in time for the cowboys game. Dint get charged much either, always passed by this place and never needed them until today, will definitely be coming back.

I have to really recommend this establishment. I had the mother of all screws in my tire. Went there right before work. The boss was a little ruff around the edges but I didn t mind. He had one agenda. Get them in and out assembly style. Right up my alley with my busy schedule. The workers were very professional and fast. Two thumbs up boys! Thank you so much!

Went to get a tire and they told me a new tire was 125$ and I asked for a used and the guy said it was the same price lmao definitely do not recommend.

The man that runs this place now Juan is very rude. He does not have a sign that says that he will charge you outrageous prices for a used tire. I didn't think I needed to ask I have been there with my envoy, dodge neon and my Impala it was always 25 to put on a used tire. But this man charged over 45 for one used tire because I was a lady by myself

One of the worst tire places I have ever been.... I went in for a used tire and ended up leaving with a tire and 2 broken lug nuts and a stuck lug nut....I got there and I told them I had aluminum lug nuts and the guy said he under stood he used a impacts to take them off and stripped the first one and he told me it was already striped even thought it wasn't and instead of stoping he keep on taking them off damaging two more ....I spoke with the owner about it and told him that they shouldn't have ever used am impact on it he didn't care he said he couldn't do anything about it ....I told him he should pay the damages and he said that's not his fault he said I had special lug nuts .....he told me he has been doing this for 20years.....if he's been doing this for 20years then he should have know that aluminum lug nuts are done by hand cuz if u use a impacts u can break them but he says that they don't have enough time for to do it by hand ...I was the only person there for like 20 plus minutes....but at the end of him not caring I paid for my tire and left with a wheel with 3 lug nuts that I drove like 2 blocks and had to stop cuz the wheel was shaking and had to have it towed .....how professional would not ever recommend

I have gone here for years! They are very kind, attentive & jolly-on-the-spot fast to resolve any tire, oil change or auto inspection you may need! They have a small waiting area, a vending machine, bathroom facilities & sometimes have sweet bread available for customers while your waiting! Their prices are affordable & offer you choices on oil to fit your budget!

Very fast service. I had a slow leak in my tire and thought I needed a patch or plug to fix it.I didn't catch the names, but the guy who serviced my tire was very friendly and had a good sense of humor.It wasn't a puncture in the tire, the vehicle I bought had been through a lot of dust and water which didn't allow a good deal between the rim and tire.They had me on my way in under 20 minutes and only cost me $10.Oh, and the best part was the two aquariums, one has what appears to be a 20 pound piranha!

Great mom and pop shop that won't rip you off. Went to several national chains before coming to these guys. Lesson learned handled my issue economically. I was happy to leave a tip they will get my business in the future.

Workers are nice and knowledgeable. The only complaint is the inconsistent pricing. Been here a few times in the last week to get tires mounted on atv/utv rims and it s always a different price. Same rims just different tire. $8, $10 and $20 today. I asked the man and he didn t have an answer.He shook his head and walked away.

I m fair and I will let them redeem themselves, but here s how it went today...Got new tires, oil change and all that was good. Except I asked them to put one of my old tires in the back as a spare, as I didn t have one back there. Well they forgot, I didn t check until I bought a jack at Walmart.So I called them up, was on hold while I can hear laughing and whatnot in the background, didn t feel like a priority at all. I hang up and call back again and tell them the situation. They are about to close but they say they will wait for me to come back and get my spare tire.So I tell them it will take 15 minutes and it takes 20. I come back and the shop is closed, I don t see my old tire anywhere and no effort was made to contact me.I ll still come back and get my tire, but this wasted over 30 minutes and the gas to drive around. So I will update this review if they go above and beyond to make up for this.

Very fast. Thirty two dollars to mount the tire off my spare wheel to to my truck and remount the tire back to the sister wheel. They didn't have the tool to liwer my spare. They lost my valve stem cover.

This shop quoted me 165.00 to change a set of tires and balance them. Cielo Vista automotive did the same job for 75.00.

I came here and the guy that fixed the flat tire did not fixed it correctly, i came back again and the people there charge me twice, he said I had another nail again in the same tire right after he did the fixes, it only pass 20 or 40 minutes when I left the shop for the first time I drove home couple blocks away, what a bad luck of mine I would never recommend a place like this on base, the price is not even consistent. Never coming back again.

Best customer service! I arrived 45 minutes before they closed. Got 4 new tires, oil change and inspection. They had such an awesome attitude even though they worked past closing time!

Amazing service . Fast efficient and they know what they are talking about. I called Firestone , pro boys , and Walmart none of them had the tire for my Lexus on the side of the free way. This ace did.
