We enjoyed our experience so much. From the very first day of looking at vehicles. With such a busy schedule we connected through phone and were able to drive in to the dealership and test drive and do our paperwork. Ricardo Payan was our sales man and he did an amazing job, from his friendliness, kindness and to providing all we needed through the signing process and even now gets in contact with us to ensure all is still well and we are enjoying the vehicle. My mother is beyond happy! In the future we will definitely consider coming back to Bravo Cadillac.

Manny was great and professional from start to the end of my service. He made sure while they fixed a small leak with my engine that I had a rental for the few days they worked on my car. He did follow-ups letting me know the progress of my car. I've never been disappointed with the service department.

I had an excellent experience having my wife's Cadillac Serviced at Bravo CadillacThe professionalism offered to us by Jesse our Service Writer was outstanding. We have an aftermarket Wheel & Tire Protection Plan that wasn't even purchased at Bravo Cadillac - but through another source - It's an excellent plan and one of the wheels on my wife's Cadillac was damaged by a road hazard. Jesse contacted the Company - they approved the repair and he took care of all the details. He was excellent in his job - his customer care - and making sure the car was serviced and repaired to our satisfaction. Furthermore - we didn't purchase my wife's car at Bravo Cadillac - but Jesse was not concerned about that - he was focused on giving us the best customer experience we could have.And that we did. We will be back for Service and future car purchases.It was an excellent experienceThank You

During a service visit do not lie to get business through your doors. I was told 3 separate occasions that my vehicle would be ready same day since the parts were available. The worse part of all was the so called recommended repairs. I was told my coolant and water hoses were leaking and my windshield camera couldn't be calibrated unless I spent $900+ on oem windshield. The estimate repair for hose replacement was another $900+. After waiting extra days, the hoses have no leaks, and an expert told me the windshield is correct and dealership is only trying to make extra money off me.

I'm impressed by the excellent customer service demonstrated by Jo, my Service Advisor. He went above and beyond to assist me. Even though my tires weren't rotated because the lock to the tires wasn't anywhere in my truck, he was kind enough to ask his manager if they could replace the locks. I admire Jo for going above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. I look forward to taking in my truck for service again. I have sent all my family & friends to Bravo Cadillac so that they can have the same awesome experience as I have. Thank you

EVER was a talented sales guy. I bought a 2023 Escalade. He look are of me from beginning to end. Also, service is great there. I ve used them for service for the last five years. Currently selection is a bit low, but that seems to be a world-wide situation. Overall these guys are awesome -for car dealers!

My sale consultant Juan Alderete is so awesome and understanding. Every question I asked he answered them. He went out of his way driving to my auto insurance to pickup copy of my policy. I never saw in all the times I purchased a vehicle someone do that for me.

I ve purchased 4 vehicles from different dealerships and this has by far been the worst experience. I purchased a 2017 corvette being told it had no accidents, was promised the car would be buffed out, but soon found it all to be untrue. First off the sales team tried adding an extra 2500 on the deal before I signed but I noticed the numbers didn t add up to the numbers we agreed to. I was about to walk out but then they fixed it and said it was their mistake. I forgave them, and I signed the contract. Within a week I took my car for a paint job, and got it buffed out and did some extra things to the corvette. The mechanic noticed there was a crack on the frame that s caused by accidents. I checked carfax and saw it had over 3 accidents, and my salesmen still said it had no accidents. I didn t tell him I knew the truth already. Just wanted to see him lie again as he sent me pictures of car history that didn t match the info I had. He recommended I returned the car because it looked like it was covered up. I did exactly that and Bravo tried claiming I hit a speed bump that caused that. I was upset and told them I had it for a week , so they ended up recalling my vehicle. I was told that the car would be auctioned off and I d receive my truck back from the trade in. They refused to refund me for the paint job that was given on that corvette. Now it looks way better than the condition I was given it in the first place. They ll obviously make their money on the auction yet refused to compensate me for the money I spent. It s not my fault the inspection team didn t find the crack in the frame. And I m thankful to at least have taken it to a mechanic because it wasn t the plan at first. Now I m out 1k from a paint job I did on that corvette, and it could ve been worse. Wish it would be resolved.Before/ After on the work done to the corvette at the shop.

I had just parked and Miguel S. walked outside to greet my husband and me. He brought us inside immediately and gave us waters to cool off with. We sat down and discussed specifics of what I wanted, within 5 minutes we found one to look at within my range. He pulled one up to the front door and opened all of the doors so we could check out the car and out for a test drive we went. I told him another car we were looking at as a possibility and he brought it out as well while we waited in the AC. After test driving both, I asked him for time to discuss it over. He asked on a scale of 1 to 10 how would I rate the car and what would it take to become a 10. He took the initiative to help his coworkers and other confused customers. As soon as we were done discussing, he was back over to us. We made an appointment for the next day for my down payment while him and his manager worked on financing for me. Even though my credit is rebuilding, I was lucky enough to have a co-signer, and Bravo Auto employees Miguel S., Esteban and Mark H. (in financing) worked with me to get the car I wanted so I could go home with it the same day. They could have turned me away like Viva Nissan did instead of working with me and my credit. They were more frustrated than I was with trying to find a car and financing. So much pressure was taken off my shoulders and I walked away happy with my 2021 Nissan Altima! Thank you so much Bravo Auto, and a special thank you to Miguel for working so hard so I could get a car after mine was totaled a month ago!

Over a week ago, we purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram from Bravo Cadillac of Las Cruces. Our salesman was a young man named Josh, who was very courteous during the process; however, he promised to call us to provide us with a key fob and to schedule a detailed cleaning for the vehicle and a full tank of gas. For over a week, we have called him and he has not had the common courtesy to return any of our calls. Several messages were left for a sales manager by the name of Eduardo and he has not returned any of the calls either. Today 2/17/24 both my wife and I spoke to another sales manager by the name of Emmanuel Melendez who promised to call us back and provide us with answers to our questions by 12pm. Well, the hour came and went and yet another irresponsible sales staff did not return our call. This is disappointing because when they all wanted our business, they were attentive and courteous but now that the sale has been made we are being treated with disrespect because the sales team lacks common courtesy to return calls as they state they will. Rest assured that we will spread the word on our social media platforms to make people aware of how we have been treated.

I would re-think doing business with this dealership. 03/23/24 I went to purchase used vehicle. The salesman, sales manager, and finance manager all collaborated in a fraudulent scheme. They deceitfully obtained our information, lied and said it was not for a credit check. The finance manager asked me about submitting an application to a different bank other than that of our pre-approval and I said no. I walked out on the deal. Come to find out days later they decided to do what they wanted with our information and run our credit without a signature, verbal authorization, or online application. When I called out the three individuals involved they denied it, played dumb, and even had their finance director call me and be rude, berate me, and go as far as to say they had me on camera signing an application. The company has condoned this illegal behavior.
