I recently bought a used Honda Fit from this dealership, and Michael helped me throughout the process, even delivered the car at home! This place has a super cooperative team, and their cars provide excellent value for money. My first car was bought from them as well -- I drove it for 8 years without any problems. I really recommend this place!

I have had recently had my older Honda having some problems and I brought it to them and they fixed it super quick within the same day. And very high quality work, parts and service! Highly recommend! Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable! Affordable!

Terrible these guys don't update their inventory, they lie about your credit trying to milk the most out of people. They don't answer the phone and also lack communication within themselves. Scammers

I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Fit from this dealership. It was a pleasant experience from walk in to drive off. Hugo, my salesman, wasn't pushy at all and managed to get the deal structured to where all parties were satisfied. I was well aware that the cars they sell are reconditioned and sold with a rebuilt title, that's the reason I went there, I got a nice car for 20% less than what a clean title would retail for. They don't hide the fact that they are rebuilt titles or the fact that the airbags aren't functional, it's clearly stated on the window sticker which is something that can't be said about other dealerships in El Paso. If they didn't stand behind their work, they wouldn't offer a two year warranty on the powertrain.

Mike helped me out with my new car great guy to get help from Had a bumper clip bracket break a few days later due to a little accident took my car to get locks fixed and he repaired my locks and bumper bracket Great place for a good car recommend it 100%

Had a wonderful time buying a vehicle here. Smart buyers will shop rebuilt vehicles as they save money and a reconditioned very well before being sold. I've been around ; west El Paso ,Alameda, montana looking for a trustworthy dealership and this is one of them. Do your research and ask questions as they will provide any answers with patience.Michael ,the owner and the team there are all respectful and very clear with all the specific questions I had. If you have trouble reaching them as some reviews have pointed out you can visit the dealership office or contact the e-mail in the website.

This was by far the best auto experience I've ever had. These guys were courteous and efficient. I was in and out in about an hour. I got the price I wanted without the hassle of wheeling and dealing. So far, I am MORE impressed than I thought I'd be with the quality of the vehicle though. Be aware that they do not sell new cars. They sell reconditioned cars. As long as you're aware of that fact, then you're golden and you WILL be back. They specialize in Hondas, but have many types of different brands on their lot. Don't hesitate to shop there for a good quality well rebuilt vehicle. Thank you, Brasil Auto Center! Mike as well was super easy to work with.

The business owner is a great man, very professional and willing to work with you. However, the staff falls extremely short in customer service. If you need anything, or have questions forget even trying to contact them because even when you do they don t get back to you. This was a good place for a first car but being a sales person myself and having business professional experience the staff is unreliable.

Great service from Mike and the entire staff always Courteous and helpfulI. I was recommended by a coworker and have always come back when I needed any issues with my vehicle for the past several yrs great on prices and never lead you on like other mechanics. Definitely knows what they are doing on repairs for any vehicle and recommendations to help you save money.

I want to thank Michael Garcia for going the extra mile regarding my Honda starter that failed. I receive great service and he made it very affordable vs the Honda dealership. Honestly, I don't write many reviews but I felt it necessary to give someone credit for striving for excellence. Based on my experience I would recommend Brasil Auto Center.

Mike helped me out tremendously with finding a good car, he was patient with me wanting to test drive it multiple times and just being sure of my decision. He never pressured me to buy or anything, very respectful man! I 100% recommend brasil if you re looking for a good used car! :)

Thanks to Michael for making it easy to find a newer reliable vehicle for a good price. He was helpful and knowledgeable. The transaction was easy without pressure. They even offered payments without interest for the last bit I couldn t afford at the moment. Even more they offered tires and detailing at their shop for a very good price! Would go again and refer to friends!

I got my car serviced at Brazil with MIKE and I m beyond happy and satisfied with the quality of work performed at their shop. I ve taken my car to them several times and they always do an outstanding job. They can fix anything! No BS, mike was honest and found the solution to my problem. My car drives so smooth it feels brand new! Mike was so attentive and professional. Great customer service! I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Affordable and reasonable prices too! My new mechanic Mike at Brazil auto!!

This is the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle on my own. I was very nervous and didn't want to feel like I was wasting anyone's time or getting something I'd regret. The help I received from Mike was complete opposite and straight out calming and very professional. His patience with any questions really helped ease my mind I had to making the right choice. Mike went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I took the car several times to make sure it was what I wanted, and he was patient with my hesitancy (I've never bought my own car before) and personal circumstances. As for the reviews about the cars having been in accidents, I was made aware of this from the beginning. I asked why the price and mileage were so low, and he explained that the car had been in an accident, the damage was cosmetic and the airbags had deployed and had not been repaired due to prohibitive cost. When I took it to a mechanic he confirmed that the repairs were all cosmetic and the car was sound mechanically and structurally. I have been very happy with it. I am comfortable with not having airbags - to me it was worth the deal that I got. No one lied or hid anything, the entire process was honest (and I took a long time to buy this car!) and I was treated very fairly. If I ever need another car I would start my search here, but I expect to be driving my Fit for a long time.

Ive brought my car here for 3 separate issues now, engine, brakes and suspension. The staff has been great, even offering advice on things I can do myself to help save some cash. Quality work at a good price when you need it.

Bought a used car here when I first arrived to El Paso. It was a great price and they even lowered it a bit so I could afford the tax title and registration without getting as loan. My car did have some issues but not till almost a year later. The salespeople were very professional and not too pushy which is a big deal for me. Great place is you need four wheels to get you somewhere and don t mind an older car.

I very seldom post reviews but my experience at Brasil Auto has resonated. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Mike was kind, very knowledgeable and is very eager to not only fix the problem but gives you to opportunity to learn in layman s terms. I have never been so satisfied and my car is running better than ever. Prices are very affordable and the work is clean. I recommend Brasil Auto Center and ask for Mike!

I bought a 2013 Honda Fit in February and I love it! This is actually the second Honda I buy from them. The first was a Civic back in 2015. I decided to buy my car from Brasil again as I was very happy with the prices and the service. Mike is always very helpful and friendly. If you like Honda s this is the place to buy it!

Having observed their sign for "Free AC Check" about a month ago, my girlfriend recommended I take my Pontiac Vibe in, as its fan had ceased working. Yesterday, I not only took my car in and requested an assessment, but I left my car to be serviced by the most agreeable, professional, and straightforward auto shop staff I've ever dealt with!I was greeted promptly and cordially, the exam was quick and rational, their parts' research and labor reasonable in both price and time, and even a ride home was offered, if I didn't want to wait, which I took advantage of!Manuel the owner, along with Octavio and Hugo, his staff members, and of course his mechanic, whose name I regret failing to acquire, have my thanks for everything they did, as well as the excellent job on my car's air conditioner. You'll be very glad you chose Brasil Auto Center for your car's service needs!

I had only a few days to get a reliable car in town and the experience I had with Brasil was top notch. They were very honest with me on the quality of their vehicles and promised in writing to correct small issues like a missing interior mirror. Their warranty is very cheap to add on as well. I am pleased with my car now having had it for 6 months and would recommend them to anyone. The staff was friendly and fair in negotiation. They are the best shop in the area.

Michael Garcia masters customer service in an absolutely Genuine and Authentic manner! Extremely knowledgeable and transparent without any games or gimmicks. I had previously testdriven similar vehicles at other local dealerships and the Only reason I made my purchase at Brasil Auto Center was the comfortable and trustworthy experience that Michael presents.
