My experience a this place was fine, the two front desk supervisors or managers are past their prime, they should get retrain or replaced with people with enthusiasm to work with costumer service, it seems like them old guys have been doing it for so long, that they get bother for every question they get asked!The establishment has a few outlets to charge your phone, the waiting area has a television, but it is hard to hear it, because them supervisors are to busy watching social media videos and wrestling re-matches loud as F on their phones.As far as the service, I m happy with the work the mechanic did, brakes don t squeak and the job looks clean and professional. If you have the money to spend and want a fast service, this is the place, place is not cheap but it s not as expensive as Pep-Boys.

I made an appointment online and arrived about 10 minutes early. They weren't terribly busy, but when I told them I would wait, they got me in right away. I had an online coupon and they accepted it without question. I had the front brakes replaced in about an hour. Everyone seemed very professional and no one tried to up sell me. My experience while waiting was pleasant. Fresh pot of coffee helped. Very pleased the price and overall experience. I will definitely recommend to others.

Wanted to get my brakes checked. My vehicle was brought into the shop and an evaluation was performed. Eddie, the supervisor informed me of the issues. I approved the repairs. This is not my first time going to Brake Masters. The environment while you wait is really nice. The floors are always clean the personnel are professional and courteous. The work from me standpoint is most excellent. This the second time taking my vehicle to them.

They were amazing and took care of me. They were quick and efficient, and had fair prices. I stayed and waited for the car, and their waiting area is comfortable and clean. Rick walked me through exactly what I need for my car and explained the stuff I did not understand. I will be bringing my car here in the future whenever it needs.

I'm grateful for the assistance provided by the team at Brake Masters. They were exceptionally friendly, taking the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my vehicle. The cost was reasonable, especially compared to my initial quote from Martin Tire, which was nearly double the price. I'm delighted I chose Brake Masters instead!

Best shop I ve gone to, never lie, they are straight to the point with you and treat you with much respect. I may live far but anytime I got issues with my vehicles I know exactly who I m going to.

On my Jeep they gave me honest and reasonable estimates of the work needed on my vehicle. They replaced a CV joint gave me an oil change and replaced hose on my radiator with a flush of the system. All this work was completed within 8 hours. They are always courteous and helpful.More recently, I took my Altima in for major repairs and again they gave me awesome service. The work was completed within a day and for $300 less than the estimate. I appreciate the Assist Manager, Mr. Escalante and his entire team!

Had my rear brakes replaced which I was told it would be an hour-long job. But then they had to replace the rotors as well. So I assumed it would be a little bit longer. I was told it would not be very long. I was there from 845 until 1150. 3 hours!!!!! If you don't have the time to wait, I suggest.Going somewhere else. If you have the time to wait, they can get the job done, but will take them a while.

" WARNING. Do not go there. It is a conspiracy theory based brake shop. They mess your car brakes up and claim secret santanic to dispise their wrong. Ricardo, shouldn't even be working there. Are those mechanics really board Certfied. I really doubt it. Those people are just working for money. After my brake job the Anti Lock Brake System(ABS) and Traction Control (TC) warning lights came on. Brakes are over priced. My vehicle had a horrible stop, they brake job slid my car and the brakes didn't wont to work. Never get your oil change at that brake shop. Go to a oil shop who specializes in oil changes. Ignore Ricardo, bait you in prices. Prices are horrible like the manager. Ricardo, is not a man of his word. That location really should be closed down. A brake job is critical to evey vehicle. I even took my vehicle back. They claimed it was right. Do not get your car messed up. Go some where else. "

Stopped by to get my brakes done was thinking it would probably be all day they got my vehicle in and out in about 2 hours, excellent price way cheaper then any other place i called very friendly and professional thanks Eddie for all your help.

Got charger $585 and breaks on truck are still sqeaking loudly. Worse service ever. I will never go there again. They are crooks. Beware people.

This place is fast and very professional. I came in for an oil change and brake inspection. I was notified my rear brakes needed maintenance, they looked me up, seen the warrant, got everything done for no charge. It s definitely worth coming here for the warranty they offer. I would never go any place else, I recommend everyone that s near a brake masters do the same.

I visited the Brake Masters on Dyer St. in El Paso, TX on July 22, 2023. I had a referral slip from Discount Tire to replace a lug nut stub. I was there very close to the store opening. They were already busy so I expected a long wait. Rick (I believe he is the Manager at that store) was very professional and explained to me that he would get me out of there as soon as he could, as he had several cars ahead of me. Well low and behold I was out of there within an hour. I believe Rick did the job himself. Thank you Rick, you are, awesome!! I would recommend this store anytime. Brake Masters #222 it is at Dayer st. We take our vehicles to that location because the manager, Eddie, it is a formal and professional person, so this applies to all the staff. You can trust in what they are doing.

I had the pleasure of visiting Brake Masters recently and was helped by a technician named Rick. I came in for a routine brake inspection and was informed that my rotors needed to be changed. Rick was very knowledgeable and explained the reasons why this was necessary in a way that was easy for me to understand.I was a bit worried about the cost of this service, but to my surprise, Rick was able to give me a free rotor change that would have otherwise cost $103 per rotor! This was an amazing deal and I was so grateful for Rick's help. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism.In addition to the free service, Rick also took the time to inspect my brake pads and showed me how much wear was left on them. He recommended that I have them changed in the near future and provided me with an estimate for the cost. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive.Overall, my experience at Brake Masters with Rick was fantastic. The free rotor change was a huge bonus and I was impressed by Rick's expertise and customer service skills. I would highly recommend Brake Masters to anyone in need of brake services, and I would specifically recommend working with Rick if he is available. Brake Master employee should show you the items that need to be replaced. Also show you the used parts. Reason I saw witnessed an angry customer in the waiting room yelling to the one of the managers. All for not showing him the used parts and charging him too much
