I have struggled finding a reliable and most importantly an honest mechanic shop. Angel on George Dieter is hands down the best. He made sure to keep me updated and never once made me feel lied or cheated when it came to their service. Work was quick. Leaks gone and my vehicles are running awesome. Definitely will be recommending him and this shop to many others. There s a reason I drive out of my way to take all my vehicles ti this shop. Thank you Angel and your crew at George Dieter.

Thank you to Angel and Brian for all your help with my vehicle. You all are trustworthy, quick & polite!! I will be returning for all my car maintenance in the future. My husband and I appreciate all that they did for us when the Hyundai dealership was giving us problems!

Brake masters, on George Dieter, amazing excellent service. And I think some of the most honest mechanics I ve ever met. There was cash in the door of my car that was still there when I got back, they could ve easily taken it, but they did not very professional outstanding service. I will always take my vehicles to this brake masters Location

I am a senior citizen and I walked in to asked if they could fix my brakes, but I felt unsure and apprehensive with a bad feeling about the place by the way the young guy told me he didn t know how long it would take and didn t seem to care either. So I divided to go else where. Being a senior citizen people should be a bit more thoughtful at how customer service is handled and with anyone else for that matter.

The staff at this location are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They get the job done right at a fair price. Brian runs that place very well and Roger does a good job as well.

I've been going to the Brake Masters on George Dieter for well over a decade! Brian has been the manager there this whole time, which keeps this location stable. He is very honest and will telk you only what you need. I've had other places tell me I need something and he'll check it while doing my oil change and tell me "Don't worry about it until next time or another year." He has even helped my other family members honestly when I sent them to him, making them very happy and repeat customers like myself. Brian and All of his men know what there doing and at a very fair price!

Crooks. Charged me 600+ dollars for new rotors and new break pads plus the labor on a 10 year old black Mitsubishi Mirage. Breaks started making a high pitched screech reminiscent to that of a BALD EAGLE a couple months later, so I took my car to the mechanic. Turns out, these crooks left the old rotors and literally only sanded them slightly without replacing them for new ones, according to the mechanics diagnostic of the vehicle. I had a bad feeling from the beginning because I remember the employees having a dismissive and frankly borderline unbecoming attitude. Me being a young man, they probably saw me as a chump and didn't care to act professionally. I will take further action and will edit this post with more information (including images) regarding these unprofessional fraudsters soon. In the meantime, I don't recommend anybody take their vehicles, which by the way, costs us all plenty of money and sacrifice to own and drive, only to have illintentioned scammers like the ones from BREAKMASTER @ ZARAGOZA to take advantage of one.

****This is an update to my previous review.****01/23/24Break Masters at Lee Trevino( my go to location), took ownership of my issue . Dillon , the BM reached out to me and mentioned they were going to fix and replace all parts needed to remedy my seal leaking, grinding noise at no extra cost. I took my tuck back on 01/22 and not only they fix the pressing problem they went above and beyond to replace left axel seal as well, including reworking struts to rid clanking noise. Great customer service and like I mentioned, great job at taking ownership of the issue to ensure customer satisfaction.******************************************************************I took my truck to this BM 199 location on 12/04/23 to have a clunking noise checked out and also have the brakes checked out as well. I was advised brakes were ok but my struts needed replacing to fix clunking and also drive axel shaft seal was leaking and i should replace it. The cost was over 1300 total. On 12/11/23 i took the truck back to BM but this time to the location I normally go due to a grinding noise when slowing down that started right after struts and seal were replaced. There i was told it could be the brakes so i serviced the front brakes. On 01/2/2024 i took the truck back because grinding did not stop and seal started leaking. They replaced the seal. Once again i took the truck back on 01/08/24 because of new seal starting to leak , again. This time i was informed that they noticed some damage section on the cv shaft. He mentioned that it could be the reason for the continued leak and grind. He said they smoothed it as much as they could and replaced seal. I asked how it was damage since i had never had issues with that part til i was told by BM #199 there was a leak and seal had to be replaced. I asked the technician if it was possible damaged was done when it was removed to replace seal. He said i dont think so, but i dont know seeing he was not there.So now 01/19 grinding and leak started again. Unfortunately, I was informed by the tech that i probably would to need to replace cv shaft at an extra cost of around 400. Which to begin with, before 12/04/2023 i had never even seen a leak on my driveway. So i believe this issue was created at the original visit at this location. Now im stuck with a problem i never had to start with.

This location was amazing! The gentleman was so helpful and as a woman who is not entirely knowledgeable in this field, he communicated clearly so I understood and was quick to get my tire repaired! Highly recommend!

My experience at break master has always been pleasant. The stuff is courteous and very helpful. I recommend taking your vehicle the service is fast. I routinely go before leaving out of town It makes me and my family feel safe before hitting the road.

I came in to get my upper and lower control arms fixed around late 2:30pm and they completed the task before 5:15pm My car was up and running good as new would highly recommend. Due to inflations everywhere over the years the price is a little bit high but was still in budget I would highly recommend it was a 29 min drive from where I live but I will always go back to them. I had awesome service! I took my vehicle somewhere else and they told me I needed all kinds of things done and so I wanted another opinion. When I took it to Brake Masters, I showed them what the other place quoted me. Brian and Joel told me exactly what was needed for my car and told me why I didn t need all those other extra things done that the other place was saying I should get. Professional, honest, fast, and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend Brake Masters for all your car maintenance needs.
