I came in with an early morning appointment and was out the same day! I was pleasantly surprised at that. I worked with rafa for a some major brake work and he explained everything and called and sent an invoice before I approved work. It was all about what I expected and he worked with me on the price. I will definitely return just for speed of service!

Dillon (Manager) and his crew took care of my vehicle and are being very helpful with my stepdaughters car as well. Dillon listened to what I needed done and had my vehicle inspected then not only explained but also showed me what the issues were. He advised me that my vehicle would be ready later in the afternoon then called me within a few hours to let me know it was ready. He's kept me posted on the part arriving for my stepdaughters vehicle. I recommend people to him and have two other vehicles I will be taking to him.Thank you Dillon and your crew.

Had a very positive experience. I had taken my vehicle to Casa Ford 3 times, 2 times to Martin Tire co. for brakes not working right & was told there was nothing wrong.. I wish I can remember the name of the mechanic that was able to right away pin point the brakes problem with out me telling him about it. The service was done on time exactly as I was told. Very nice, courteous,. professional staff. The ignition switch & brakes work perfectly.. the price was not at all painful. I recommend Brake Masters to everyone that needs the job done right, on time and not too pricey . Thank you. Maria Luisa Chavez.

Don't leave anything of worth in your car because it will be taken. My husband took his car and they did a great job. However, they also took his very expensive sunglasses which were locked away in the glove compartment.

I was told by another mechanic that I needed a full brake job which was going to cost me approximately $500 and the gentleman at brake masters did a full inspection and charge me zero, honest, straightforward, and responsible. Thank you very much and you now have a loyal customer for life.

Best repair shop in El Paso bar none if you need good work done and you need good work done right this is the place to go! Joseluis and his team are the ones for the job they ll help you find the parts, give you the knowledge, as well as swift and detailed service to make sure your vehicle is up and running same day next day or as soon as possible Dillion will take care of you! And the guys they got in the back know their way around the vehicle! I ve been going here for years. Started with my Ram 1500 and the rest is history!

The customer service was great. They did not try to make an extra buck for something that I didn't need. They also let me know about a leak that is coming from the vehicle.

Store manager Dillon was amazing. Explained and even showed me the issue with my car. Excellent service, friendly and clean store. I'm not going anywhere else but this brake master on Lee Trevino. Thank you Dillon!!!

I have taken my two vehicles there many times. Yesterday my Ram had rear brakes done. Today, my Jeep had an alternator replaced. Good prices. Lifetime warranty on parts. 90 day warranty on labor. Military discount. Manager Dillon is nice to deal with. Work was done when promised. I m a happy customer. I will be back.

Down right Disgusting. An elderly lady that i have worked on her car, took hers in i am guessing for a brake job, and they ended up quoting her above a thousand and a half!!! 547 of that being labor, i dont know where they are getting their parts to the other half but i am wondering if she even needs the control arm replacement. they definitely took advantage. with everything they quoted for aside from the alignment. i can do and she wont even pay a quarter of that 547 in labor. and the parts i can easily find brand new for half the price they got and still brand name. ridiculous!

The staff here is amazing, always. But, y'all! I have got to give a huge shout out to the store manager, Dillon. He is exceptional! I went in there today thinking that my headlights weren't coming on. I haven't gone out at night for weeks because one of the lights on the dash wasn't coming on anymore. I went in sounding like a crazy person, trying to explain the situation and get as close to an estimate on time and cost as possible. Dillon, somehow understood what I was trying to get across and went out and checked my car. Turns out, I had no idea which were my headlamps and which were my high beams because my lights were just fine. I had only turned off my fog lights so the icon wasn't there. Dillon was awesome about it all. He took the time out of his day to help me out and wasn't at all put out that I was just a dork and forgot how my lights worked. Thank you again, Dillon! You are amazing!! I really needed that laugh! Thanks for laughing with me and not at me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I always come to this brake masters Dillon was great, extremely communicative, honest and help me/my mom understand what was going on with her vehicle. I have been coming here for a long time and don't plan on stopping any time soon

The service is honest. I did an alignment, and they did it quick despite being full. I have done that work myself and it took me half a day. If you don t know how to repair or just want to take back your time to enjoy your day off take your car here and enjoy your greaseless nails. Let them do the work at a reasonable price.

I had an issue with my car earlier today and Dylan was super awesome! He checked the vehicle and got it running out of the place in no time, within one day. He was also kind enough to fill my tires! Thank you so much, I definitely appreciate all your help!! Great customer service! Definitely deserves a raise with how kind and efficient he was.

I brought my vehicle to Brake Masters back in January 23 and had a caliper replaced, brake pads changed, and brake fluid flushed. The gentleman that I dealt with explained to me that the rotors were being replaced and they weren t. 9 months later, I am hearing squealing and it ended up being warped rotors and a cracked brake pad. I was lucky that Dillon was here this time and accurately diagnosed the issue. Dillon was able to work with me and even cover some of the repairs because of the warranty. In January, I wouldn t have recommended this place, but now that Dillon is here, it s a safe bet that he will get you taken care of.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

The gentleman at the front was very knowledgeable. He explained to me and my husband reasons why our brakes are grinding and what would be the best option for us as far as our rotors the price was reasonable ,definitely half the price they were going to charge me at the dealership. Love that the brake master is also for care car shop.

Took my car in , and pick it up at 1pm went grocery shopping open the truck and found my trunk like this with my Bluetooth speaker n phone charger gone . Was there a need to go through the trunk? If u was fixing my breaks ?!

The last job was a timing belt repair as I had many other types of work done. But the crew there is very honest and true to their work. Rudy and Josh up front are gregarious, easy to talk with and they listen to your car concerns. They don t mind a little idle small talk if time permits. The team working on your car in the garage exude the same attributes of being friendly, helpful and honest to the customer and the work they do. I highly recommend this place. I definitely will be going back. Tell all your friends as I am too.
