Will Always take my vehicle here for diagnostic, major repairs. Its the Only place that gets things done correctly the First time and they are super honest, trustworthy which is not always the case with mechanics. Have been going here for years and will continue to do so.

From start to finish outstanding! Extremely exceptional Customer Service. Wesley made me feel very comfortable taking my 07 Hyundai Tiburon for a diagnostic my engine timing was off and took them less than a day to get it going and happily back on the road. My Honda CRV A/C was not working. I took it to Brett Connor's shop!-- he thoroughly explained the various things that were happening and why the AC was not working. HeExplained how they would approach the fix and then follow through.My CRV turned out excellent. The AC is COLD!! They did a great job on my car's repairs. I highly recommend this shop for your car repairs!!!Thank you for the great job you did!!!!A week later I took my CRV to get my door lock fixed since it was making so much noise. Brett Connor and his employee - Jason are truly experts in their auto mechanic field! they fixed the problem perfectly - no noise, my door locks wonderfully! These guys are incredible mechanics! They returned my CRV to me clean and perfectly fixed! Thank you Brett Connors and Jason for your awesome Customer Service !

A team of experienced professional automotive technicians who can correctly diagnose your vehicles problems and repair them right the first time. I was highly impressed with the timeliness of their service repairs, and how they thoroughly inspected my vehicle to determine if there would be other issues in the future that should be addressed today or taken care of in the future. They know how to prioritize the customers needs, wants and above all else, but foremost safely. I highly recommend this as your one stop shop to take care of your car, truck, van and suv.

My review previously submitted Dec 17, 2019: Brett and staff, are simply the best ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) mechanics in El Paso! Simply put, super reliable, honest, and always resolve your automotive issue the first time! I am a returning customer because every time my 1995 Silverado K1500 4x4 or 2006 Toyota Sienna SLE need attention, he provides me total peace of mind! They have over 240,000 and 200,000 miles, respectively! As of, Dec 7, 2023, I continue to trust them with their premium ASE professional service! Staff is super friendly and have the cleanest organized shop! I highly recommend them!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are the one to take your vehicle to get worked on. I had everything from radiators, alternators, rear differentials redone, alignments, on multiple vehicles, etc. They are very fair priced and good down to earth people who do very good work and go above and beyond to make sure things are done right. If you need vehicle work done, bring it here and they will do you right. I have used them for 4+ years now and won't go anywhere else to have my vehicles worked on. They are that good and very fair priced. This is the best bang for your $$$$ buck hands down.

Best of the best of the best! Tons of people from my church go here and I've gotten work done there 4 or 5 times. Best service and best prices hands down. Brett is such a cool honest dude. Extremely honest. You won't find another shop like this.

They're always honest about what might be wrong with the car, and won't lie to you to make a quick buck. We've taken many cars to them over the years for repair, and I took my Sonic down to see if I needed a new battery or what it was making it not start right. He man was very honest and said its likely my battery instead of trying to tell my it IS my starter just to make money.

Finally a mechanic that knows what they're doing and that you can trust. We have 2 vehicles and as long as we're in El Paso, we will only go here. Brett, the owner, and his 2 mechanics, Wes and Jason are absolutely top notch, honest and dependable. I only wish they could also service motorcycles because we would bring our bikes here too. If there were more stars in the ratings these guys would get the max.

If you need a mechanic that is honest hard working and doesnt talk down to you, and actually explains whats most likely going on in a manner you can understand as well. More affordable then most the other shops in northeast and if he is able to he trys to be as fast as possible, but also accurate so that way not only is vehicle fixed but fixed right the first time. So if your in the northeast or not and need a reliable, affordable and trustworth mechanic.

Have been using Bob's for my parent's and my car repairs since the early 90's when they were at Star Wars center on Dyer St. Brett is a great and honest mechanic. No inflated, unnecessary, are false repairs here.

Professional and knowledgeable about repairs I like this shop they always explain why they are repairing certain parts and the reason behind it as well as having good prices for the repair I trust this shop explicitly for all my auto needs and recommend you do too
