Warning! Do not use the repair service. They ll damage and joyride with your car. I took my 2023 BMW 330e for an oil change and they damaged the bumper. Returned to have it fixed and they damaged the door, handle and forgot to put back the seatbelt. Not to mention, they will drive your vehicle off of property. According to my car GPS they took it to a private address while it was there.

I have a 2012 BMW that I baby and have used the BMW service department for over 10 years now. This last experience has scarred me completely and I echo a similar review. STAY AWAY. I know all this will generate is the "generic" response from the service manager that I see on ALL of the negative comments as to contact him @ xxx. Why don't you reach out and try to fix the issues as the customer posting the negative comments has already been affected.My car was in the dealership for almost a month while they tried to figure something out. I picked up my car with a hefty bill and took it home and parked in garage for couple of weeks. Took it out to wash and my back trunk had been damaged which was not noticed until I washed it. The worst part as I started using the car was that within couple of weeks, my car returned to what it was doing before and developed a very dangerous noise in my suspension. Took it to another mechanic and it turned out that they had not clamped down part of the suspension to the wheel and I was in danger of losing the whole wheel while driving. Went back to the dealership and they denied any responsibility and blamed the other mechanic. Very shady. I also told them to check their videos from when I took the car in so they could see that it in fact happened there and they refused to. Service person again was Heidi. She seems to be famous here. I love my Beemer but would not buy another one as I will not deal with that service department anymore.

Repeated mechanical failures and run around resolutions. Service Manager Chris was far from showing interest in having our repeat business.

I made an appointment to have my oil changed i dropped it off at the required time. I told the service advisor i would be back for it in a while. We returned 4 hours later and the vehicle was not ready. Wow over 4 hours for an oil change. I can only imagine if the vehicle needed repair service. My question is why did i need an appointment if i the vehicle was not serviced promptly.The worst thing is when I showed up to pick it up the service advisor said "Let me go check on it my computer shows they are working on it". When he returned he said they are almost done just need to install the bottom plate and wash it. REALLY!! Heard that beforeToo bad this app will not allow me to give ZERO stars!!!!!!

I was a little worried when I read the reviews about this BMW Service Center, but after coming here all I can say is this dealership is great. Sam was super nice. I really like how they upload videos that show you repairs or issues that they run into as they go and explain the recommendations. Car was ready in exactly the wait time I was told. Super great experience.

If you bring your car at El Paso BMW routinely for recommended maintenance, expect big repairs down the road. The service managers are rated according to how much they bill. Heidi is number one. Expect loose clamps or early tire replacements. This BMW dealership is shady. They will charge BMW service fees but lack the integrity and the guarantee of Group 1 Auto service experience. Take your car somewhere else. Don t trust this BMW dealership.

I have been a BMW owner for many years. I bought my car in Germany, had it serviced in Germany, Maine, Washington, and Louisiana. My experience with this service department was horrible! Arrived at 8:30am for a 9:00am appointment and didn t get out of there until 2:30pm! Went in for an oil change and brake fluid change and came out with a check engine light on and my tire pressure monitor system no longer working, and a missing front cap. I am now back at BMW trying to get things right. Will update in the end!

The only thing I didn't like was the dealership prices for example the same part at auto zone is three times cheaper then bmw dealership the mark up is crazy and don't know how that bennifits customer service.

Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean facility and the service repair shop is impeccable. Nice waiting areas with complementary snacks, coffee and water.
