Went to get a new battery for my wife s car. Andres was extremely helpful. He even helped me change the battery and was knowledge, personable, and efficient. I m he was there to help me out, especially since I had my son with me.

Wrong oil filter was given to me by associate. Noticed once oil change was in progress at home and had to uber to get the correct one. Double check before you leave the store.

A young man was helping me look for something that they do not stock, well ok. then stood at the front register wating for over 10 minutes to pay out, 2 employees helping customers at the computer making them exempt from helping me so no issues there, 2 employees walking past me, and 2 managers in the back walking back and forth clearly seeing me and no one asked if I wanted to pay out. I will not be back to this store.

Excellent service! Staff and store manager (Ivan) so knowledgeable and polite. Very kind also, he helped me with my car's battery. Sold it and installed it for me since I don't know anything about cars. Highly recommend

Autozone your customer service is usual spot on with helpful, friendly and knowledgable employees but there was one individual today that would make me second guess coming back to this location.My daughter had trouble starting the car this morning. Over the phone I asked her check some things, and then just asked to take the battery to AutoZone to get it checked. They checked and it was good with 100% charge, but they gave her a new battery anyway. I'm glad they did cause the car started just fine but her encounter with an older female employee was not nice based on what I was told by my daughter. She had a rude and unkind demeanor.When I went back to ask for a receipt. I was greeted by kind and friendly gentlemen, that took his time to explain to me why a receipt was no longer needed. This female walked up interrupted the conversation and also gave me some attitude about what happened. I am unsure why she felt that she had to speak to me in that manner, but I did let her know that I did appreciate the way she spoke to my daughter earlier.Its not what you say but sometimes how you say it. This woman should understand that we all don't have the same knowledge about cars as she does, and which is why we go to Autozone. Maybe this wasn't a "crucial" matter to her, but when you don't know, and you go somewhere for help you shouldn't be spoken to with a bad demeanor or be made to feel bad cause you dont' know.

Hugo helped me find the battery that s essential for my car and when I asked if he can help me install it he was more than happy to. As he installed the battery I realized that my idler pulley was damaged and the belt came off. He did a very good job at helping me find the part and installing them for me! Overall this was a very good experience for me thanks to him!

Bought a Duralast, compact Battery charger, $200, but worth it. Wow, I was surprised it could start my semi truck with voltage reading 10.4, even after a month the charger is still holding 99% charge.A quality item to have especially for a semi.

This location has a parts sales manager that thinks he's better than those he's there to help. I was talked down to and treated like a 3rd class citizen. There's a gentleman there named Castor that goes out of his way to help you. If you want to be treated like you're important, go see Castor.

I am so grateful for the he helpful staff at this location! I was especially thankful for Julian M! He was so helpful by getting the exact parts I needed & helping me apply the parts to my car! I always go to this store because beside it being close to my home the people are always very helpful. I like Sara the best because she is always very pleasant to discuss my problems and very knowledgeable and always has a very positive attitude. If she ever moves I will follow her. She is great.

This Auto Zone location is near my house, so I visit the store quite often.I have always had great experiences with the friendly and professional staff. Yesterday was no different... We went in to pick up a gas cap for my mother-in-law's van and again received outstanding customer service, from a young associate named Albert Fulcher. Mr. Fulcher was completing his shift and getting off, but, actually took the time to personally install the new gas cap. Good customer service is becoming a rare commodity, so I appreciate it when I experience it.April 29, 2021I was experiencing some electrical issues this morning. So I stopped by my neighborhood Auto Zone, at Montana and Limerick. Michael tested my battery and determined that it was bad. I purchased the new battery and Albert installed it for. I was in and out, in less than 30 minutes. I always receive the same outstanding service. Highly recommend this location.October 21, 2022I stopped by my neighborhood Auto Zone this afternoon, to pick up some wiper blades. An associate named Ivan provided the quality customer service that I have become accustomed to, and also took the time to install the blades for me. Thanks Ivan!January 9, 2023I stopped by to have my battery tested. Friendly Associate Ivan determine I had a bad battery, and replaced it under warranty. In and Out in approximately 15 minutes.Once again, I say Thank You Ivan!

Bad customer service. I understand it's. A courtesy to change a headlight.but when u have to unscrew something to change a lightbulb It's normal. Employee straight up said no. He wasn't going to try

I went in for windshield wipers. One man asked if he could help me and looked up the sizes I needed. I picked out a pair and went to the register. The guy that rang it up asked if I would like him to put them on for me. He put the first one on and quickly found out I needed a different type. The blade didn't lay flat on the window. I needed a flexible one. So he helped me get the right one, put them on, and charged me for the difference of the two. I was glad he offered to put them on so I didn't have to make another trip back to the store. Great customer service!

The manager here sets a great example & leadership! You kid with unusual last name went above and beyond for my rear brake light socket, after being at 2 O'Reilly stores where they just looked at computer and said " no we don't have it", to coming here & having this kid cross reference and still go to he back and check at the closest parts. The manager then stepped in to help, & offered suggestions & continued unparalleled customer service! Auto Zone you guys truly value customers and never forget what it's like to be on the opposite side of the interaction. Thanks!

Usually I have a good experience while shopping there. This time was different-there were two on the register and an additional three or four just socializing with each other one in particular (pretty sure he was the MOD) made eye contact with me 3 times only to continue to talk and laugh with an employee never asking if I needed assistance, which I did. After that the one that I felt was the MOD walked passed me followed by two more employees without saying a word to me. During this time, a person who just walked in was being tended to over me even though I was there first!

I went there today July 29,2018. I had some issues with my car mostly my battery. They were very helpful. A+ store thanks to Jose ! Will always go back for anything I need ! Highly recommend it go get all your car needs.

I bought a fuel pump a couple years ago with lifetime warranty. I was told the warranty would be saved under my phone number. I tried to take it back and they have no record of the warranty! How convenient that there is no record of my warranty for a $300 item. Beware if you purchase an expensive item!
