I was very unsure about what products would be the most efficient and cost effective for cleaning my car because there were so many options. RJ came up to me and asked if I needed help. He walked me back and forth explaining all of the different, towels, wipes, sprays, and he even came out to my car to look at a stain I need to remove and he helped me understand what needed to be done. He was very patient with all of my question. He was also polite and very knowledgeable and kind.

Have always hone to Autozone on George dieter for all my parts. Have always had great customer service. But today needed help with my wife's jeep and Erin helped me out. He took care of all my parts issues and gave me awesome advice yo repair my jeep. He is very knowledgeable and very detailed. I am very impressed and thankful for this gentleman. Thank you Erin for all the Help and advice. ERIN is the man!!! He needs a raise.

Stopped by to check if my car had a fuse or electrical problem. Turns out walmart sold me a bust battery! Employee saved me possibly multiples of hundreds of dollars and i bought a new one there instead. Always get a free check before going to your local mechanic!

On December 6, on a Wednesday 9:50 am. I had the pleasure of coming into a friendly establishment and was helped automatically by Aaron was originally here to replace a headlight bulb didn t know what I was doing but Aaron helped me install and gave me recommendations on lights. I would give this a 10 star if I could but definitely will be coming here again. If further issue on my car surfaces up

Sara is an excellent employee, she helped me in 100 degree heat to replace the front driver side light bulb of my car with a friendly and positive attitude even when it was a bit complicated to do so. I would recommend her to everyone as she is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind.

Castor provided Excellent Service! I came in to buy a new battery and he even showed me how to change it and also provided information on how to clear the rust on the bracket. He himself was proud and took pride in his job. Will keep coming and recommend 100/10!

Still the same, yeah they got a lot of stuff but also don't carry everything. Employees don't even know what they are advising but giving you their 2 cents about your car problem.

I had problems with my battery. I went to AutoZone on 2940 George Dieter.The representative by the name of Noah took care of me. He helped me check my battery, which need it to be replaced. Noah kindly advised me of my options and offered a new battery with no hassle. I bought a battery and also was set up at the same location. While replacing my battery, talking to Noah I could honestly say he gave me peace of mind knowing he was taking care of my vehicle. This young honest mature gentleman made my day after I was stressed out about what was going to be my outcome with my vehicle. He got the job done and made my day. Thank you Noah and AutoZone for having awesome employees!!!!

Staff is helpful and friendly! I had an online order go wrong, and the staff was very helpful despite being busy and understaffed. Managers are always happy to have customers walk in the door. I bypass my closest autozone just to come here. They typically have what I need in stock.

I went in to buy brake pads but I wasn t sure on the year of vehicle since it wasn t mine and an old man with spiky white hair who was also in the commercial section helped me out. I told him I would provide the vin number since I wasn t sure and he sighed when I told him. Then I gave a number for my client and he started questioning it. Horrible customer service from this man.
