I came to the store with a dead battery!!! Even though Edwin and Irwin were busy with store duties and customers they were amazing and helped me change out my batter than even though it was not an easy task they got it done!!! I'm very grateful for workers like Edwin and Irwin that still take care of their customers!!! I highly recommend anyone that needs help with their vehicle to stop by and ask for either one of them!!!

Came to buy everything for a tune up and found everything I needed except Anti-Seize. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all their promotions.

I have been using Autozone for almost 30 years... I've never had such a bad experience. The empty store with 2 employees did not offer assistance in store and then refused to help me cut off a small piece of plastic. I asked if they could unscrew the clip for me so it did not break. I drove for 5 miles past Orieleys and other car shops to get help there to be refused assistance & told to buy a screw driver/socket set. I pulled it off myself by hand, but it broke the clip for no reason. I am disappointed in the service I received. It was 2 seconds to lend a hand for a paying customer. Our business spends a very large amount of money there, and this is a store I will not return to.

Karla was amazing! Took the time and Helped me swap out my defective battery that was still under warranty when no other autozone would. Every other autozone wasn t able to find the purchase of my battery under my phone number which I found odd. So I m thinking my phone number was entered wrong at the time of purchase. Karla was patient with me, kind and able to get me a new battery and made sure that this time it was under my correct phone number. We need more kind hearted, empathetic associates like Karla. Keep up the good work and thank you for making my day that much better!

I am staying at the Airport Travel Lodge and needed a part that made my vehicle where I didn't want to drive it Autozone had the part and were located about a mile and a half from the hotel. They have delivery available, but it was a Sunday and no driver. The rep. I was talking to (Debbie) volunteered to bring the part to me when she got off work about 2pm . That is service that is way beyond any reasonable expectations.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt it necessary due to one person: Leroy. This nice gentleman has helped me on multiple occasions. He really goes out of his way to assist a customer. Leroy is truly the embodiment of customer service. Thank you Leroy!

I've been going here to get most of what I need for my Cadillac and Monte Carlo SS , they usually have what I need for the most part ,sometimes they don't carry some of the products I have to have to get my car (s) on the street, but this time I just needed a fuse for my stereo system that I blew tryna hook up another amp ,so I got a pack and went ahead and bought the oil and oil filter for my Monte Carlo ,since I was thurr and they're always super nice .

Always the same story with them i have come in to ask for a part and they gave me the wrong one good thing i kept my receipt. Second time i came in to ask for a overhead console light then i was told i have to go to dealer because they did not have that part afterall i was able to find a replament one at O'Reilly he was wrong once again. Third time i come in for a tow hitch refund and turns out they where out of money so i left without a full refund. Very unhappy and unprofessional. They could've just given me some store credit instead.

Store manager was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. She googled question about my car she was not sure about. It was great to see a competent women take care of my car needs. Will definitely return to that store for any car needs. She is an asset to Autozone

Store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to her parts and services that are needed in a sticky situation. The staff was polite and friendly, I would definitely return to this store again. AWESOME SERVICE!!

They are very unprofessional and customer service is zero. I called the store and the guy I spoke with just put me on hold for a very long time until I got tired. I'm really disappointed as I used to patronize alot .

Gorge was extremely rude to me after he and his co-worker made snide remarks to me as if I didn't know what I was looking for . I spend allot of time aaave money on auto parts and various items from this store I personally won't return nor will any of employees is rather spend extra money at your competitors rather then to be treated like an ignorant thief I surly hope that corporate will change my mind with an apology but my last few trips to this store has left me a non customer

Leroy was the manager and Luis worked the counter I came in the store 2/9/19 after a a bad alternator shut me down in Kerrville. The Kerrville Autozone couldn t or didn t want to locate my warranty information so I paid them full price and kept my core. Luis looked up my information found the warranty then got Leroy involved and with in 10 minutes refunded my money and we were on our way. Not all Autozones are the same the Kerrville Autozone could take a lesson from this store on how to conduct business better with the public. Thanks again Leroy & Luis for your help with my issue. When in El Paso this will be my go to store for my auto parts.
