I've been using them for a few years to do inspections and oil changes. Not sure what's happened here recently but this last visit, I was charged for air filters that I declined and being in a rush with them being busy, shrugged it off and figured that I didn't need to worry about it later on. I checked them since there were notes about screws missing listed on the receipt and the filters were not changed at all. There are also charges that they put on now for additives that they don't tell you about when doing services. I contacted them and was told that I could bring my car in and that they would go ahead and do the work that they didn't do previously. Still fast but extremely dishonest now.

These guys are fast and efficient!I came in to get my state inspection (($18.50 tax incl.)And I went next door to circle k to get a drink and snack and by the time I came back and sat for a minute. The mechanic came and said my vehicle was ready! I've been coming here for years and love the service! Definitely reccomend!

They really take care of you here if you get set up with Julian he ll make sure everything is right with your vehicle great service by Julian and rest of crew as well

Long time customer for personal and work vehicles. Employees are quick and willing to answer questions and the recommendations to wait on air and cabin filters are greatly appreciated !! The owner has three different locations and all are the same when it comes to excellent service !!

Have been coming to Auto Lube Express for some time now. Every visit is professional, quick and very reasonably priced. In my opinion one of the best places in town for an oil change or inspection. These guys really take care of their customers. Thanks for the excellent customer service and value!Update: The crew here is always spot on, professional, timely, clean and straight shooters. I have stopped taking my vehicles to the dealer for simple maintenance and have consistently come here. Prices are good, work is fast and no pushy sales tactics. I really appreciate this shop and their employees. 10/10.Update-another oil change today and an inspection. These guys have really become like family to me. I actually look forward to getting my vehicle serviced here. Never an up sell, always a smile and respectful service. These guys should be proud of themselves for the great service they provide. This is my go to for oil changes for years now... We have new places closer to home to change our oil but I'll always go here. Very professional and fast.

The people here are awesome. In and out as fast as possible. My Father has been their customer for several years now, they even know him by name, he always comes for Inspection time. Very professional. A+ in my book.

These guys are private owned and do not care about you. They will work on your vehicle at there leisure and speed. With no regards of your concerns. It s best to let this business be, do not go here. They got upset when I called them out for working on my vehicle without a mask. The manager Ruben clocked out and threaten me, but with no action and when he suggested calling the cops I agreed. Sadly this small business is private. They will watch each others back.they don t care about there customers. Go anywhere els. Anywhere that is corporate, at least they have, proper customer servers.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I won't go anywhere else to get my oil changed, or get my inspections done. They rotate tires, as well. The owner is a very nice man, and all the guys who work for him are courteous and helpful. Good, old fashioned, personal service with a smile, done quickly and professionally. VERY refreshing in today's world.

I was having issues with my car and recently moved to the Eastside, so I didn t know where to take my car for service. I have a hard time trusting mechanics but my neighbor and my son told me about Auto Lube Express and the great service they provide, I read their reviews and after taking my car their for a transmission flush, now I understand why they are highly recommended! Thank you, Ruben, Derek, Paul and Craig for fixing my vehicle! GREAT JOB at a reasonable price! My go to from now on! Service: Transmission

A greasy mechanic jumped in my vehicle and pulled into the garage before giving me prices and then another different greasing mechanic jumped back in my vehicle to pull it out of the garage. Prices were a little bit High.

This place is awesome! These guys are outstanding, from the second I walked in the door I was instantly greeted with a smile. The employee explained exactly what they offered along with the prices. This was my first time using them but I will only go here from now on. Thanks guys!

They have a sign that says Full Service Synthetic service for $44.99 which is what got me to go here then when I get there they try and charge me $55-$65. So then I tell them I just want an inspection done and the guy angrily tells me my car is not going to pass.. All in all not the brightest people working here and a very Misleading sign. They passed on a potential $72.00 and little do they know I always tip my mechanics $20! I m glad I didn t waste my time n money here.

Car is running very well, plan to go back every weekend until finished with all changes for the year. A/c, fluids, tires, transmission flush. They are very nice and professional as well as as being as quick as possible considering what they need to do per vehicle
