LUIS is the MAN! I have literally waited a whole year to get my audio done and decided to go with audio express and I m glad I did!Luis walked me through everything I needed to know about my new system and installation process, they worked very quick and skillfully!!! 3 hours and literally right before I needed to go to work was all it took to create this master piece!I originally walked in wanting 2 12 s but it didn t suit my needs as far as spacing goes as I commute a partial way to my job with E-scooters and Luis found the best solution for me that was well worth the money spent and the quality it is delivering! Which was 4 10 s and supporting equipment!Also lifetime warranty can t be that!!!Overall, what are you waiting for?! Luis is the man you need to speak to get hooked up for all your audio needs!

Decent selection but craftsmanship is below average.The store is clean, well lit and with plenty of selection. The sales staff is nice but not very knowledgeable, they use lines like this one is the best but can t tell you why.I had issues with my installation. I purchased a head unit and a subwoofer. I had to return five (5) times, unfortunately. Although the staff was helpful in resolving the issues with my installation, I would ve preferred not to have to return.Overall - I d return for a simple installation but not for something too complicated. My biggest gripe was the attention to detail. Too many times something wasn t replaced the way it was removed. In the images attached, I was told that my amp was secured using screws. You can clearly see the screws weren t even completely secured.

My front + rear dashcam was well installed at an affordable price. The install was a bit quicker than anticipated which was nice. Pic is of the rear install since they had to figure out how to mount it for my vehicle.

Update: After our initial review, we were put in touch with the store manager, Rene, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. He not only listened to and acknowledged the concerns we had about how our truck install was managed, but also addressed how our concerns were handled initially by other staff. We brought the truck back the following weekend and Rene handled the install himself, which was done perfectly and everything, including the USB ports, are in perfect working condition. Although this was initially an incredibly frustrating experience, we are happy to say that on the back end, Rene was wonderful and the outcome was significantly better. Thank you, Rene!Initial review: If we could give it zero stars, we would. Paying up front before the service was done should have been our first red flag. We paid $1300 up front for a part we were told perfectly hooked into our truck (2018 Ram Rebel) in all aspects. The part they had to order for the install took over a week longer to arrive than we were told. Once it arrived, they never called us to tell us. We had to keep calling to check. Once it arrived and we took the truck for the install, no one called us to tell us the truck was ready so we showed up to check after 4 hours and apparently it was done an hour prior. When we checked the install, the console in the truck was clearly crooked and the buttons were stuck/not working in some areas. Then we realized that the usb ports that came with the center console from the factory no longer worked, only to be told they weren't compatible with the new audio console unit we paid for even though we were told at the time we bought it "everything" was compatible. We were then told we needed to talk to the manager about taking it out or getting any kind of refund, but the manager was apparently also completely unreachable at a training and not available until 3 days from now. We will be calling back to talk to the manager in 3 days, but overall just really unprofessional, terrible work, and no effort to rectify the situation. Absolutely dissatisfied. This was a waste of $1300.

Great customer service. This shop walked me though the installation process. They gave me recommendations to ensure no problems would occur. They installed my system in under an hour and $65 cheaper than other shops quoted me. I will recommend this shop to family and friend for any car audio installation. Appreciate your help and professionalism fellas.

The friendly and professional staff at Audio Express professionally installed my new speakers within 45 minutes! They did not try to upsell me to upgrade other speakers, and even sold me speakers that were on sale, that I wasn t aware of. Good dudes and a good deal. I highly recommend Audio Express!

My experience at Audio Express was great. Luis, Rene and all the staff were professional and great customer service. Luis and Rene were considerate of my long wait that they gave me lunch. Audio Express has always been my go to place for audio and speakers. Been using them for years and this time around Luis and Daniel really gave me a great deal on some speakers for my Infiniti. These gentlemen are a class act. I had to bring our vehicle back multiple times (due to no fault of their own) due to our lack of knowledge of the settings on the stereo they installed for us. Not once, did any of the staff give me the stink eye when I came in. On the contrary, they were always welcoming, professional, courteous and respectful.

This place took me real quick to change my radio out, they were very fast and didn t try to upsell me on anything. The radio works amazing and the price was very good compared to what I ve paid before. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Audio Express gets it done...full stop. Competitive pricing, walk-in service, professional results. These guys check all the boxes. Heck, there's even some great choices for food or entertainment in the plaza where they're located while you're waiting for your install to get done. Going back to them for my next mod's fo sho!

Had some clearance issues with an aftermarket speaker and speaker pod on my JL wrangler. Needed some audio hardware and I figured a small spacer would fix my issue.Mr. Garcia advised me that my speaker choice was actually going to diminish the quality I was looking for. They had plenty of options in stock and they were able to match my infinity reference tweeters with some reference 6.5 coax.Mr. Garcia mounted my speakers to my pods and I was out of there in under 15 minutes. 10/10 service. Highly recommend. I do a lot of my own audio/electronic installs but if I ever need hardware or assistance I d definitely go back.

Went in on a whim to get a new radio installed for the hubs. Wasn t sure if we d be able to as we didn t have an appointment. The gentlemen in there (I forgot his name) promptly served us and was able to install the deck within the hour! And he was super friendly and funny which was also nice. Overall we had a pretty wonderful first time experience here!

Great work in updating my stereo on my GMC 4x4. Jay had the work done and all my speakers are working and a subwoofer added. I recommend Audio Express.
