I do NOT recommend this dealership ServiceMy recent experience at Audi1- car battery was not registered right ( all wrong parameters) despite being charged $199. I had to bring my car back give the battery parameters to the technician ( ah, serial #) and ask him to register it right2- After being charged +$2k for some electrical issues (parking brake malfunction) they didn t put the retention clips back and some pieces were loose and hanging under the car. Today again I got malfunction message 2 weeks after repair3- The back light was on and off randomly They just changed the lamp and charged me for service as well. The next day I had the same issue again. They recommended to change the whole light assembly, however I declined to pay again for another service

Worst customer service in sales they only care about the sale if you want an Audi get an Audi you won t regret it just I recommend you get it from another dealership, it s impossible to get a hold of them, I send some paperwork that they need it by email and the GM said he never got it, I went in person and give the paperwork and after 2 weeks the GM said he doesn t have the paperwork (by the way I have to call and call and call until they answer) no one ever fallow up the situation if I don t call or go in person , no one calls me etc I m the one that always is looking for someone it s been over 6 months and they haven t resolve the issue and besides all of this the begging of everything the sales rep lie to me just to get the sale

Servicing a vehicle at a dealership is almost always more expensive than the alternative. Their technitions are expected to have the tools and knowledge to fix any issues with the car. The most crucial thing that some dealerships miss is good customer service. I have been fortunate enough to work with a great representative of the dealership and their brand. Ricky E is the rep that handles my vehicle. Ricky is awesome, he is friendly, polite, and is the kind of person I want to deal with when there is an issue. Any issues I had he was quick to address. He is helpful and responsive when I have had questions. He made sure that I had a loaner vehicle to drive while the vehicle was in the shop. Given that I live 50+ miles from the dealership this was very important. It saved me time, money, and the huge potential headache trying to arrange a second ride.

A great environment, staff was pleasant and friendly. The work was done In A timely manner with, good service and great pricing. I m a. New Audi owner and was a little worried about pricing but I m genuinely happy with the service of my Audi and what the cost was. Such a nice place gotten 3 vehicles there and on for my 4th dis year and i tell you armando is the man to go to such a nice man always helpful caring honest but respectful never felt like such part of a family until i went to audi and for the nice environment nd caring workers , if you do go they make you feel comfortable and always willing to help.

I had urgent stop here because one of my 2020 S4 tires got side bubble. I like this service center and I recommend it .Observations:Coverred parking for serviced cars. I've not seen this in my local audi service centers in sunny LA. I appreciate when I see the cars are not put on direct sunlight. Fancy gate entrance. Based on previous experiences, I kind of don't trust service advisors for some reason when they try to sell you stuff you dont need, but Ricky was trustworthy IMO, and helpful, and gave 5 star customer service.PS. I hated the coffee machine. We have a commercial coffee machine with barrista in Audi Beverly Hills service.

Audi El Paso and I have been very busy, in the last ten days. I purchased the 2021 Audi RS7 and got a great deal on my trade ins. Then I dropped off my Audi R8 for service and repairs and the service department took very good care of me. Love my Audi's.

The service department did not pickup my 2pm call on Thursday July 8th 2021, possibly because of staff shortages during Covid related scheduling changes.

Did a full inspection but never told me that they upload the inspection report on Car Fax. . Made me really upset. I will take the car elsewhere to fix the so called deficiencies.
