Marty is so sweet and kind, the 2 mechanics outside were also very nice. My husband took his SUV there and Marty updated him in a timely manner. I highly recommend to family and friends and will always be taking my vehicles there when needed!

I brought my vehicle here after the A/C failed. Within 5 minutes before I could finish drinking some water in the waiting area, they located the issue and showed me what was wrong. While they weren t able to fix it on the spot - they recommended a location that could. Their honesty and speed is hard to come by, and if they recommend anyone to you - I would highly suggest to follow it.

Very good service. Reasonable prices. Marty talks with you and makes sure that you understand everything that's going on and makes sure that you know what's being charged before they do any work. Thank you for taking care of my sons car for us.

I called to inquire about services due to some doubts I was getting from a diagnostic at a dealership.The owner told me to stop by and reviewed the diagnostic with me to make sure everything they had told me was to correct and have a game plan to address what is needed for my vehicle. As it turns out, the diagnostic from the dealership was inflated and the true need was a different error code, confirmed there at Arves Jones! Saved me time and money. I am thankful for their help and support and will continue to use them for vehicle maintenance and services.

We left our car last week and had to keep calling to get any updates on what was going on. Was charged $100 just to get codes on what was wrong with the vehicle which we already had and had communicated to Marty. I m more upset of the lack of communication after being told we would be called back the next day multiple times

You know how sometimes when you take your car to a mechanic and they act like you're inconvieniencing them? Not the case here. They are super friendly, very professional and helpful. Communication was great, service was quick, and prices are beyond reasonable. I will definitely bring my car back to them for any other services needed in the future. Edit to My review below. Went to pick up my car Monday and something else went wrong. The team there came to see what the noise was and we trouble shot the issue down to the starter. They replaced the starter and had it ready for me to pick up the next day! Thank yall! My chrysler appreciates it!Had my car towed here because I thought from hitting something cause my car to mess up, they found the issue and started working on it. Very friendly and caring staff! Can't wait to have my car back!

I brought my truck here the week of thanksgiving with A LOT of issues. They were able to fix everything in a timely manner. Communicated with me about my truck and what needs to be repaired. Fairly priced. I ve told multiple people about this shop and Ill definitely back if need be (hopefully not anytime soon ) Thank you guys!

It is very difficult to find an honest mechanic that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. But I will tell you what, I found one here. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I have been taking all my cars here for several years now, I will not take them anywhere else. I used to take them to Pep Boys and they were always trying to sell me tires and other needless repairs. Don't waste your time with other shops, just take it to Arves Jones.

Came to this place a while back since moving to El Paso. Their prices were a little high but they had it done on time and they worked with me on the final price. Their mechanics are always willing to take a break and help diagnose a problem or give an estimate the two or three times I've stopped by there in the year that I've been living in the Northeast. I tried to give one mechanic a ten dollar tip for helping me diagnose my truck one time and he didn't want to take it. I love the friendly people in this town.Update: Have had the opportunity to service my truck with Arves recently. Changed drive train and some other maintenance issues. Drives like a new truck now and I couldnt be happier with Marty and her crew. Worth every penny.

Talk about crooks. They had our car for days and kept changing the time frame that the work would be done in. Completely rude and awful customer service. Save your time and money. Stay away from these people!!!!!Update: y all my favorite part is their reply. It is ridden with lies. When you call Monday and say it will be done by Wednesday and get no details on Tuesday regarding an update or Wednesday until you persistently call them 3 times. And the tires they were suppose to price out never happened. And their reply is Oh I guess I should have called you . Seriously just stay away. They are a JOKE.

I will never call anyone but Arves Jones! They are a lifesaving place. I have been stuck on the freeway and other very busy streets, and my car always goes straight to them because they are reliable, friendly , respectful and professional. Communication with them is constant . They work as fast as possible and work is good.

I was told by the dealership where I bought my car that I needed to change out my brake pads right now and they wanted to charge me $200. It was $25 cheaper with Marty so I took it there. She said I still had at least half of my brake pads left and didn't charge me anything. An honest mechanic is rare. I highly reccomend Arves Jones Automotive.

I took my Odyssey here after Firestone gave me some ridiculous price for my brakes. There were some tiny hiccups, but they took very good care of me. Very few non-dealership shops will offer courtesy transportation. I am very appreciative of Marty, she gave me faith in mechanics. They are great people, took my vehicle in for inspection. It failed, I made repairs and it failed for different reasons. They were right though. My vehicle needs to be safe to drive as I have a child, and I need to make sure my vehicle is safe to be on the road. While I wished it would pass, I'm glad to be shown the problems i didn't see. I find them to be honest and fair. They are family type business and I will continue to go there.

My son took his vehicle there because it was overheating. He was told it was a blown head gasket. Thankfully we took the car to o'riley and were told his thermostat needed to be replaced and that there was nothing wrong with the head gasket. I thought Arves Jones was a reputable establishment. I will never take my vehicle there ever again. If you have problems with your vehicle take it some where else. I'm very disappointed.

Just retired from military, and just returned back home. My truck was dying so I didn't have time to search deeply so I took the recommendation of one of their employees about their quality and years of service. Well, They over price their parts, they replaced my alternator, batteries and clamps, told them to check also the electrical cause my ac lights inside didn't work, well either doing that or by carelessness they cracked, broke my dashboard. And like other places I've been to, they did not do a walk thru with me to show me what they had done, so I took it upon myself to check it, that's when I noticed the damage to the dashboard. The owner is assume took no responsibility for it and the mechanic she came with. There was a mechanic that almost spilled the beans but was afraid to lose his job, which I understand, but if someone would have owned to it, this ol veteran would have let it go if anyone had the integrity to say so. So I'll be seeing them in court, even if I don't win ill waste their time..

Arves Jones Automotive is the only place I take my cars for service. From oil changes to major repairs they can do it all. They provide excellent service at a fair price. Plus they give you a detailed description of services needed before any repairs are made so you know exactly what needs to be done, and how much it's going to cost.

Sorry Marty but your prices for labor are high priced. Paying for parts that are double is wrong to do to your customers. Good luck with 95 bucks an hour for labor. You lost my business and all recommended people l know. Happy Holidays.

Last minute horror story for my truck and I have two days until I need to leave El Paso. They fixed the issue and did it at a fraction of the cost firestone was wanting. They are a go to in my book for anyone wanting a place that cares about their customers and also wants their vehicle fixed.

I was referred to this shop by a friend and I am glad I was sent here. I had my car in for my brakes and they did the job quickly, for a good priced and even told me how my car was doing over all. I will be back!
