Please do not go here! I made the mistake by believing all the other good reviews on this auto center. The owner is a cheap person and will charge you an arm and a leg. I just wanted my knock sensor to be replaced but call after call happened from the owner saying I needed to replace a lot of parts. Since my truck is old I believed them. At the End the owner ended charging me $2,500 when the original quote for only the knock sensor was $450. I asked for a detailed receipt but got a hand written receipt that only listed the parts replaced and no price attached to the parts or any explanation of the cost of labor. They also changed my oil but left the drain plug loose. The next day I was driving to work and all my oil started spilling in my job s parking lot as soon as I parked at work. I ended up having to buy oil. The next day I showed up had them fix my drain plug. They began to lie to me saying that the plug was stripped when it was not because my friend who knows about mechanics checked it and said it was fine. I also told the owner to reimburse me my money for the oil I had to buy. The owner said that it wasn t his problem and did not do it. I had no choice but to pay the owner since he was not being helpful or honest and my truck is my only means of transportation for work. DO NOT GO HERE. Later on I did more research and found out there were complaints about this company with the Better Business Bureau. They all consisted of the same experience I had. Also the owner is not professional or polite. He screams and cusses at you. I will never ever go here and I hope you all learn from my mistake. He also does not file any paperwork and they only accept cash. Now I understand why they only accept cash because they are so shady.

Tow truck driver recommended this place which, seeing from the reviews is common. A little odd that drivers from different companies are doing this but, I'll leave that at that.I can't say anything on the service, because in the end I decided to have my car towed to the dealership, as was originally the plan. Alpha ran the $250 diagnostic for me, and the deal is (at least at the time of me going) if you use their services to fix the issue then the diagnosis fee is waived.The issue for my car was that both batteries were dead. I was quoted $450 for each battery and $300 for labor. $1200.I called the dealership to ask for a quote for the same service. They told me that for both batteries it would be around $650 total. Already significantly lower, I opted to go with the dealership of course. When I called Alpha back to inform him, the owner told me that he had already checked with the dealership and that they would cost me more, etc, trying to convince me to use them. But I had just got off the phone with the dealership so that was a lie...plus, I don't know if he knew which dealership I spoke to to begin with?Another persuasive angle was that Alpha could get it done right away and I could have my car back the same day. That could have been true. But the cost wouldn't have been worth it for me.Long story short, I bit the bullet and paid for the $250 diagnostic fee to not use their service, the dealership ended up charging a total of $785, and I STILL at least saved almost $500.My advice is do your research and don't get pressured.

Yesterday was a very bad day for me, I was traveling from Dallas to El Paso and 30 miles outside the city my wheel bearings failed and tire separated from my Suburban. Thank God I could stop the truck safely, called toe truck and he told me, I know a good guy that can help you, so he dropped the truck off at the parking and was about 6:30 pm. The owner and the mechanic was waiting and since I was not from this area I asked them to help me. They assured me that they would work on my truck first thing in the morning and I would be on my way at no time.In the morning I saw speedy(the mechanic) checking all the broken parts and ordered them fast. The mechanics worked on it nonstop and by 11am it was fixed. Mel the owner went out of his way to do things right, his price was fair and he is genuinely trying to help people. I highly recommend their shop and their staff.

BEWARE! Do not take your vehicle here we almost crashed due to their negligence leaving our lug nuts loose and the pics are below on my 64 Impala broken drum, studs, and whole braking system in the rear. To think we paid a $4,200 dollar bill to have the car was sold unnecessary repairs and upgrades just to be fooled and ripped off please learn from my mistake and do not use these thieves!!

Really great service! My visit there was so pleasant, I knew what was happening at all times, they were so helpful explaining to me what was going on and how we could fix it. Great prices as well!!! I would ve never thought that I could be this happy with someone s work, really fair prices for the great work in good amount of time. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing job!! Removed my snapped lug nut without damaging my rim. Even after another shop completely messed up the lug nut. Highly recommend! Will also use this shop for now on!

Do not hesitate!! We are from Georgia had some car trouble in Elpaso, talked to several service locations, and this was the best by far! Honest, helpful, reliable, could not have asked for better service!!I would 1000% recommend over any other place!!!!

Now I see all this fake reviews for this shop! Don t fall for the reviews. Mo is a big scammer took my car to get fixed diagnosed with computer issue quoted me 900 dollars. I ended up paying 2400 for nothing for this man to no fix this issue in the car. Car broke down again less than 3 months later took it to another shop where they confirmed MO DIDNT FIX THE ISSUE. I was talking who a friend who used to work for him friend let me know he chooses the people he want to actually help and keep raising the prices for no reason so he can keep the car! Take you car somewhere else and to trust the AAA Kings Tow man if he tells you the fake story about this scammer!!
