Really nice accessories! If you re looking to add more to your truck or jeep this is the place to go. Certain items are pricey and certain items are responsable priced. Items did appear to look like high quality items. Checkout the photos for products and prices that I uploaded.

Excellent customer service by all team members as I needed a tank holder for pickup. Thanks to Paul from fleet section, Hugo, Curtis and Jerry from sales. Any one of them will go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

What a great experience! We bought 4 ranch hand bumpers for some of our fleet trucks and Jerry Walker helped me out and made the process so easy and quick. I highly recommend Alamo Auto Supply for any accessories or add-ons, they carry the top brands and the staff is very well trained in order to help suite the customers needs. Thank you guys so much at Alamo Auto and again just want to give a shout out to Mr. Walker for overlooking the entire process from start to finish to ensure that I was completely satisfied.

Worst customer service. Ordered side steps, was told it would be 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks called and not it. Was told they d call me back with update. They never did. I called 3 more times and part not in and again they never called me like they said they would. Almost 6 weeks later, tired to cancel but told id be charged a restocking fee!! For parts that didn t come in.

Showed up to pick up my truck as instructed then wait another hour and twenty minutes for my truck to be ready. Was informed during drop off if more time was needed I would be contacted. No call so showed up on time. Then while I was being shown my new camper top the weather strip I had on the tail gate was gone which isn t a big deal but the sticky part was left for me to clean up. I paid around $170 for install and they couldn t even take off the sticky mess? Not coming back and thanks for the mess.

Very expensive! Everyone is on the phone. Can't imagine being there on a weekend. Overall, it's a clean place. The rest room was clean. Buy the exact same part on Amazon for a fraction of the price.

I reported paint damage to my new vehicle after receiving a window tint service from them. They did nothing about it and seemed like it was deliberate. Please refrain from getting services here if you care a lot about your vehicle s paint.

Went in to buy and have a 3" lift installed on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Curtis greeted me immediately, and the Awesome experience began! We sorted out what I needed, and he provided me with a couple of price options. I liked that. I went with Zone lift and Fox Shocks. Scheduling of drop off of install was perfect and he worked around my schedule. I had to drive from Alamogordo, NM to drop off. Dropped off at 9 am on a Wednesday, with a promise of the next day. Called next day at 2 pm to verify I should drive down and pick up. Jessica ( I think) told me to drive down, as it would be ready. Sure enough, my Jeep was waiting and it looked awesome! Jessica was awesome through the final process!! My Jeep rides and looks so much better. I just can't thank Curtis, Jessica, and Alamo Auto enough!!! I will be back for more stuff, and I have/will spread the word. Thanks again Alamo Auto!!!

Great service. I went in to have my sun protector for my windshield repaired, because the monofilament line broke and Curtis went out of his way to repair it and he said I could watch. He is a very courteous and exceptional employee.

I'm very happy with the work they did at Alamo. I was very satisfied with the work that was done on my Gladiator because they listened to make sure it was done to my liking. Jose was the mechanic that worked on my vehicle and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Will be going to him for any future visits and I highly recommend him if you need any work done.

Basically called my wife a Liar. Sales people don t know what s going on. They paged Ben he never showed up.I went in as a retail customer even though we do ALOT of commercial business with them. I did not mention that because I like to keep business and personal separate but the way the handled the situation I will pay off my commercial account and not use them anymore

Amazing customer service and have done business with them a couple of times. Only ever had problems with them 1 time where they were inaccurate with their quote time. Amazing quality and great service!

Went in for a truck bed cover. The sales representative took the time to figure out what I use my truck for and where it would be used. I wanted one in particular but was told the El Paso sun wasn't good for the material on it and recommended one from the same brand that was about $40 less that would last longer in this climate. I'm glad Adam took the time to explain why his recommendation was a better fit for me over the one I wanted initially.I was told it would take two hours to install but finished with 30 minutes to spare. The service manager came out to walk with me after to make sure his crew did good work and I was happy. Excellent service and will definitely buy future truck accessories here again.

The time it takes to check out is ridiculous, we stood in line with 1 person in front of us for 30 minutes. The customer service from the male cashier was horrible. Don t even think about exchanging anything, it took 30 minutes to exchange an 18.00 item for a similar item of the same exact price. Then we find out we were charged more then the items price tag. Horrible buying experience.

Alamo Auto Supply probably will install your light bar just fine but ask them to go beyond that and they will likely screw the job up, even with detailed written instructions.I took my vehicle to Alamo to install a CB radio and an antenna. In completing the job their technicians compromised the safety of my car! Pictured below is how they sawed a hole in the C-pillar of my car, compromising this important structural element's integrity.I brought my car to Alamo because they advertise themselves as the experts in fleet upfitting in El Paso. As such I expected them to offer advice on how to best (and most safely) install equipment on a vehicle. Generally, one expects professionals in any given field to steer clients away from errors and provide expert advice.I began to notice issues with the installation right away (certain things were not installed as per the manufacturer's instructions that I had left with the installer) but I only discovered the damage to my vehicle recently when the radio stopped functioning properly and I decided to investigate. While the trim panel was pulled I found a perfectly acceptable mounting point for the antenna that did not required cutting a structural member of the unibody. The lack of forethought and professional expertise demonstrated by Alamo by not suggesting this alternative seems to me to be pure malpractice on their part. Finally, despite the sales manager telling me "We do all the radio installs for Ft. Bliss" their technicians appear to know nothing about installing two-way radios. The second photo is of a ring terminal that was used to attach the coaxial cable from the radio to the antenna mount. Instead of properly soldering the found of the coax to the terminal the terminal was first soldered to a single strand of thin wire then to the coax braid. The quality was so poor that it literally came apart when touched.Bottom line: You might not want to make your last stand with gear installed by Alamo, General Santa Anna might just have the advantage. Avoid this place like the plague.

Had running boards installed at Alamo and could not be more pleased. Adam was knowledgeable about the product, product was in stock and installed same day in less than 2 hours. Alamo has been a fixture in the El Paso automotive community for many years, easy to see why. Thank you guys for a great product and service.

Over the past couple years they have thinned out employees and now wait times for a sales person or parts puller is just not reasonable anymore. By the time you get what you came for you could order parts and be shipped and delivered it seems like. Just way to hard to spend money at this location nowadays. Bring back the old Alamo

There are only a handful of places that I trust for aftermarket automotive needs - and this is one of them.

Walked in to look for some lights and ask a few questions about some rear bumpers. The sales guy was not very friendly nor was he helpful. It seemed to bother him when asked for his personal opinionIf your going to be in sales you should be willing to talk to customers and having a smile doesn't hurt

Bad customer service! Don t trust the rebate process from this store. I was eligible for the first responders discount and I was told they couldn t honor it due to a rebate. I understood! Now I m trying to fill out the forms for the rebate and I need a UPC code that I was not given to fill out the form. The UPC code was on the box THEY threw away!!! I could have saved almost $300!! And there s nothing they can do to help me. I have to wait and see if they can get a UPC number from another box!! Frustrating!!

Very VERY inconsistent pricing. Got three different prices for the same service within 20 hours. The first time I called I didn't understand very well. The second time I wanted to confirm with the correct details and when I got there the price changed. They gave me some dumb excuse.

I ve had one of my best shopping experiences at Alamo Auto Supply and I owe it to this tall, friendly, and knowledgeable employee named Jerry. I was losing hope because no other auto part place had been able to help me. I was frustrated to say the least. He was making phone calls, looking online and researching the best way to make sure I was taken care of that same day. It wasn t easy but he did it all with a great attitude the whole time. My truck was even fixed by the time I picked up my son from school! He called me the next day to make sure everything is working right and we are now planning an upgrade for my truck! This is what makes a customer keep coming back! Jerry I give you

Had inverter replaced but not wired like the original installation. Had to go back and have remote switch installed. With my work schedule it took over 1 month to get it done.. Joe Tovar provided great customer service though.

Great service! My family and I were in the middle of a move. With no time to spare I needed options for carrying extra luggage in my car. The associate discussed the pros/cons of several options and knowing I had to get on the road ASAP he was able to get my car in the shop and install a hitch and luggage carrier the same day. They also took the time to show me the new vehicle components and ensure they met my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer for over 35 years and always was happy with the service and selections. Now, instead of having a wide variety of automotive accessories on display, they only carry stuff for trucks and jeeps. I own neither. They still tint windows.
