I'll begin by saying that I was skeptical given all my past horrific experiences but I am seriously impressed. The young man who tinted the windows the my car had all the knowledge anyone could ask for. I will send him some referrals, no doubt. After getting a crack repaired it continued to grow the following morning. When I asked for a refund, he said that doesn t warrant any kind of refund. So I m out of pocket $65 and with a bigger crack than before. Their warranty only applies if you get a windshield replacement from them Buyer beware.

Technician showed up to my address on time. However the repair of the chip was not that great. The technician used an old drill bit to make the hole in order to fill with resin. In the process he scratched the area around the chip and using a handheld drill like a power tool and not the recommended drill. It made the surface of the chip worse. I definitely would not recommend to use this service for chip repair as my experience was not great at all. Many other places charge about the same rate. I went with this option due to the 4th of July weekend and worried that if I hit a bump or the heat would make the chip worse. Unfortunately this was a bad choice. The work that was performed is horrible. The chip was smaller as opposed to how it looks now with the scratches and having the drill grind against the windshield. I would definitely try to find an alternative. Other than this service for chip repairs, you don't want your windshield to look like mine.Service: Auto windshield repair

Jesse seemed nice and gave me a great quote. He told me a date but not a time or an address (since he mentioned he was working out of his home garage). I texted him two days before for a time and he said we would have to reschedule for next Saturday because of inventory, so we rescheduled for next Saturday. I called him 2 days before and it went to Voicemail, he txtd me and asked me to txt him. Through txt I asked what time for Saturday and what the address was, I saw that he read it but didn't text me back. Five hours later I txtd him to cancel; he read it and never wrote back. Not sure what's up.
