Horrible experience at this location. I requested a radiator to be sent to this location and was told it would arrive the next business day in the morning, this was on Wednesday. I called on Thursday to see if it had arrived and was told it wouldn t be in that day until Friday. Well today is Friday and when I called and was told it didn t arrive in the morning shipment, and to call back at 3:00 pm. I called at 3:15 pm and was told by the manager that the order was cancelled, yet I was never contacted. They also didn t offer any solution on their behalf. This was a huge waste of time and lack of professionalism on Advance Autos Parts. I am a commercial account holder and this is how I was treated. I will never return to this store again and will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is by far the best advance auto parts store I ve had the privilege to walk into. I was greeted as I walked in with a good morning and a smile. Annette took the time to help me with find the parts I needed despite the fact that I don t know anything about cars and she completely understood what I needed. I know for a fact I ll be coming back and will suggest to my friends and family to shop at this location.

This store has very knowledgeable people, the service is always with a smile and the prices are very affordable. They offer great deals and always go that extra mile to serve the client. I don t live near the store but will drive out of my way for the great service. Annette is the best.

Very helpful. Helped me find a weird part without being asked, even encouraged me check to make sure that it would work before I left. Good people.

I don't remember the person/employees name but he was very helpful! I went there for some advice on what I suspected was wrong with my vehicle & he confirmed that he saw the same issue & immediately got me the part I needed What a relief I had that hose replaced & now I'm so happy that my truck isn't leaking anymore antifreeze.

Advance auto parts has Outstanding service and prices I know Annette and the manager Sam and never been disappointed. I hate when I have to stop at Autozone and it seems you know more than all of them together or when you are standing in line for 10 minutes with no one helping you. Lol

We bought a relay and try to returned and they refused to give money back. I went back within 15 minutes. This is bad business. I had receipt and original package. They claim the dont do any refund on electronics. Please dont shop here. Go to autozone or orreillys way better. I see advance auto parts going out of business soon.

I called for a part and a guy answered name was Rudy, he didn't even know what i was calling for. They need to get people that work there know what the customer is asking for. In other words be mechanical inclined. He had to ask another worker for help and he didnt even know. I was calling for a price for a lower control arm for a vechicle. Well what is that ??

No one to help you at the counters. I can hear them at the back laughing and being obnoxiously loud. I could have left without paying and they wouldn't have noticed
