Great customer service they helped me diagnose my car. It broke down in front of the store and it had to be repaired. They offered me a drink and said it was okay to leave the car in front in case I don t finish repairing.

Employee joe ansered the call said to hold i couldnt say anything before i got the recording on the phone line i waited 15 minutes until hung up and found autozone fast and easy with help. How do you bring customers to your store if you can give the a part or prize over the phone

I needed help to get the right part. I spoke to Omar. Very helpful, great attitude took his time did some research and gave me the correct part. Great Service!! I have about 15 other part stores on my way to that store it was worth my time... Know adays it's hard to get good service, that's to include all this Auto Part Name stores. All this young kids are only looking for a pay check, they really don't care. All this Name Stores need to start a good training plan and a customer service training. Thanks

I have needed various parts for my car over the past year and every time I come here, they have awesome customer service. The employees will help you with whatever they can and the place is always super clean. All staff here deserves a serious raise! They are always so friendly and helpful.

Watch out with this guys. Manager is super rude. Price will not stay the same. I hope someone will check how the Manager from pellicano talks to his customers

This location was like no other , very clean store the staff was so amazing and caring , I've never had such a more pleasant experience with an auto part store. The general manager is awesome the staff amazing and to Mr Lopez and Mrs Jennifer thank you for caring and giving me the best experience. Thank you so much .

The staff was great! Polite, friendly and took the time to address what I was looking for. Also great deals and specials. I will return to this store. Great service and prices earn loyalty and this store on Montana street earned mine.

Would of been nice if the five guy's standing around could of helped me. The store was nice. They didn't have what I was looking for As I stood there I noticed how they helped a guy who walked in and greeted him. Not once was I helped.

I regret not getting his name but his customer service was amazing. I went in asking a question regarding a front license mount and he went above and beyond answering my questions. I recently moved here to Texas and found out upon registering my car I need front plates. He was super friendly and helpful.

Very attentive, as soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted. Pricing was better than the first place I stopped at where I was totally ignored. They have gained a customer where their competition lost one.

Very good service! I highly recommend this place. I think they Carey, on average, more upscale Automotive Products then they're competitors. At least I find items at Advance that I don't find at the other stores. I think the products are a little bit more quality!

I called several auto parts stores looking for an air filter for my 2017 Honda, they all said there was only one left in stock. Auto Zone price was around $15 and O'Reilly's around $25. Advance Auto Parts had them in stock at both of their locations. Price? $7 plus tax. Are you kitten me? I drove straight to AA on Montana after work, bought it, popped open the hood and replaced it right there in front of the store. My manicure wasn't scared, not for this bargain!

Way better customer service than any of the other guys. This girl sits behind the counter on a bucket all the time and it looks like she's on her phone so that's not too welcoming, but Jesus and Jeromy really know their stuff.

I appreciate them having the part I needed sometimes it's difficult to find calipers in the city the price was good we got a military discount thank you for looking out for US veterans and active military

Very helpful employees here. Also apart from other DIY stores the employees here can actually help you in find the right part. And if they don't have the part or tool they can help you find what you need.
