Not bad great service the guy that helped me dare I say his name ? He's going to kill me oh well Mr .Ronald was very knowledgeable and I'm sure to be back again. Oh you can't help but notice there's a pup in there that loves to play ball. You'll notice that the pup brings the ball to you. I think it's sweet. Thanks again Ronald lol. I just had to.

Where in the area looking for UPS drop off, lucky enough, the Advance Auto Parts is one of the access point here along Doniphan Dr, and they are open today until 9pm. Very accommodating staff. Very accessible it's along the highway.

I needed a new battery for my Jaguar and I'm so glad I went to Advance Auto Parts. I called first and an employee named Dani went out of the way to help me. When I arrived, Angel, the manager, was amazing! He is friendly, professional and really cares about his customers. He found a solution to the battery issue I was having and he took extra care in installing and ensuring that all the technology on the car was working right after putting the new battery in. I can't say enough about the kindness and care shown by Angel, Dani and Jake at this Advance Auto Parts location. This is my new one-stop for anything we need for our vehicles. I will recommend these guys to everyone! They are awesome!

Bought a belt tensioner for my car at o reillys prior, had a 1 year warranty, failed after 14 months. O reillys didn't have any other options, called advance, had a different brand, lifetime warranty, AND gave me 15% off without any pushback! They will certainly get my business again for other parts

Angel always provides the best customer service! I prefer Advanced Auto over other auto parts store, particularly this store. Easy online ordering and pick up process, easy returns if need be, and excellent rewards program!

The only place that had the right parts for my truck. The worker that helped me out took the time to find the right part I needed and opened multiple boxes to check if the part was the correct one. This will be my first choice for auto parts from now on.Thank you!

My car wouldn't start at my work's parking lot; So I had my battery jumped then drove here because I saw a free installation and testing sign/ad in the front. Little info I can reveal online is that I had surgery on my stomach and is on a lifting and such restriction; That said, after I had the battery tested, I bought the battery and asked if they can install it for me, they said "we can lend you tools but we're busy". I'm a shy person and don't like to demand services, though the sign said "free installation", I did it myself, I had no other choice because then I'd have to jump the car again if I didn't carry and install the battery. The bad review isn't because my introvert self had to install a battery; It's that, the ad in front says "free installation", shouldn't they have had it installed for me? I feel kind of jipped...

This place has quite the cleaning supplies for your vehicle. They also had things I could only find online. It is a nice place with friendly staff. They also have "FIRST RESPONDERS" discounts if that applies to anyone. Overall happy with the store.

I was having trouble with my battery on my Honda CRV. I called Advance Auto Parts and spoke with Jonathan. They had the correct battery in stock.I asked if they could deliver it to me. My battery had died and could not start the car. They delivered it to my door. This is absolutely the best service ever. I greatly appreciate the service and the price was less expensive than Auto Zone down the street for a comparable battery. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend without reservation. went and bought a headlight bulb replacement at the donaphin location in El Paso Tx. While being cashed out, Lorenzo asked if I needed help installing the bulb, I was surprised and excited to get the extra effort. Great job Lorenzo, Thank you.

First.. they had the part I needed, in stock. Always a plus. Then the gentleman that helped me who kinda kinda looked like a Mexican Tobey Maguire (Spiderman)....lol. Very nice crew there....Thanks

Great cutomer service! I went in for a new battery for my car that I'm fixing to sell so I asked for the least expensive battery and the guy that helped me out even added a discount to get me the best deal and helped me install the battery to avoid the core charge. Will sure be back for all my car needs.

Unprofessional and don t seem to know anything. I went for a serpentine belt and they gave me very misleading information. They tried selling me two belts because they said my car needed two and couldn t even find the right belt. The girl brought me a belt for a big truck, I drive a sedan -___- I got frustrated and just went to AutoZone. They fixed my problem almost instantly.

Went in for a check engine diagnosis. Got helped by Lorenzo told me which 02 sensor to replace, bought the sensor and he even told me which socket I would need bought it aswell. Replaced the sensor and no more check engine light. Passed the TSI thank you Lorenzo

I'll start by saying the have a great selection to choose from. I was doing a spark plug and oil change on a 2017 kia sportage 2.4l. The spark plugs i was given worked perfectly but the filter i was given did not work. I found this out when about 5 quarts of 5w 20 spilled on my driveway. I still think you should give them a chance, this was most likely a accident but auto zone is closer to me and I haven't been given the wrong part yet.

Traveling through Texas on my way to San Deigo when I noticed a strange vibration coming from the front end of my vehicle. Searched auto parts stores from Van Horn to El Paso and no one had what I needed. Finally stop in the store on the west side of El Paso and talked to Angel and he was able to figure out a way to get me back on the road and traveling safely against. He is a fine example of what customer service should be. He is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I just want to thank him again for his help and his concern for my family s safety.

I was shopping on line for air shocks l was offered on line a 25 % discount. I went to the store on 5700 block of doniphan rd.in el paso tx.and store manager and employees were very helpful with my purchase fantastic customer service .

ANGEL THE MANAGER WAS WELL MANNERED, PATIENT , & I NOTICED HE GREETED 2 OTHER COSTUMERS & TOLD THEM HE REMEMBERED THEM FROM THE DAY BEFORE & ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE PARTS HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO HELP THEM OUT!!! HE GAVE ME THE SAME KIND OF TRATEMENT I WAS VERY IMPRESSED INDEED !!!
