Great service! I received detailed updates on my vehicle daily. Omar was very helpful and touched up some scratches on my car as a courtesy, which I appreciated very much! My car looks like new and was fully detailed from the inside and out. I highly recommend Ralph and his team at Ace Body Shop!

This place is top notch. not only did they fix my wife's car from accident from a person who hit her car but went above and beyond what nobody I ever have seen beside wash,wax and vacuum the car to perfection. Even down to no more dog hair in back seat and floor as well as the seat cover . I very highly recommend this place will never take my vehicles anywhere else. They deserve 10 stars not 5.

10/10 swear thought I was driving it off the lot. I went in primarily because through insurance it said they are a body shop who can do the work specifically on my 21civic. So knowing that was green flag 1. Next walking in was quick and easy. I did call before hand and set everything up with the insurance it was all handled perfectly. Their receptionist is so kind. And immediately got meet the service consultant. Omar, yall want Omar to help you. He was straight forward with me about the repairs and courteous. I get very socially anxious but the two main people I interacted with were very nice. Now the repairs:I got side swiped and mirror broken off held by duct tape. They replaced everything that needed replacing/fixed. It took about 9 days to get everything done. All be it, this was I m sure a smaller job than what they usually do, but getting me in and out and updates via txt were the best! Updated me when they estimated repairs would be done, updates when we were in paint , getting out of paint. Shoot if I had a bigger issue I m sure they would update me on that as well. Lastly they washed/detailed my car . : ) yall im telling you!! 5stars 10/10 will recommend. It s the little things here, but oh they deliver on getting the big things done. Great shop, great experience, super quick. And I m not sure if it s just because the price I got was through insurance, but they told me how much was being billed let. Me. Tell. You. I had gone to at least 3 or 4 other shops to get estimates before hand, but ACE was charging legit half of what I was getting quoted. Great shop, great customer service, great work, and great prices.

Great work and fast. Best experience I've ever had with a body shop.They repaired the front driver side to like new . After someone backed into it. 11 days. Wow !!! Big shout out to the front office grill Priscilla

Ace Body shop did an absolutely wonderful job on my Honda Accord. Omar s work was magnificent and he was constantly in touch with me through out the entire process. I cannot begin stress how professional and awesome this shop is. Ace body shop provided excellent customer service after I hit a tire on the road taking off my front and back bumper. You cannot even tell that my car had anything done to it and my car was clean upon return.

I just came back from getting my car fixed. I was working with a car warranty that isnt the best and Ace took care of everything. The person i worked with was Ray, very friendly and patient with all my questions. He was a joy as well as his manager Linda, she was absolutely awesome. I can see why they have been in business for so long and thats because they have amazing customer service and treat their clients like rock stars. Thank you ACE, i will definitely go to you for all my car repair needs.

This is the second car we get repaired at ACE with great results on both ocassions. This last time, Aubrey and the ACE team went all out to make sure our recent-model BMW was repaired to original specification. They assisted us in talking to the insurance company, all original parts were ordered on time, and the original color was matched to perfection! Both customer service and workmanship were just outstanding. They even offered to deliver our car at home!! I will not use anybody else in El Paso. Thank you guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Im so pleased with the work and customer service preformed. I searched Google reviews and BBB and found this shop to be top of the list and now I see why. Yall did an amazing job putting it back together after someone rear ended us. I was constantly updated, I never had to call for an update wondering "what's going on" punctual and kind customer service start to finish. The best surprise was it was finished earlier then expected and when I came to pick it up they had washed the whole outside of the car, AND cleaned the whole inside which just really let me know I made the right decision to come to their shop. I highly recommend Ace, my truck was repaired after an accident. It looks brand new!They are very professional and courteous. Continuous updates by text on the progress of work. They finished almost a week ahead of promised date. Also assisted with a vehicle when State farm s allowance for rental ran out. All I can say is Ace Bodyshop is FANTASTIC, EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE AND OF COURSE OMAR!! He must be the "Ace" in the shop!! Even though I'd get text messages regarding status of my car he would also call me with what was done, what needed to be done and when car would be ready!!

From the moment I spoke to Pricilla on the phone to get me started with my damages, was great! It's hard to make a customer chippy when they're dealing with a damage vehicle. Took in my Jeep Wrangler for some hail damage and a new soft top. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and solicitous. Ivan was very detailed with what they were going to do and and how it was going to be done. I was also being updated on the daily. Omar whom worked on my jeep did a substantial work! Wonderful place to get your car repaired.Kept me informed the while way through, great JobMy car had superficial damage and they took good car of our car and us. They even cleaned my other headlight so that I had even lighting. If I even need to bring my car back for another repair this is the place I will bring it too. Very professional and kind. Got in an accident and my front bumper and my fenders we completely destroyed. They fixed everything and made it look brand new. The service was quick and effortless and they had me back in my car in 2 weeks. The boss was nice and the statefarm consultant was very helpful and got everything done without me having to do anything. This place was great . I was involved in a accident and the car was pretty crashed up and they made the car look better than it did before. Very professional and polite answer all my questions.. Omar was the person I dealt with most always kept me in the loop about the car anytime I called he would tell me what I needed to know. If he was busy at the time he would always call back . Omar was badass at his work give him a raise. If you want your car looking great again leave it to the real professionals at ACE BODY SHOP. Thanks you guys

Had someone back into my bumper about a month ago and took it to Ace to get the repairs done. The people there were all very friendly and professional. Their quote was fairly priced and their scheduling was very quick. I even received a phone call from them the day prior to bringing in my vehicle to verify that the appointment was still good with me. Overall, extremely pleased with their quality of work and professionalism.

OMG! What an amazing group of people. My left front end got smashed. They kept me up to date. Worked hard so I could get my car back in time to go home to Alabama. I can't say enough about this place. I was so overwhelmed and their amazing receptionist Prisella made me feel so at peace. I told her I'm not looking anywhere else, I found the place I want me car. Ivan was so amazing in work and character. The sweetness of these people. The boss had them double check on my car to make sure my hood was snug. Everyone there was so sweet. Had a wonderful experience getting my car door fixed at Ace.They're super personable, and timely.They took the time to keep my informed during the 9 day stay of my car.The job they did was wonderful, it was very well done.Ace was not one of the pre-approved shops with my Farmers insurance, but they worked quickly with mine to get approved the very same day.I think it would be beneficial for Farmer's insurance to get them on the approved list, they were great and are a local business!

I took my vehicle in to have it repainted where there were some deep scratches and gouges in the paint and also I noticed that the clear coating was also coming up ,Linda was the service writer she was very helpful and knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed and explain exactly what they would be doing to my vehicle ,exactly what it would cost me ,and I have always found that if you tell the people in whatever business it is , clearly what you expect and what the trouble is there is little room for error, they did a perfect job I would recommend them to anybody needing auto Collision repair service for an accident or scratches a hail damage anything that is needed, they can make sure your vehicle is repaired correctly into your liking my name is Robert Hatten and I have no affiliation with this company I'm just a customer was very grateful to let everybody know that they did a great job and again I would recommend them because they go above and beyond what is necessary to get the job done and the job was done a day ahead of the original time quoted to me, hats off to the gang at Ace Body Shop. Great job!

Ace did a quality, professional and timely auto body repair to my pickup truck. The damage to my Ford truck was on the drivers side front and back door. I was concerned because two doors plus both side airbags needed to be replaced. I had heard that sometimes you can get wind noise after repairs like this are done. Ace and the team left my truck better than it was before the accident. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.
