As soon as you walk in you see they have their stuff together. Receptionist was polite and receptive and discussed their service and warranty and she s had experience from big dealership and was a service advisor. I feel I m in good hands.

Solid mechanic who are honest with you and down to earth. They check your car immediately and give you an estimate the next morning, which is pretty impressive. They also make sure to level with you and explain the problems which I think is important attribute for a mechanic. Overall I do recommend

My original review was posted 4 months ago when they ordered my transmission. The first one mechanical failure, the second had metal in it which I m very thankful they detected but I m now waiting for the 3rd transmission to be built and installed. They say 3 to 4 weeks and I m now going on 4 months. These guys have been polite and thorough. I m thankful they didn t have me driving it when it wasn t working but I ve been without a vehicle. They have no loaners. This is been really hard on my life, job, health. I guess if you are going to replace the transmission in your vehicle, be prepared for complications. I never thought it would be a life altering event but here I am :(. Here is my original review: Very thankful for Aamco and Daniel helping to get my vehicle working again. Car repairs are stressful and he was able to thoroughly explain (my inquisitive mind) what we needed to do and I appreciate the peace of mind with the warranty. I haven t had the repairs just yet but so far I know these guys will take care of it!

I had advised them that my truck was not driving when put into gear I asked if the transmission needed to be taken apart to know what the problem was they told me no they will perform a full diagnostic and tell me what s wrong for $200 after they had a diagnostic they said that the parts to rebuild the transmission would cost 2500 which is more than a brand new race transmission plus labor.When I went to pick up my truck I read the report and all it said is truck does not move when put into gear needs to be removed and broken does to diagnose I asked the manager what they did since all the report said is the same thing I told them.All I got is the manager saying the diagnostic was given because I took it and no one put a gun to my head to take the truck there.Instead he could have said something like I know it says the same thing you said what I did is the following steps to check your transmission. I would not recommend this place. Not sure why my first review was removed last year

Daniel is very friendly, polite, and professional. I took my 14 Escape to him to diagnose. He informed me that 4 of 6 gears were toast. He explained everything. I received the instructions on Reman vs AAMCO Rebuild. I went with the AAMCO Rebuild. When they had removed the old transmission, they found leaky heater hoses, a worn-out CV joint, and a broken transmission mount. Daniel didn't have to notify me of these items, but he did. I'm glad he did. Thanks to his professionalism and pride in AAMCO's work ethic, I will take all of my future car care needs to him. I will pass along his name and location to friends and family. The car drove great, like new.

It's very Expensive l got use motor for $6000 n if you're engine light comes on it better be your engine not the Wiring on the vacuum cause I won't fix it. It's going to have to be the block. Pistons spark plugs or everything that's inside the engine only l won't be going back to that place

I just want to say that the work done on my transmission, carburetor and air-condition were done by great professionals. These guys knew what they were doing! The customer service man was willing to help!They were on time and were able to take care of my problem. I am happy to be back on the road driving my restored 1948 Ford F150.

I went to this place on a Friday and they close at six. I showed up at 5:20 530 and they were already close. The guy was in the parking lot. I come back on Monday to get the car worked on after getting the quote and the guy said that I had to call first with an to get an appointment so I made an appointment for Wednesday the guy gave me the estimate over the phone of the costs, and when we decided that we were not going to go through with them and we told them we were picking up the vehicle we showed up and the estimate was almost $100 more than what was quoted on the phone. So I didn t go to pay the diagnostic and what was quoted for the little part that they did fix and when I had the guy the cash he had no change so then he wanted me to use a debit card only for the purchase after I told him that the funds would have to be transferred and I was going to sit there and wait he got anxious and then decided to add a discount to get me out of the store, this place sucks I do not recommend it to anybody. Horrible customer service doesn t keep their hours of operation as posted on the door tries to pull a fast one on quotes and just very uncomfortable atmosphere.

I had a transmission rebuilt here 3 years ago and had them add tge lifetime warranty. We live 3 hour from here and they never told me it needed to be inspected yearly or the warranty was bad. Just blew a few hundred dollars!

Great place, great customer service! Daniel was amazing throughout the whole process. The communication was a 10/10! My car needed a new transmission and he walked me through the while process and helped me understand exactly what was wrong with the car what it needed, how much it would cost, etc. I'm am so happy we chose AAMCO to fix my 2014 Ford escape transmission. Their financing options, and warranty (depends what you pick) are great! We will definitely be recommending AAMCOService: Transmission

Top notch service both in the shop and at the front office. This place has a standard that exceeds merely fixing your car and sending you on your way. They have made us trust and believe that there are still high quality mechanics and great customer service people in this industry. My experience with this team of professionals started in speaking with Daniel over the phone, setting up an appointment to have our SUV brought in due to an engine light. This conversation could not have gone any better as he was thorough and patient in listening and explaining things. This is not a one time thing as you can tell in all the other reviews. Their mechanics further sealed the deal by delivering on their promise; quality work equals quality results. They are consistent and we have entrusted them with caring for all our family's vehicles which by the way are all over 100,000miles...hard to tell though:-) Grateful for these pros. Thank goodness for Arrow Towing & AAMCO!!My family and I drove from CA to TX towing our 26' Travel Trailer. Our 2014 Yukon started warning us that it was overheating so we pulled off the freeway. My husband found the radiator hose broke and all of our fluid leaked out. He re-attached the hose and refilled the reservoir but the car still had reduced power and we got stuck at the turning light onto the I10. Because it was after hours we called the nearest mechanic shop that was "open" and the whole experience was very shady. Thankfully, Robert from Arrow towing told us that the place we initially towed the car too was not a good place. He recommended taking it to AAMCO so we dropped off our car.I called AAMCO at 9am to discuss what had happened. We got the call from Daniel at AAMCO at 11am that the air hose had popped off (must have got loose when the radiator hose was re-attached) causing the power sensors to trigger and reduce power. AAMCO said no transmission issues at all and our car is working perfectly fine! They ran it and drove it with no issues.I am so absolutely happy and thankful for Arrow towing and AAMCO!

I am grateful and pleased. The guys at the shop did an incredible job and I'm so happy to have my AC up and running again. I appreciate them for keeping me up to date with everything that was going on with my car. Even when they were delivered the wrong part they let me know and ordered the correct one over night! I know I could have gone to a cheaper place but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for and I'm confident with my repair as much as they are. They even have a warranty on it! Great guys can't wait to do business with them again.FYIIf you want to save money, cash is the way to go. They accept card, but the service they use to process it charges about 3% which when dealing with cars can add up to a lot. Still it's not to bad.Service: Air conditioning

Daniel at AAMCO was great. Gave us direct answers and options to consider for our transmission issues. Would recommend a call ahead since they are busy and same day work was not an option for us. On our appointment day, the process started with a diagnostic step and then a free estimate. Pricing was reasonable and nothing felt oversold. Start to finish, everything took about 2 hours.

Awesome, professional & courteous! I'm beyond satisfied with the work they did on my BMW. I was stressing about a malfunction light that came on so I started looking into getting my transmission fluid flushed & refilled. I called around and even went to different local shops to get estimates. They each gave me crazy prices just to diagnose my car and one shop even said I needed to replace my entire transmission for about $2000 plus labor! I finally called Daniel at AAMCO & he gave me a reasonable price to get my transmission fluid flushed & refilled. It was done in a couple hours and my car felt smooth & better than before. The malfunction light came on later that day and I called back to see if they could diagnose my car. They diagnosed it free of charge and told me exactly what it was. Unfortunately, they don't do that specific type of work but they helped me figure out the problem. I'm happy I found a place that is honest & does great quality work!! Will be back for transmission service and definitely will refer to all my friends Service: Transmission

Absolutely professional and reliable. Saved us over $5500 from Mission Chevrolet. As soon as I called they offered to tow my vehicle to their shop. They took care of EVERYTHING and had it ready in 24 hrs when the dealership was going to take about 10 days. Mission Chevrolet automatically wanted to replace my transmission and AAMCO took the time to look at it throughly and find the real problem. Saved us money, time, and stress. Absolutely amazing.
