BEWARE They are ambulance chasers!! They arrive and say I didn t see accident but I have a towing business if you need help. They stick around and keep asking if you need a tow then you ask to take car to dealership then they insist on taking to their yard which is an auto collision repair shop !!!! You try and take your vehicle out and they lie and say they bought parts and are already taking car apart! They lie to you, to insurance and anyone else who calls! They damage your car more than what it was in order to give a high repair estimate! They are extremely helpful until you want your car back then they scream and do not let you speak and hang up on you mid sentence ! Very unprofessional !

2024: More like D99 : I do not recommend this shop at all. **Enter at your own risk ** FYI THIS IS NOT an APPROVED shop for PROGRESSIVE.I went in to get my ignition column replaced (auto theft attempt), rear side panel fixed and bumper replaced. For some unknown reason they replaced both my EOM brake lights, with used broken parts and the other light had a burnt out aftermarket light bulb. (See pic). I took pictures of my car before it got towed in.I am the original owner and I have never touched the bulbs and would never use aftermarket parts on my car.The trunk was missing pins to secure the liner and they broke my brake light cover. Also, my driver side seats were gray and liquid stained probably from the mechanic's dirty uniforms. I keep my seat super clean so I noticed right away.The rear bumper replacement and paint was good but the broken light just sticks out to me more.I Will be filing a complain with the shop but doubt they will do anything since I already signed the release paperwork. I have to go back to AZ, I can not leave the car there another 30 days for their incomplete repairs.Also, when I finally drove my vehicle noticed that there were short black dog hairs all over the backseat. I don't even own a dog! I think they used my car as a loaner without my authorization. They took off my Progressive insurance plugin tracker so I am unable to tell how it got driven before I picked up my car.**UPDATE 1/12/2024 ** At no point did the body shop communicate with me after they released my car unfinished. My Progressive adjusted told me the shop refused to take responsibility for the unfinished repairs and to use the unpaid $500 deductible to replace my broken taillight, and broken left mirror, add limo tint to the new glass, and clean the dog hair mess they left on my back seats.

Worst body shop I've ever been to. It's a total rip off. They charge your insurance for NEW parts and not put you new parts on your vehicle. They pretty much ruin my truck. They do not align your parts correctly on your car and when I confronted them about it they acted as if they didn't know what was going on. They will tell you that they fixed something and completely lie about it. They put a broken grill back on my truck after quoting the insurance for a brand new one. They scratch my tailgate with something yellow and and white paint everywhere on my truck. The paint came off very easily but the scratches are there to stay. They replaced my led lights with yellow halogen lights and quoted the insurance on two separate occasions saying that they put in led headlights. They had some kind of sticky substance on the other side of my truck that's not coming off. It's just a whole lot so I advise you guys not to ever consider this shop for repairs. They will completely scam you.

I typically do not write reviews. I felt the need to based off my experience in working with Manny regarding full body paint job for my 2008 Yukon. Great attention to detail along with updates on process. I would post images although do not see the option on how to.THANK YOU MANNY!!!! for making my vehicle look new again. Worth the investment.

This place is a complete scam and front desk lady is rude and unprofessional. Be careful. An ELDERLY family member unfortunately was involve in a car accident. Our car was towed to this shop because a bystander said he owned a shop near by and offer to "help". However, once we spoke to insurance company they mentioned it was not an approved shop for them and recommended another shop. Long story short, insurance company had already received pictures, videos and report from us personally and they mentioned it looked like it was going to be totaled. Insurance attempted to collect car and this place denied release stating it was fixable and we had agreed to proceed with them fixing it. Which it was a complete untrue statement. This place uses deceiving methods to keep business there. They ended up charging over 1200 just to release car after one week of storage.

My poor Fiat was t-boned, but A-1 made the whole process of getting it repaired, getting a rental car, and dealing with the guilty party's insurance easy. I had nothing to worry about and was able to get on with the business of life.

Worst experience ever,my car took forever to be fixed,they would call and tell me it was ready and then they needed another day,and another that and they had us like that for a while.We didn t really know anything about this shop cause our insurance was handling it, then we come to pick it up and it s extremely dirty and my front plate is nowhere to be found,the lady kept saying the car didn t have it but we made sure to put it inside the trunk. She kept on saying it didn t have it and that it was $5 dlls to go get a new one and she even handed me a $20 dll bill that I didn t take.I was worried the cops were going to stop me for not having my plate on the car.The lady was extremely rude and now we have to get a new plate. Wether it s $5 dlls or $100 the plate was in the car. My car was extremely dusty and dirty from inside.Then they hand us money to go return our rental and pay for the extra day they took on our car and we get to enterprise and the guy toldUs they don t take cash and that this shop knows this and still gave us cash to pay.Worst experience ever do not go here. Horrible staff and horrible experience.

If I could give these people negative stars I would. They STILL have my son's car and has had it for over 5 months. They refuse to answer the phone and when we do catch them, they lie and say it will be done next week and when we call the following week we can't get an answer. The girl I spoke with is so unprofessional and emotional trying to explain that she had to deal with this type of situation before. Honestly who cares girl!!?? This young man is paying for a car monthly and insurance faithfully while he can't enjoy his car. He is in the military and at the time was stationed there when the accident happen he was not at fault. The shop rushed him in the street begging him to let them fix it, selling their pitch. He decided to trust them and regrets it so bad. He is now 10 hours away and has to keep going back and forth trying to get his car back. They are horrible just horrible with communication and stealing from the insurance company. We just retained an attorney to sue these people and get his car back. After 5 months these incompetent people have told my son that they refuse to talk to him or me anymore and will only speak to his dad but they won't answer the phone for him either. WHERE IS HIS CAR AT!!!??? It's ok though because we are ethical and professional and will fight back with law on our sides and win because you are illegally harboring property that does not belong to you and your dog this to a serviceman at that. Our government doesn't play that, messing with our protectors Mario. So be prepared for this lawsuit since you want to prey on the inexperience of a young man thinking he had no one to back him up.But he does and you're going down! And expect your reviews to go from honey to vinegar. BEWARE PEOPLE IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR THEY WILL STEAL IT AND GO AFTER YOUR INSURANCE! THEY ARE CHARGING FOR THE SAME PARTS TOTALLING OVER $14,000 SO FAR AND BEGGING FOR MORE MONEY BUT WON'T COMMUNICATE WITH THE OWNERS. THIS IS BUSINESS BUT YOU MADE IT PERSONAL AND YOU ARE GOING TO PAY FOR IT. LEGAL FEES AND ALL. OUR FAMILY WILL BE POPPING UP ON YOU IN PERSON VERY SOON TO DISCUSS DIRECTLY. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR OR FOREIGN.

Took my mom's car and they were very helpful. They did a really great job in fixing it and painting it. They even loaned mom a car while they fixed hers and brought it to her when it was done. Thank you to everyone there.

I highly recommend A1- Body Shop. Noel and the business owner were extremely polite in getting my car repaired promptly. I was the gentleman that had the accident while driving for Uber Eats with the 2016 Nissan Murano. Even after taking a month because of having issues with Farmers and Progressive giving us a hard time in paying for the repairs, thank you for being patience with us. Thank you so much you guys did a fantastic job at replacing the damaged, replacing and refinishing the parts needed to repair my car. I'm extremely satisfied with the factory correct paintjob. SAVE YOURSELF STRESS/ TIME AND YOUR VEHICLE FROM FROM BEING STOLEN!!!!!!Apparently, A1 doesnt install the airbags in shop. My car was stolen from the shop and found in Northeast with rims changed, battery changed, broken parts and swapped parts from Acura to Honda. Below you can see the condition EPPD found my car in, they trashed it (none of the items belonged to me) who knows where my car was and what they did. The black marks are from getting prints.Sad/ horrific business. Filed a police report and reported the business. It was such a mistake to go to them.

i would just say that there s this lady working in the front desk she comes off as very nice her name is Ana, she will tell you many things and will just screw you over at the end, car will come back with no work done to it will just scam your insurance and not get the job done right. i had came back to complain after i talked to my insurance saying they paid for all the repairs and she was being very rude and would tell me she has no time for me, would just ignore me when i am the client. very unprofessional i wouldn t trust her at all you guys be careful!! only work that was done was just putting my rear bumper back the wrong place haha no paint work or quarter panel repair.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!I should have known from how penurious the place and staff look, that this was a scam. Ana the receptionist who cannot even speak or read was absolutely horrendous. She could never answer anything about MY vehicle. She is useless at her job. She is clearly illiterate. This place is a scam. If you go and see the place for yourself it is impoverished. Listen to all the negative reviews on this place. It s a scam and the people there are just revolting. These people are quite obviously dense beggarly people that need the money. Do better when hiring brainless receptionists.

This guys are really good at what they do. I took my 2010 town and country because it had a dent on the driver side and they took care of it. Fast turn around and great price, could not ask for more.

Very bad experience with mario and annie they lie about the deadline theyre rude and ignore your calls they took almost 3 months they said theywould have my car ready by Thanksgiving and today is dec 12 and barely picking up if I were you I wouldn't make do any business with them not recommended at all just left my car there cause I had no other choice

When my car got flooded from the heavy El Paso rains, Ana was who I spoke to about what happened and what would be the next steps. She was so professional and provided me with the best help I could possibly receive. My car was fixed in a timely manner and I will definitely be coming back if I need my car fixed. I was referred by Tomas. Veronica & Mario did an awesome job repairing my car the last time my car was in an accident. This time, I got in an accident & was at fault with only having liability. I tell y'all this body shop really helped me out. They are very understanding, very helpful, efficient, great at their work, fast acting & hooked me up!!! Thank U all very much!!!

If I could I would give 0 starts. They kept my car longer than needed and when we tried to take it somewhere else they were charging us for garage fees. They did not provide us with receipts for parts they replaced and insurance adjuster and them acted shady. They got 5k from my insurance company and probably 2k in part/work. I was so fed up just picked up my car and yes they did make me pay $495.00 fee in top of all that. Do Not go here unless you want to get ripped off.

I had the unfortunate even to have two accidents on both my vehicles within a two month period. A-1 worked with my insurance and had the adjuster there the next day. They work very hard to meet their customers needs. They even gave me a ride to Enterprise, for my car rental. Their service goes above and beyond expectations. If you need a body shop, I highly recommend them.

Very good work done! Very professional. A lot of people post negative comments but there is always 2 sides to any story! They have fixed my vehicle many times and never had a bad experience at all. They always go above and beyond for their clients! Always putting the client first in every situation. They worked well with my insurance company and they highly recommend this body shop! The owner Veronica is amazing and Michael gave great service from beginning to end! Highly recommend this place!

My experience with this body shop has been unlike any other! The owner (Veronica) makes sure you receive your car as good as new and in a very timely manner. They took care of everything, even contacted the insurance and made sure I had a rental car the same day I crashed. I ve had horrible experiences with other body shops especially since I am not familiar with car parts but this place explained everything to me and made sure I knew exactly what was happening at all times! Definitely one of, if not the best shops in El Paso, they make sure you re satisfied from beginning to end unlike other places that stop caring the moment you sign. Thank you Veronica and everyone else from A-1 Auto Body Shop!

I had a great experience, considering I had just been an accident, A-1 staff from the start were professional and on top of everything from beginning to end. They made this process completely effortless on my end. From the car rental to the time it took my car to be ready. Top notch group. I would definitely recommend this shop. Usually there is one person that stands out in a business but this one literally everyone was awesome. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend this shop. I ve taken my vehicle and family s vehicles there when they have needed to be repaired from hail damage, fender benders, to a full blown collision, and they have always delivered what we agree on in the contract. They worked well with my insurance and helped me with the insurance claim process. The quality of the work done on my vehicle was excellent, and they showed me the receipts of the parts used for my vehicle and they matched what the insurance paid for. The owner Veronica, goes above and beyond to help the customers, from working with the insurance, to ordering the right parts, to the quality of the work, and even waited for me after hours for me to be able to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop and will continue using it in the future if need be.

5 STARS!!! Ana, Mario, Veronica & all of the A-1 Team Thank You! I highly recommend this shop. Everyone was professional, aware, helpful, attentive, courteous, upbeat, and Very Very Patient. Ana muchas gracias por toda su Ayuda- you're Great & very Effective! They helped from speaking to the insurance to fixing all of the necessary parts on my Nissan. This was a turn key service, I called and within a hour and my car was picked up and they were in contact with my insurance. Not only did they handle my claim but they streamlines everything with my insurance so that I didn t have to stay on the phone for hours on end. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a body shop. Also the quality of work was incredible.

After being rear ended in a parking lot, I came to a1 and all of my expectations were exceeded. They responded in a timely manner and ensured that I had a rental car in the meantime. Ana was the most helpful by staying after hours to ensure all of my needs were met. Veronica made sure that I had updates on my car. If you have any issues at all, then this is the place to be. I loved the excellent customer service. From start to finish. I was on an accident a very caring gentleman first asked for my wellbeing then he took excellent care of my car with their towing service. Then I got a loaner from them. My car was in excellent shape once more. No issues with my insurance they took care of everything. I recommend this 100%. I read negative reviews. . More than likely people who are paid to write bad reviews..

Very bad service they charged the insurance almost $4000 of repair damages and they only fixed $1000 worth of repairs and all of the parts were used parts, and the person in charge of the repairs was NOT professional at all when we went to confront them about the repairs on the car, also the car was not even cleaned and was all filled with oil stains inside my car were they were going in and out of the vehicle. And they still refused to pay back the amount that was owed for the missing repairs

A-1 Auto shop came highly recommended by a friend, so naturally I asked to have my car towed here after I was in an accident. Mario and Ana stayed after hours on a Friday to take my car in. They both stayed in contact throughout the process as the insurances went back and forth. They were professional and helpful in any questions I had and returned my car back to me in even better condition than what I left it in. I will definitely be a returning customer in the even that my car needs maintenance and highly recommend them to others.
