Be using A&W for years. I trust them to take care of family's automotive repairs without me having to monitor to see if their pricing is fair. They are always fair, professional and great at what they do. if they suggest something it's because it is best for the longevity and safety of my car. Thank you Austin.

I have had complete confidence in Scott's assessments, explanations, and in the repairs completed on my mom's older vehicle over the last couple years. I use the Montwood location of A&W. The work is timely. There are no surprises. I appreciate knowing everything is done well.

Skip the hassle of the Toyota dealerships and take your Toyota to A&W. A&W offers high quality work at reasonable prices. With A&W I ve serviced my front and rear diff with transfer case, cooling system service, induction service, transmission service, rotor and brake service and multiple lube, oil and filter changes. Personally, I think these guys are the best and happy to recommend them to anyone. They also update the carfax.

I was very impressed by the knowledge and support I encountered with the staff of A&W Automotive. I was quoted a price and time estimate for the job I needed which was an engine replacement for our Tacoma. The job was on time with the same price quoted. Scott, the mechanic made sure everything worked before turning over the truck to us. I will be going back to A&W Automotive for service in the near future.

I was a Toyota Tech, for several years, at a dealership in Sacramento. I do my own work, but, I struggle to get under the vehicle. I Trust A&W, to do my services. And, all, has been great! I'll have my wife, start taking her Honda to you, soon!

I dont even know where to start . This shop has done nothing but good for me , especially me being from out of state . Not knowing any who to trust to get my tacoma fixed . I work in the West Texas area , my truck takes alot of beating on these lease roads .There s many shops to choose from but after research i found A&W and heard nothing but good things . So i decided to start flying out of el paso instead of midland just to check them out (2-3 hour drive). Since then its been a done deal . I have been very happy and impressed with their customer service and team. The work was done right, and at a more than fair price. The best automotive shop in El Paso. The tell you the price and if there is anything extra they call and ask if you want it done. Austin and Ozzie and the technicians are the best in El Paso bar none.

I've been using A&W for many years- Austin is an honest Christian man running an honest operation- that's evident by the word of mouth business he gets! As a woman I appreciate not getting scammed as in years past with other mechanics- it was very traumatizing and frustrating. Several times Austin could have charged me for products still under warranty and I would never have known- but he is always honest!Always stands behind his work too!!It's such a relief to know you have someone you can trust when things go wrong with your car!! And Ozzie (who runs the front office) is wonderful too- very polite and caring- I'm truly blessed to have such peace of mind about my car thanks to the team at A&W! I won't let anyone else near my car!

I am always pleased to deal with Ozzie and Austin at A&W Automotive. I always get straight answers. I never have to fear that I drop off my vehicle for one thing and end up having to pay for numerous things that are discovered after dropping off my vehicle.
