Did a quick job on a small repair and a 50 hour maintenance. The price in my opinion was way to high. I bent a shroud that I did not notice and it was scraping the pully making noise. They bent it back, and changed the oil..192.00.. that is excessive. So, as a result I will not do business here anymore.

Shout out to all the Scherer Kubota El Campo employees! Hands down some of the best customer service you could ask for! I usually talk to Shannon and she is always super helpful when I call. But I have never had a bad experience with anyone at the store. Good job!

I have to say, my experience with talking to Clint about what I need for my little patch of land, was delightful. He was very informative and knew the kind of machinery that would work well with my needs. He made sure I understood the different types available and he was so friendly and respectful. I will be recommending him to my neighbors.

The best customer service folks I think I ve dealt with in a long time! Clint Mitchell was very knowledgeable about their product and was able to steer me in the direction of a tractor that fit my needs. If you need anything, Clint is definitely your man!!

Was able to secure a very hard-to-find part from the folks at Scherer Kubota in El Campo, TX today. Thankfully they had 1 in stock. Everyone on the staff that I spoke with was professional, polite, friendly, and caring - even first thing in the morning! A special shout-out goes to Ashley in the Parts Dept. for her hard work and hustle in getting it processed, packaged, and ready for UPS pickup only a couple hours after I called! Will definitely be contacting you guys for any future needs and recommending you to other Kubota owners. Thanks again!

Traded in 2 tractors for a new one. Was treated with great respect & knowledge. My salesman was Clint Mitchell. He went above & beyond to make the deal. Great communication & appts. went as scheduled. No complaints here.

If I could give this dealership's "service" department ZERO stars, I would. They do not even have the courtesy to call you to let you know that they are not going to show up to a scheduled appointment (this happened multiple times). After the tech finally showed up, we would call to ask for updates as to when the repairs would be made. Every time we called, we were told a different excuse. Also remember, this is us calling them for updates when they should be calling the customer...To add insult to injury, when you try to contact the store manager, he simply gets the same person you're having issues with call you back. It's beyond laughable.I would rather let my tractors rust in a field than give them a dime.

Went to visit Clint at the El Campo location, will be back! Customer service is top notch! If you are in the market for a new or used Kubota, call Clint. We've also had the Parts counter order parts for us, quick, responsive, fairly priced.

What can one man say about this establishment other than "Bravo!" They have turned the tractor buying experience into what can only be described as a celebrated event. The steps taken by their professional sales staff harkens back to a time when things were simpler. Deals made with a handshake and a smile. Don't be afraid to take the Kubota challenge. They have poor management. Terrible customer service. Every department is held back by the manager, who is one day not productive and others don't count on anything happening. Everyone is to afraid to use their resources and get things done/take care of business. This company has been established for some time but is very immature in it's development and growth as a whole. If someone at lower level needs to make a decision, they can't workout top level approval. That is called a, "Mom and Pop Shop" by definition.

Don't count on anything to be completed in a timely fashion. The manager is a drunk and comes to work the same. Terrible customer service, only 7 out of 8 can agree.
