Hannah and E.R were very nice. E.R noticed some other issues I had other than what I took my vehicle in for and was able to get it fixed. Hannah got right back with me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. Thank you both very much.

Was driving down I-59 from Houston to Rockport late Friday afternoon (7-16-22) when I experienced engine problems on my truck as I was driving through El Campo around 5:30 PM. I started calling local auto repair shops to see if someone could help me. The first three auto shops I called were already closed. When I contacted Precision I was told by Hannah that they were about to close and they all had to leave their shop at 6 PM for a dinner commitment. Was told if I could get to their shop before 6 PM that her husband could do a quick diagnostic test on the engine, but they would not be able to stay late to work on the problem. I was able to limp my truck to their shop and arrived around 5:45 PM. Owner, E. R. Matus, did a quick diagnostic test and determined that I had a bad coil. They sent their mechanic to the auto parts store to pick up the necessary part. They quickly and efficiently made the repair and sent me on my way at 6:20 PM. I truly appreciate their selflessness in staying late to make this repair for me knowing that I was in a bind. Two thumbs up for their excellent and caring customer service. Great place for vehicle repairs and maintenance. I had my car serviced here and the work was magnificent. The mechanics were professional, honest and answered all my questions. They provided helpful insight and the price for their services was fair. The lady at the front desk was pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
