Was able to get a part delivered to the store on a Sunday!! Price matched a competitor and save me some money also. Thought I was going to have to drive an hour or so, one way, to get the part from the competitor.

Brought in around 600 dollars of hydraulic hoses to be made up after calling an making sure that they make hydraulic hoses get there an the young blonde behind the counter told me he just went lunch an he will be back to make them in 30 mins to a hour. two hours later the guy shows up doesn't even ask me anything about them walks behind the counter starts checking out a customer so I wait an when he gets done an they leave a he looks over at me an says i dont know what to tell you but I'm not making those hoses for you very rudely then walks to the back horrible service if you not going to make the hoses tell me before I drive almost an hour to your store to be turned away.

The only complaint that I have about my visit to this location was that there were 6 employees and two customers including myself and one other gentleman... Only one cashier that happened to be a manager was waiting on customers. I stood in line behind another customer for at least 5 minutes wow rest of the employees chitchat it amongst one another until finally one of them asked if I was ready to check out. If I were a supervisor for O'Reilly's I would not care for I employees standing around chit-chatting on the clock while customers are in the store because time is money and it's costing the company wow not being productive.

When I go there people are nice friendly help you any way they can they are always there when I need parts or tools they help me when I try to substitute something for something I can't find a match to fit it

These guys know their stuff. Ruben, Ashley, and the gang are always helpful. Local delivery also is a plus when you're busy

Most if not all my auto parts needs are met at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Friendlt people, so far I have only had one bad experience and it was years ago but there are bad apples everywhere I guess.
