Amazing service, my car broke down on the way to Houston and we got towed to Elite Automotive. They got us back on the road quickly and were super friendly. I'm so thankful for their help!

Always does good work, usually gets you out the same day. Only 4 stars because they are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Would recommend

Just wanted to say a big public thank you to this place. As we were driving through to Houston the skid plate on our car came half off and was dragging the ground. They were able make a quick repair for us and get us back on the road.

Very professional, they listen to customer's when they describe noise and sounds that the vehicle is making. I would recommend them first to anyone having vehicle problems. The owners have years of automotive experience, both are certified mechanics

I m from out of town and I was having car trouble passing through El Campo, Tx. Mike, one of the owners stayed after hours to help get me back on the road. I wanted to take the time to write this review due to an exceptional experience with Elite Automotive repair. I made a very big mistake while traveling from Houston to Harlingen and put unleaded gas in my Diesel F250. I was stranded. I looked for a local automotive repair shop via the internet and had no personal referral to rely on to determine who to use. I called Elite Automotive repair and Galvan answered the phone. I explained my situation and he immediately helped me with a local wrecker service which towed my vehicle to their shop nearby. They immediately began to work on my vehicle draining the tank, flushing, the lines, replacing the fuel filters, etc., charged me a fair price for their work and put me back on the road in a relatively short amount of time. It is nice to know that there are customer service oriented people still in business that understand the needs of customers and go above and beyond to help someone in need. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I was frustrated that I made such a stupid mistake, but with their help, I was back on the road again and returned from a successful trip to Harlingen and back to Houston again. I was extremely blessed to have such quality people helping me. I pray God will bless their business efforts in the future.

Owners are very pleasant and willing to try and solve mechanical problems. Both Mike and Galon are very friendly and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with these professionals.

I have relied on this to fix things correctly. If it seems pricey, then you should had brought it sooner. The more wrong get on it, the more the cost will be to fix it. If you want it done right, check them out, you won't regret it.
