"I had a great experience with Matt and his team on my first Can-Am purchase. I got the 850xt and they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions being a new owner. Loved the atmosphere and experience I had that day with El Campo cycle center and will definitely make the trip down to purchase another when im back in the market. Matt was fair and worked with me on everything all the way down to straps to bring it home on my impulse buy lol. Go check them out and see for yourself, I havent even finished my break in and already know Matt was 100% right and I love my 850."

Guys what can I say! From start to finish Chris made my new purchase of a Polaris ranger a breeze! He is such a great people person and went well above the rest to make my buying experience a fun and enjoyable one! The world could use more people like Chris! After hours on a Friday, El Campo Cycle Center made it happen! My husband went in pretty much knowing what he wanted, but Sherman closed the deal, Jamie processed the paperwork, & James, the owner personally delivered the unit to our house. ABOVE & BEYOND our expectations.

"Buying expensive side by sides and 4-wheelers can be stressful but not when dealing with the people at El Campo Cycle Center. They make it easy for you from pricing to the paperwork. I highly recommend them."

AWESOME Cycle shop!!! Couldn't ask for a better team. From the owner James, to sales guys, Matt helping us load up and Alyson working us through the financing process. The shop was clean and well lit. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We came in knowing which bike we wanted but looked around. They had a great selection. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant buying experience. Especially important since we were driving in from out of town. Can't wait to get home and test this bad boy out!!!

Great customer service, awesome custom builds, and solid pricing. Matthew & Sherman are solid guys and will take great care of you in sales. The parts department is very knowledgeable and helpful. Laura and Lanie are phenomenal.The guys back in service are ATV and Motorcycle Gurus. I was there when the Polaris factory called and asked Jacob if hy had ever seen a particular problem. A few minutes later the El Campo crew had the factory lined out on how to proceed.Whether you are looking for sales, service, or parts and accessories, you really can't go wrong at El Campo Cycle. Absolutely the best on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Awesome place, cool guys. Called every dealer in Houston looking for a Honda Navi but the dealer fees were outrageous on top of having to wait a month for it, then found these guys, their otd price was the lowest, reasonable enough to take the drive from Houston. Thanks for the hats and the straps, you guys rock!

Wonderful experience. Easy, quick, no pressure and fair. James, Matt and crew, job well done. Only place I could test drive all the various brands and models in a large area so I could really compare and decide the best machine for me. They answered all the questions impartially and let me patiently choose. Don t buy until you visit them!

"I drive over an hour to bring my ranger to these guys. If there is an issue they will figure it out. Ive tried the closer places and they dont hold a candle to the el campo guys. "

They were awesome to work with. They were straight forward, and answer every questions I had. Was worth the drive, and was able to finance my first Can-Am Outlander at 18 years old. :)

Took the wheels off my bike and went in to have new tires installed. Matt had me in and out of there in no time. I've never met him before, but after the work was done, he and I talked for at least 30 minutes like we were old drinkin' buddies!! Everyone there is so friendly! I have new "go-to" shop for parts and service for my bike! Really good people!!

Huge building and inventory. Friendly professional staff. Excellent service department. Competitive prices. The biggest, best one stop shop for for everything from Honda Generators to Polaris ATVs and Rangers to Suzuki and Honda motorcycles and now Can-Am too!! 5 stars!!!

Well worth the drive from the Houston area. I spent a week getting mislead by multiple Houston/Austin dealers with their phantom inventories and "just sold the one you called about before driving all the way over here" bikes. El Campo Cycle answered their phones and Chris responded to my texts quickly while providing accurate info for a bike that was physically there and assembled. The documentation and service folks buttoned everything up in advance so it was a show up, sign here, load up, and drive off deal.Consider me a satisfied customer that could have saved a lot of time dealing here first.

I was very impressed with the customer service. Clint Mitchell is a honest down to earth sells person. I bought a 2017 Ranger XP 1000 and got a great deal on it. It was such a great deal I was able too add a few aftermarket upgrades to the rig. I got out of the office about 2 o clock and they close at three. I asked if he would be able to stay open so that I could go back to Angleton and drop off the Ranger high lifter my dad bought the day before. He agreed to stay late and accommodate me. EL Campo cycles is hands down the place to shop for any ATV.

Great experience, honest staff, and just good folks!!If you read the "bad" reviews, it's from window shoppers and tire kickers that have never actually done any business with them, read them and see for yourself. I'm not one to normally leave reviews but they deserve a good and honest one. (FORWARD: I do not know anyone that works for them nor anyone in El Campo for that matter.) I bought a used Can Am Commander this weekend. I called Sherman (My saleman) on Friday to inquire about a unit I saw on the internet. He described it to me in chapter and verse, good and bad. Upon driving 196 miles to the dealership, I arrived to find a machine that was BETTER than he described to me over the phone. Within 30 minutes we had a deal negotiated with Wes (Sales Manager) and Alyson had all of my paperwork done and the unit was loaded onto trailer. They are absolutely great to work with and I will not hesitate to fight Houston traffic again when the need arises!

I love the El Campo Cycle center. This is a class organization from sales to service. I drive 1.5 hours to do business here because of the outstanding customer service. I just FUBAR d my Polaris by sticking it in a gumbo bog for a couple months. The gas was bad, the chassis needed lubed, some of the rubber boots needed to be replaced, the positive battery cable was corroded, etc. I dropped it off, told them to do what needed done, and didn t think about it again. They have never over charged me or charged unnecessary work. They completed all repairs and maintenance for less than $350. I will always drive to El Campo to do business here. Highly recommend El Campo cycle center.

Buyer beware (caveat emptor) MSRP price on the floor does not include freight , dealer prep Document and Administrative fees which were $750 on top of a $2349 MSRP! To be fair, they should add those fees to the price on the display so buyers know what they are expected to pay to buy the vehicle.

I was having problems with my Bad Boy lawnmower breaking belts. Went to a different place first and they did not fix the issue. Call El Campo cycles, and right off the bat they knew what was wrong. I have my mower fixxed and a good experience. Great staff. Service department is top notch. Great place, great people. Can not say it enough.

Just got my bike from El Campo Cycle. Bought it sight unseen and was very nervous. They totally exceeded my expectations and was impressed with the salesman Matthew and his honestly. The whole crew there was awesome.

Great product and helpful service. I waited to review until my first motorcycle service appointment, and I can honestly say that I am satisfied with the job. Clearly explained all services, and I'll look here first before buying another bike.

Worst experience ever!!! Called and asked for a specific bad boy mower and informed that I would be comimg from Houston if available. They lied and told me that they had my mower in stock and ready to go. Got there to find out that they did not have it and were trying to get me into another mower. Since already there tried to get a deal done but the salesman Terry told my wife that he didnt have time to make phone calls for various types of mowers and she needed to know what she wanted or he would not ask for pricing. We finally decided on a mower that they said was in stock only to be told it was a 2017 model not new when doing financing. Finance person Alysa was rude and annoyed with us. Told me that she would not be wasting her time if she thought we could not get credit in my wifes name. (Which we didnt and had to use my info) Very bad experience left a bad taste and will never go back. Thank you UVC powersports in Alvin who immediately assisted us in getting us what we needed. We were in and out with our mower in no time and also received free hats, water and coffee. Thank you UVC!!! Never usually give reviews but had to do it on this poor serving establisment. $8k may not seem like much to some but this was a big investment for me.James Schoeneberg, Owner - El Campo Cycle Center the response you gave is poor customer service. You say you saw his text message, did you see where I asked if it was the Kawasaki ..commercial not the koehler? Then no response because there was a phone call telling me that you had what we needed. That about Alysa she was rude from the start before the application process started. I stated to my wife that she should add my name to the application so we dont waste our time getting denied and Alysa cut me off stating she wouldn't be wasting her own time running the app with just my wife if she knew it was going to get denied. It was denied. Everything you're saying is irrelevant now. I got my mower, you have your crew that you want and all is good. I want nothing from you or response cause we can go back and forth all day but I was lured to your store in hopes of me getting another mower. Thats fine and you probably would have gotten me to buy one if you crew had some type of customer service. You were there too and nothing was done. I'm droping the Mike

Completely stress free. I called and they had the bike I wanted. They sent paperwork for me to look over. I drove there, saw the bike, signed some papers and our new dirtbike will be delivered tomorrow.
