The ladies working today 3/9 were awesome! The lady handling the chickens today was so nice, patient and informative. The lady at the register was friendly and happy, you could tell she loves working at TS. I always notice the great customer service and on top of it the store was well equipped with our needs.

If you ever have a million questions about something like myself, ask for Theresa. I bought two ducks. First time duck owner. Called to ask a question, she stayed on the phone for like 10/15 minutes walking me through everything I could think to ask. She had an awesome attitude. Didn t make me feel like I was bothering her at all. She went above and beyond what I expected to get out of that conversation. Very pleased with her and TS.

I would definitely say the best TSC! The staff are always helpful and happy to do it! I've been to many others where the customer service is lacking in big ways. These people seem happy to be at work and help, and that's 5 star service all by itself in my opinion!

This location has much improved! Seems to be a lot more "put together" then previous years. Stuff organized well, the staff there a lot less "green". To be honest in the past maybe I was just catching all the times when whomever was working had no clue what they were doing. The handful of times I have gone recently though it's like a total different store, makes you want to go back.

I always have a great experience at this location. The employees wear their masks accordingly especially after the cases of the virus started popping back up, which I appreciate. The employees are always so friendly and eager to help. This is definitely my TSC of choice!

I love the shop here, it's actually better than the ones in Victoria. It's clean and full of items that you can use in multiple areas of the house. I actually prefer buying my pet food here as opposed to the grocery store. They always have really cool items on display during Christmas time, and the baby chickies they have during certain times of the year are super cute.

To start with I ve been to many many tractor supply stores and the Edna store is by far on top of my list, I asked for a price match and received it with a smile, bought a battery and returned two for core one was bought at a different tractor supply store. Everything was handled very professional and explained ! All in all I left satisfied , some of ther other stores could go there and learn some customer service!.

The good: I just wanna give Brittney a big shout out and thank her for all the help that she provided me today on finding all the things that I needed for my ducks to get started with them she is a hard and dedicated worker that is always willing to help just about anyone with anything, I love her and just wanna thank her again for all the help, anyone should be lucky to have her working for them

I bought $135 worth of stuff and the one thing I couldn t buy was a block of salt for my cow because the barcode was ruined and the register couldn t read it and the guy at the register had the nerve to ask me to go take a picture of the bar code with my phone instead of him doing that or sending another worker to do that. There was no one else behind me in line. I just told him that I wasn t going to do that. I even told him the price of the salt was and if couldn t figure it out then I just wouldn t take it. His name tag only had a J.

Tractor supply is my go to. We are Tractor supply junkies. Cannot pass one up. Friendly staff no hassle shopping. Remember to check the clearance section for deals. Sometimes you see the same things at different ones but you can also find unique deals.

I needed to pickup a couple of thing for the preschool, so saw the store in Edna. Stopped by and went inside. It is a new store and it looked great! I found what i needed and purchased items. The service was GREAT! Everyone was so very helpful and friendly. Will shop there again.

Have good customer service except when a middle age man is there at the counter ( not friendly)...Can always find unique items and they have great sales....
