Went to get 2 tires replaced. Service was done in a fair timely manner. HOWEVER, when I got back the car, the tires were placed in the WRONG AREA OF THE CAR! I asked the front ones to be removed and replaced with the NEW ONES and to LEAVE THE BACK ONES ON. Well someone didn't quite understand what I was asking. The new tires were placed in the back and the front ones never got taken off, even though one was warped and the threading was already showing and was charged a rotation EVEN THOUGH I did not ask for one. FINALLY they got it right and placed them in the right area and got my refund for the unwanted rotation. Unfortunately the person who was placing the tires back on felt it was too much trouble to get the hub caps back on or couldn't quite bend far enough to place it on?! One was tightened on crooked and when it was fixed at home the hub cap was bent by the way they " placed" it on.So he sure to check everything when having work done of any kind and CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!

Jesse seems to be the real deal here, props to him for handling the lane outside and the customers inside , seems to be the only one here taking care of business and being helpful , I hope he is always like this , he should be given a raise or be promoted or recognized in some sort of way , not just a thank you card , dealing with people can be a hassle and there s quite a few today with an attitude .

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I showed up at 7:45 and when I showed up two hours later they still had not worked on my car. The team lead Joel has the worst customer skills! And to top it off, after a three hour wait, they didn t do the tire rotation I had asked for.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Pretty good service. I was expecting about a 3 hour wait, there were other customers ahead of me...They're were done in half the time.

Takes them one hour per vehicle oil change. Under staffed on busy weekends. One person only working on oil changes and having to wait for help to change cars from pit. Go pay the $20 extra at a quick lube and save 4 hours of your day.

3 hours and counting waiting for my truck. When I asked them if my truck was ready thats when they started to work on my trucks oil change after 2 hours passed by. Now it's been 3 hours and 20 minutes and I'm still waiting. All the cars before me are long gone. I got here at 8am and I left.my truck at 8:50 it's now 12:20. Horrible slow service dont come get your oil changed here
