I asked specifically for 0-20W Full Synthetic oil and they put 5-30W even though I let them know I'd driving up north to NM where it's colder (Didn't notify me about the change in weight). When I asked about it they downplayed it and said it was a "Typo", couldn't get a hold of the manager either and they wouldn't change it to 0-20W. Now I hear a knock on my engine.Lady at the register was cool tho. +1star

The guy white long hair and glasses doesn t know anything about his work. Was there for a change of tires, told me the waiting time was 2 hrs, I waited 3, I get a call from the auto center saying that they didn t have any of the tires I needed. After I asked and supposedly they checked and there was still enough Not a good location to go for your vehicle

Customer Service was good considering I brought my car in the afternoon. It took 2 hours lol. But the cashier kept me inform on what was going on Thank You EDWARD!!!!!!

Got my oil change done today and they did it pretty fast but they documented the wrong mileage. They added 4000 miles to the mileage I currently have and then kept telling me they couldn t change it in the system and could only give me a new sticker. They hand wrote the sticker and made it for 5000 miles instead of the 3000 miles they normally recommend, probably so it won t look weird when I come back after 3000 miles and my odometer shows less miles than their history has documented. Then they just wrote my actual mileage in marker on my paper copy. Now it looks like I ran my vehicle on really bad oil for a very long time. Definitely not happy. I just hope they don t give me any issues with my mileage when I come back in 3000 miles and it s less than what they have in their system.Service: Oil change

They weren't able to do a simple job, replacing a battery, it's a joke, try another place first, don't use this shop, not really professional.

No one acknlowdged me when I arrived. Waited about 10 minutes after tracking down multiple people who passed me along to other people. I gave them my information and what oil to use, then waited an hour for an oil change. I received a call at the hour mark, telling me they couldn t do an oil change because they didn t have information about my car. I asked them what they meant by that, and the lady answering my call said I don t know, do you want to wait for a tech? I said no, just give me my keys and I was on my way. Waste of time, unorganized and incompetent.

Their have sign offering one price and then you order it and they dont have it i need a specific oil in my car for the oil change managers was rude and made me pay more cause they were out of stock. Just sad all because i am a woman they think i am dumb.

I ve been bringing my trucks here for about 10 years. Today I brought in my truck and they advise me that because the check engine light is on they aren t allowed to service my vehicle. I was told it s a new policy made by the store manager. I ve always used Walmart auto for convenience but as of today they have lost my business for all of my vehicles.

Price was good but their "tool broke" and they couldn't change the oil on our 2012 Toyota Corolla. That's a fairly popular car model and they only have one "tool"? Oh well. On to a different Walmart.

Don't bring your vehicle here, it took them 3 hours to change 4 tires with only 2 cars ahead of mine, staff in charge of changing tires was nowhere to be seen. My best advice, go somewhere else unless you have a lifetime to spare.
