Had a new battery installed. Quick and friendly customer service! Found the best price in town for the battery and was installed free of charge.

Not very good service. Didn't tell me that we had to make a appointment. We waited for over 2 hours and still no new tires yet. They said we had to wait an extra hour for them to work on my vehicle. Never going there for tires or oil change again.

Nelson lacks empathy towards customers in the automotive center at Wal Mart on University. I was trying to discuss what happened and he just dismissed and minimized my concerns. I asked for a manger and he lied and said there is no manager then the other girl in the automotive got a manager for me. He lacks interpersonal skills which is a basic skill in customer service.

Good service. Went in for an oil change and the guys forgot to put back the lid/cap on the oil tank. I went back a few weeks later for a battery change and the manager was willing to give me a refund on a new cap but I had to go out to other auto service stores to look for the actual cap myself. They were helpful when replacing the battery tho :)

Bought wipers for my auto.Service man was nice and installed them in a short wait.Thank you Wal-Mart for having good workers.

Worst experience ever. I got there just before 9:00 am and the only other car there was being worked on. All I needed was for them to patch my tire, easily a 10 minute task. The lady told me it would take about 30 minutes. 50 minutes later I had not heard anything about my car so I checked in on it and they had barely even started it. I told them to cancel the order because I had to be to work by 10:00 and it still took them another ten minutes just to give me back my keys.

Edgar at the auto shop helped me find exactly which light I needed to fix my brake light, and did so very quickly.

I got my oil changed their, and in between the weeks after my oil level consumption had became very low, I asked the mechanics if they could top if off and they said no I would have to buy a bottle of oil out of my own pocket. Huh that sucks thank you Jiffy Lube for being my friend shame on you Walmart Auto Care Centers.

Beware if you take your car,I took mine because it would turn off after some minutes running and they told me it was the battery. After replacing the battery it would do the same thing, and I took somewhere else where they told me it was the starter. So I don't even know if my battery was good and they charged me for a new one. The same thing happened to my friend,they charged him a new battery and the problem was a wire that wasn't well connected. If you take it here it doesnt matter what it is they will tell you it's the battery. The manager of the store completely ignored my complain don't even bother.

Took my car to get tires installed and got it back in bad shape.. had to go back 2 more times. Messed up my tire sensor.. bad mount and Now my front driver side clicks. Never did it before. Guys there seem to try to convince you that it s gonna take a while. Very disappointed.

Really annoyed with this Walmart s Auto Care Center. I went to get a new set of wheels mounted and i specially told them i wanted to keep the old tires since they still had life in them. They told me they would put them in the trunk. Three days later i checked my trunk to get them out and they werent there. I called to see what had happened and the lady told me i would have to go to the store in person. I drove 15 minutes to the store and once i get there they tell me that i would have to speak to the manager but that he wasn t there... They gave me his number and said to call an hour later, which i did and they just me put ok hold for 40 minutes. I hung up and im just very disappointed with the cusmer service.

It takes about 45 to 60 minutes to get your oil changed. I don't think they checked on my fluids the last time I went cuz I still have no windshield wiper fluid, but they are dependable and have been other than that. I think I paid about $40 for the standard oil change and all that.

They did what I asked and that was it. Even though my car was still acting the same way I took it in. They didn't try to help me figure out the issue. Not a mechanic.

Bad service went for oil change left with an oil leak .. never had a oil leak before until I went to get a oil change with them

I always go to get my oil change at this Wal Mart never have I ever experienced a very rude person Pedro, and I didn't even get my car vacuum why would you you mark check if you didn't do it. Very dissatisfied.....

Maybe it was the cold weather, but service took over 2 hours to get my oil change. I rarely go to this Walmart on university because of this reason. For some reason, they are usually under staffed in the auto department. My service did include a vaccum as well, which they did a poor job.

Battery service was horrible. 1 of the guys ran a battery test on machine that wasnt plugged in. Wasted 20 minutes. On top of that had to wait another hour for them to say battery wasnt good.

Worst service ever! The tire guy is so slow and spends more time talking than working. Two and a half hours for just one tire! Fire this guy please.
