Went on Sept. 25 to request an estimate for changing the front of my grill, not the entire bumper. i already has the grill purchased & just needed someone to remove & replace the old one.i did not receive my price quote until Oct. 4th for $400 for a 17 Nissan Altima & was told it would take 4 HRS.I got it done in brownsville 9/25 for $50 in 30 MINS.don t know how they got $400 when the highest quote i got from a 2nd shop was $150.Based off the time difference alone , it seems like Thomas Collision does not have much experience so i wouldn t trust them with more expensive cars. unless they re just taking their sweet time to justify their labor prices, further inconveniencing the customer.either way, don t recommend !pic is what i wanted replaced, the silver part of the front grill which i had already purchased.Service: Body & Trim

Took my car to get an estimate and I never got a call back, I called back almost 2 weeks later and this lady told me she d call me back and never did!!! Taking my car to where they actually value and and care about their customers! Do NOT recommend

Best body shop in the valley! Heber and Carrie we extremely helpful. Gave me a solid ETA when vehicle would be repaired. Highly recommend them for any job on collision work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Super friendly staff, and fair prices. They were able to patch up my wife's car pretty quick on short notice when a piece of her front bumper snapped off. They did a great job.
