I got out of work at 5 and on the way home I ran over something. When I got home I checked my tire and I could hear the air leaking out. I knew that I didn't have much time before the tire went completely flat. I drove down closner because I knew that there were a couple of mechanic shops and this was the only place I saw that seemed to be open.I pulled up and was greeted immediately, explained the situation and the mechanic promptly removed my tire and began to work on it. I found out later in conversation that they close at 5 but he didn't want to leave me with a flat tire.As we are talking, the mechanic makes an expression of shock, he motions for me to look at my tire (look at photos). Anyway this guy's decision to help me after 5 saved me having to buy a new tire. I saw the way the piece of metal was positioned before he moved it, and there was a chance that had I not fixed my tire that same day, the tire would have deflated completely and the piece of metal would have pierced the side wall of my tire, and that's not repairable. I would have had to buy a whole new tire.Always will recommend this place for it's superior service to the community of Edinburg.

Poor customer service, not professional at all. The only good mechanic there is Martin. The owner, brandon, has poor communication and a lack of customer service skills. He's the owner and he blamed his mechanic for the issue due to the lack of his communication skills.If you have them purchase the parts, they will charge you double the price. They will also purchase other unnecessary parts to add on more charges.For example, during the oil change process, they decided to purchase a $50 intake filter that didn't need a replacement and charged labor for that as well. That's a simple plug-in and out less than 2-minute DIY. that was not needed or necessary during the process of an oil change. Even if they felt that it was (which it wasn't because i replaced that the week prior myself), it wasn't communicated.I am very educated about vehicles and can do most of the work. I've also been to several different shops throughout my life.I have never experienced such bad service with this place. To top it off, I've been going to them for 4 years, and my family has been going here for over a decade until the new owner (Brandon) came in. They bought unnecessary high-end spark plugs. My vehicle clearly says it does NOT need the aftermarket NGK spark plugs. We specifically brought them the OEM spark plugs, and when we left, they went to go buy after-market high-end spark plugs without informing us.Standard oil change with parts and labor $100 topsSpark plug change with parts and labor $120-$200 depending on the shop.This shop wanted to charge $500, not including taxes and not including the card fee, which would've been a couple hundred dollars more.

You once fixed my truck and charged me 150.00 but you gave me a receipt , I highly recommend you cause you did a good job on my truck, three years later I take you my car and according to you did several jobs or adjustment and charged me 375.00 ,why can't I get a receipt for the amount and a list of the job you did or adjustment

I originally went for an alignment turns out I just had a bad tire. The guy notice before I even got on the lift, saved me 55 bucks good honest, quick work

Wasn't quick at all. I gave them a whole business day and they couldn't change my two rear brake shoes ($30 each=$60 overall). I had to give them an extra day and they charged me $120 because they had to resurface both of them. In the end, one of the guys tried to charge me the $120 for labor + $15 for each resurfacing. I got after the guy and the price went back down to $120. I asked for warranty, and the guy gave me as long it's his work,he'll do it again. I guess that's good?

Had a nail in my tire and stopped by to get it fixed. The owner, El Viejon, was very friendly and had my tire repaired in 12 minutes. It's also a general mechanic shop. Recommended because the the owner is a nice, down to earth guy who won't rob you.

I don't recommend this place, was there to fix my AC, paid $100 to replace the sensor because that's what the computer said was needed, and did not fix the problem, went back to tell them it wasn't fixed, and did not get a refund or fixed rite, felt like I was taken advantage of because I'm a women, should have listened to my husband and go when he was with me if you speak French you can figure out what I wanted to call them

Went to get my tire checked, there was no nail or screw. The guy still charged me $8 just to put air in the tires. I would not recommend this place when there are plenty of others in the area.

Should stick to tires. Good price but they screwed up my rack and and pinion. I asked to change my strut mount or bushing but anyway they asked me to get a couple wheel hub assemblies.. they bent something else when they installed those. So they ain't very good at diagnosing cuz I still had the original issue I went to fix or installing cuz they messed something else up putting those in. maybe they've gotten better by now with some more OJT.. cheap prices cheap work what can you expect. Just be aware. Good luck

I had a super long nail in my tire and I stopped at El Viejon tire shop. He was very friendly and fixed my tire in no time! 10 min flat and the price you cant beat! Muchas gracias El Viejon! Volvere aki!

Very helpful owner and staff. They are very upfront and honest about the diagnosis and do not attempt to do more than needed.They are affordable and i highly recommend. Good people.

When it came to being a mechanic I distrust them mostly and this mechanic showed me to trust him by fixing problems and letting me understand what is wrong with it unlike other mechanics. And at a great price you don't find mechanics like this.

Great service. ABOSULTE honesty and 100% respectful and professional. Went to Walmart and they couldn t handle it, even with a warranty, but these people took care of it without a hassle. ALWAYS come here !!!!

Great service. Originally went to pueblo tires to get a tire fixed wanted to over charge. Came here and they gave me a much better price.

I don't recommend this place. They say they will fix something and charge you, then you leave and you find out the problem is not fixed. You go back to get it fixed again or get your money back, but they don't fix your car or give you your money back. S.O.L.

Well it's a tire shop, decent $7 to patch.Location is rather convenient with a snack stand just several yards south. If you must wait that is.

I had the worse experience! These men took advantage that I did not know anything about cars, over charged me, and didn't even fix my car.
