Horrible attitude from the main owner and son Roy. Do yourself a favor and find a different shop other then south hwy garage. I took my vehicle in for inspection and gave me a failed notice because of my tinted windows, I would have gladly proceeded with the process of having my tint removed to get my inspection done with, but I much rather pay someone else with good customer service and better attitude.

They're no good, they only take your money and never pass the inspection, the inspection should last about 20 mins max and they made me wait two hours and try to sell you "repairs " your car doesn't need just to make profit.and TERRIBLE customer service! go somewhere else.

One of the worst things happened to me... My car broke down basically in the middle of nowhere. It was a good thing that I had South Hi Way's number on my phone. I called them and their reaction was lightning fast. I am very pleased by the towing service I got. I would suggest to other drives to write down their number because you never know when you're going to need roadside assistance.

Very very rude. I went for an inspection & the man helping me was very short with me, on the phone and motioning me to do God knows what. He was too busy for me. Nobody came to assist me for 12 minutes with no word. He way I was talked to was the worst part.

Had my vehicle towed this afternoon. I dealt with Roy over the phn. Professional and reasonably priced. Excellent service. Definitely recommend them.

Worst shop ever. Decided to get my inspection there and they failed my vehicle. I asked them to help fix the minor things needed and the older gentleman just blew me off and told me to come back when it was fixed. When I did come back the other guys did NOT help. Do not waste your time here.

I WENT ON AUGUST 27th WITH MY FRIEND WHO NEEDED HER CAR INSPECTED. IT WAS $7 FOR INSPECTION WHICH IS NOT BAD. THE MAN (Roy, I guess) STARTS INSPECTING MY FRIENDS CAR WHICH HER MIDDLE BREAK LIGHT ATTACHED UNDER THE TRUNK, WAS DEAD. SHE THEN DECIDES TO GET THE LIGHT BULB CHANGED WITH HIM SINCE HE OFFERS.THE MAN THEN SAYS IT LL BE $3 FOR THE LIGHT BULB CHANGE AND $5 FOR THE LABOR VERBATIM! MIND YOU HE TOOK A MINUTE TO UNSCREW THE BULB AND REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW ONE. AT THIS POINT THE TOTAL IS AT $15 WHICH MY FRIEND HAS THE EXACT AMOUNT. ONCE THE INSPECTION IS COMPLETE, THE MAN STARTS THE PAPERWORK FOR WHICH IT EITHER PASSES OR FAILS BUT TAKES ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES TO COMPLETE. IT SHOULDN T HAVE TAKEN THIS LONG PERIOD!!!!COME TO FIND OUT, HE TELLS US THE TOTAL IS $20 DOLLARS?! I THEN ASKED HIM WHERE IS HE GETTING HIS NUMBERS FROM BECAUSE IT WAS $15 FLAT AT FIRST. HE DID NOT LIKE THAT I QUESTIONED HIM AND SAID IT WAS $8 DOLLARS FOR THE LIGHT . THIS MAN LITERALLY CHANGED THE PRICE FROM 3 BUCKS TO 8. LUCKILY THERE WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER THERE AND OVERHEARD THE DIFFERENCE IN TOTAL AND COVERED THE EXTRA 5 BUCKS FOR MY FRIEND. LONG STORY SHORT, THIS MAN TOOK ADVANTAGE OF 2 YOUNG COLLEGE GIRLS!

Amazing shop the prices are in well range and the work is great. The older man who does the inspections reminds me of my grandfather. Very well recommended

This is a very good company to get roadside assistance. Thank you for the fast and efficient towing. Also thank you for towing me without damaging my car even tho the situation was pretty complicated.

I called and asked if they can tow my vehical. They moaned no and hanged up. Like we dont care about you type of shop. Screw these guys.

Why don t you offer state inspection all week long. And one of the workers there it seems that he shouldn t be working anymore he is too slow and of an elderly age.
