We had the WORST experience with the Audi dealership, it honestly made me so weary to take our car to another shop just to get the run around again, however when I stumbled across SOLACE through a recommendation we were met with nothing but honesty, professionalism, and the greatest service I have ever experienced through an auto shop straight from the beginning.Chris kept me updated daily on our vehicle, and was able to resolve what took the Audi dealership weeks, in under a couple of days. He answered all of my questions and made sure that we understood what exactly was wrong with our vehicle and how he was fixing it. I can't thank them enough. We look forward to bringing our vehicles here for any and all services and will most definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was recommended by a close friend a couple years back when I bought my first European car and was having trouble finding people willing to work on a TDI diesel engine. Chris is an excellent mechanic and always fair and responsible. Took my Mercedes Benz to fix transmission issues and they did a great job! Other places had told me i needed new trans, after the diagnostic Chris advice to just changing trans oil and filter and indeed fixed my transmission problem! This shop is very knowledgeable and professional in there job. I highly recommend Kai Auto Service for your car needs! Great Job Chris!

These guys are professional. They know automotive. The prices are reasonable. They can arrange a tow, they do imports, domestics, Ford's and Fiats, lol. I'm a customer for life. Save yourself the headache, give them a call. They get it done.

I paid $2,700 for my car to be fixed and for a whole year I had to keep bringing it back because they never fixed what I paid for. Instead they kept returning my car with not only the ame issue but a new issue every time. The only reason I kept bringing it back was because they said I had warranty on my turbo which is why I brought the car and on labor. But a year later and they still returned my car not fixed. I wouldn t recommend this auto shop to anyone.

they are AMAZING they fixed my car i had taken my car to firestone and the nissan dealership and all they did were give me wrong diagnosis for my car ... at kai they took their time to fix it they also kept me updated with every detail that they were doing ...chris and hemir are very helpful and understanding i would totally recommend this place they will take their time to figure out what is wrong with your vehicle and have it fixed for you

Supposedly parts are new when put in vehicle but they are not! They are used yet they still charge like if they were new and push up the price on labor!
