I had an incredible experience at Hacienda Ford Quick Lane! The team there is super knowledgeable and they did an outstanding job pimping out my 24 F250 with a 6" lift kit. DJ is the go-to person, he's absolutely amazing! You won't be disappointed!

We love this place. We take our vehicles for routine maintenance, oil changes, a/c diagnostics, state inspections, and it is our first stop for any initial repair services. They have always been super with their customer service, and have been genuinely honest letting us know when they can perform a repair, and when the repair needs to be repaired elsewhere. They are very upfront with costs, and very understanding.We highly recommend them.

I highly recommend going to Quick Lane on Canton for any accessories you may need/want on your vehicle. I took my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport for some accessories and they did not disappoint! The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I got new tires, a lift and a tent with rails installed on the same day. A huge thanks to the amazing technician named Israel who helped make my vehicle stand out.

I went in yesterday to get my truck aligned. simple as walking in, letting them know what you re in for, and giving them the keys and just waiting. One thing I did observe was every time they noticed an issue with any vehicle they would be quick to tell the owners what they found and if they still don t know enough, they will kept them updated. Even on the phone they were friendly to the customers helping navigate through finding other shops that can do what they are looking for. Overall the service and the staff was exceptional.

The staff were very accommodating. When I notified them that I needed to leave, they expedited my vehicle inspection. They prioritized my concern as if it were their own. I greatly appreciated their service that day.

Experience at the Quick Lane on W Canton and Jackson was great. Gentlemen in the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable about any questions I had. The technicians did a great job with my brakes on my F-150. I was in and out of there within a hour or so. Great experience. Would recommend.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Awesome job! Awesome service! Let my Truck there and was ready in 30 mins or less. A detailed receipt was provided after their service indicating everything that was worked on. Plus, the pricing is more than fair!

Best quicklane experience I've had in my 7 years owning ford vehicles, employees were very nice and quick to get stuff done, prices were much cheaper than what i m used to back in Florida, so props to the owner and the team, awesome service.

I don t let just anyone touch my 1966 GT Mustang Convertible. They understood and appreciated the vehicle and kept it safe in doors. They were down to the point and just got the job done without a bunch of drama. Good job guys and thank you!

This was my first visit to Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center for oil change on my BMW. This was on a walk-in basis and it was quick, unlike waiting hours for my car at the dealership. Their prices are half of what BMW charges. The oil change price also includes tire rotation (BMW dealership charges extra for this). This will be my go to place.

Knowledge and friendly service. The only thing is the do change for every service, for example you get an oil change and you need a new set of wipers. They will charge you to install them and if you need a filter or 2. Bang extra charge for both individually. At other places you pay for the product and get them to install them free of charge.

I took my truck this weekend for a an oil change and tire rotation. Service was great and professional. Everything that was done and worked on was detail and explained thoroughly at the end. I will recommend this place to my friends 10/10

Every time I come here the staff is so attentive and friendly.The technicians are very knowledgeable on what is needed for your vehicle and I love that they call you to let you know if you want to add on the service before they make a decision and say it s completed.

I have taken both my Audi S4 and Cadillac CTS-V to this location for alignments and general servicing and have had nothing but great experiences. Staff is extremely friendly and very honest. I've been helped by Martin, Patrick and Jaime. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Facilities are clean and professional. Extremely comfortable to lounge around while you wait for your vehicle. I will definitely be going back for the years ahead.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I went for a vehicle inspection on Monday 11/20/23.Very quick service.Once I got home and tried to get my vehicle registration sticker, the website said there was not a vehicle inspection in their system. I tried it again the next day and still nothing.Once I inspected the paper they gave me from Quick Lane, my license plates were wrong, my VIN number was wrong and my vehicle model was wrong. How can you mess up THAT bad?I tried calling yesterday (day before Thanksgiving) and of course they were closed. I m having to wait until they open after break to go complain.Never had this happen to me.Unbelievable and unacceptable.Do not go here for inspections!!!

Went into the Quick Lane for a replacement bumper on my 2019 F150. DJ got me exactly what I needed for my truck and had it installed just within a few days! Definitely coming back and highly recommend Hacienda Quick Lane if you re looking for accessories on your vehicle! - Sergio Cardenas

I went there on Saturday for an issue and then had to go back for the same issue on Monday. All my students had to deal with me not being at school because yall did not replace both sensors like I asked. Then I had to pay again for incompetence. I don t think I ll be doing business there again. On the positive side yall were very polite and accommodating.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and to my surprise my car was delivered to me quite early, after thinking about it I don't think they did tire rotation, Not good we customers depend on the techs to to the right thing. Next time I'll mark the tires to make sure that I did get the tires rotated.
