My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and Jacob at the service desk was awesome. I had a crack on my windshield straight across the top, he asked me if I had it insured, of course I did not know. He looked into it an I did have ins so it was installed under warranty. In my previous oil change, nobody looked into that but he did. Great Job Jacob and Thanks Again.

Went to get my tires rotated and everything was going pretty smoothly until I saw a technician employee jump inside the Front Trunk on my electric truck and stated taking pictures! I told the service guy helping me out and he told me that they were just checking the battery which didn't make any sense and pretty my just lied to my face!

Robert was very helpful. I needed a new front window on my 2020 f150. Still on warranty. That was awesome. Didn t try to force an additional sale. Felt at ease. Wound up purchasing a battery. Reasonably priced for a new battery. I had a nail in my tire and they patched it up at no additional charge. Great service.

The person who attended me was courteous and insightful. Explained the coverage I had and how long of a wait I was to expect. I was called to let me know that my vehicle was ready, 20 minutes less than the expected wait time. He proceeded to explain to me what was done and explained the diagnostics of my vehicle. I was completely satisfied!

I went in for a quick easy service and Illiana Sanchez was there to make sure the job got done, this quick lane is large and has plenty of seating to relax. Staff was kind and courteous and most importantly LISTENED to me the customer. I live in san juan but will continue to use this quick lane for future service. Thanks a bunch yall

Just like the name says, it's Quick. I came in, dropped my car off for an oil change in less than 2 minutes, and picked it up a couple of hours later; in 2 minutes, I was out. 5 stars..

Service was fast and helpful. Appointment was given either same day or following day. (Not like spikes Ford that didn't have availability until 2 weeks) they offer other services and very helpful.

I went in for a state inspection, their rep gave me an estimate of 30 minutes. He was very professional and had my keys back in my hand right before the 30 minute mark. Excellent customer service even though their lobby was packed.

I took my truck to quick lane not knowing what to expect. DJ was excellent from start to finish I felt like I was being prioritized and taken care of. The guys at Hacineda Ford quick lane are the nicest, fastest, and very responsible when it comes to fixing your car issues. Great service, quick and efficient! Only problem I had was there was no communication with the sales rep and techs. Told me they rotated my tires only to find out till after I drive off that they hadn t.

Iliana was very helpful with my request to inspect my vehicles battery. Iliana contacted me in a timely manner while providing feedback and recommendations from the Mechanic diagnostics . Also received a call back when my vehicle was ready . Great customer service and teamwork

I went in to have the inspection on my 4Runner on a Saturday. I was treated so well by the staff. I didn t have to wait. I was out in less then 10 min. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely revisit this place.

I ve been bringing my car here for a while now, the service is great place is clean and usually my car is done within an hour or less with an appointment, but my last visit took about 80 minutes to be done, I m not sure why, but I m not complaining I still be bringing my car here.

So I came for a standard tune up (Spark Plug Repair, etc.)...My truck was stalling off and on so this was most likely the problem. A Diagnostic was taken and identified that to be the issue. Turned out to be this including a whole other aspect of engine-ology that I don't even want to go down the list. These guys went step by step in troubleshooting and finally found the problem. They were patient and kind in explaining to me the issues and were very professional in not allowing me to drive away unsafe. Anastasio was excellent in all his efforts with me. Thank you.

Was treated very professionally. Since the moment I came in, I was greeted promptly and fast. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is cause they do take over an hour to complete the process but other than that they were very helpful when it came to pay. They guided me how to use my ford pass points so I didn't have to pay out of my pocket anything. Over all good service!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I went just for an oil change and to get a vehicle inspection. I ended up having issues with my rear shocks. My advisor, Anastasio, was extremely helpful in providing expert advice on the best way to replace my shocks. He didnt at all put pressure on me on getting them fixed that day which I greatly appreciate. The customer service alone is enough for me to want to come back for any car issues I have in the future.

Excellent service. I went in with a flat tire and Robert was so helpful with the process in making sure they put my spare tire since they didnt have the tire i needed but he ordered it and got it the next day by noon and he called me as soon as they received. Very good customer service, super nice.
