Victor and his staff always make me feel right at home. I would give 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend this place for all your vehicle needs. Just beware the coffee in this place will make you jump out of your car window while driving . Hit them up!

Took one of my SUV to get a wheel alignment after putting a complete new set of tires, which is something i've always done to my vehicles. After a couple hours, I get a call saying that we needed nearly 3k in parts and labor to align my truck. This truck is a daily driver, didn't pull to either side, no shaking, no uneven wear on the previous set of tires that were replaced, which had 30k-40k+ miles on them. I do all of my own mechanic work, checked the front end suspension and didn't see anything that would warrant 3k worth of parts and labor. After looking up the parts the said we needed, it was roughly about $200-$300 of parts at most, leaving $2700-$2800 of labor for half a day of work. They never put my vehicle of the alignment machine to get a reading of where my alignment was at, and they still charged me $35. This was saturday afternoon. They were either ready to go home for the weekend and didn't feel like actually aligning my truck or they only work on pristine vehicle with less than 10k miles. You would think by the quote we were given, we were driving around in a totaled vehicle or a salvage vehicle, or as if it was a vehicle that was towed in to their shop. This will be the last time I ever take my vehicles to this store. Unbelievable! What a bunch of thieves!!

Had my Subaru 2019 BRZ yesterday and it went quickly and the workers that helped me out were a huge help and provided excellent service with my inspection! I didn t catch their names but they know who they are. I remember Isaac inspected my car and he was awesome! I couldn t catch the guy s name at the front desk that checked me in though but he was as well awesome!

I have bought several sets of tires here at the Edinburg location. I have always received great customer service with my purchase and after.... with getting the tires rotated or tire repair! Will continue to return.

They were very nice, affordable, and FAST. Every where else wanted $100.00+ and a week to get a wheel bearing replaced even when I had the parts already. They did it for $73.00 and took care of us within hours. They also let us take our puppy inside to wait!! Called to get upper control arms and lower ball joints replaced. This WARRANTY work guy on phone said 4 he job max. Took in my truck they called said I need 4x4 actuators replaced. All the shops in RGV charge 100 dollars for the actuators this shop charge me 189 for each one! That was just the part! The parts that were under warranty I was charge for as well!!!!! Plus they kept the truck all jacking up the labor cost. I ended up having to pay these crooks 1,300 dollars for warranty work! Stay clear if this shop and all Pueblo Tires locations! All of them are crooks! They will never touch another vehicle of mine ever!Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Has a friendly atmosphere. As soon as I arrived they welcomed me to their shop and told they would be right with me. After attending the customer ahead of me, I stepped up to the counter told them I needed an oil change for my vehicle. They took my information, insurance, and keys. With 15 minutes my vehicle was taken into the shop onto the lift and getting worked on. 30 minutes later they notified me that it was complete. Oil had been changed, oil filter changed and 27 point inspection done.

Always the best went for an inspection but they left my lights on and not automatically, like 4 hour later, I had another appointment and my battery was dead . I honestly think I have a bad battery. Not sure who is to blame my idiotocricy or negligence on them.

Worst shop I ve been to! Staff is either out or busy. I went on three different occasions only to be told that no one was available to help me with a simple inspection. Inspections are something that only take 10 15 minutes at most but I would have to wait for someone s brakes to be finished to have that done. Definitely something wrong with the shop s efficiency if they only have enough staff to do one thing. They only thing they had to say was for me to come in earlier. So there you would have to work around their schedule, drive up and hope they feel like helping you.

I have been a customer of Pueblo Tires in Edinburg since 2003 and I would rather go to this location than another because they a an AWESOME STAFF!!! They deliver CUSTOMER SERVICE...without making faces of making you feel like you are just a number and $$$$$ signs. They have always taken my concerns as if they were theirs. My car is important to me and also being treated with HONESTY. Thanks Guys, Keep Up The GOOD Work!!!!

I've been going to this establishment for 10 years now and have never had a problem with the people who work there or service to my vehicles. I have known Dave for many years and I can tell you he is very conscientious and competent at what he does as are the other technicians who work there.James from Edinburg06/11/2015Recently had my car inspected with oil change, filter change and tire rotation and I am most pleased with the results. Doesn't listen to customer and rotate tires even though it's a part of service and you specifically ask them to do that! They just tell you that you don't need it. It's almost 5000 miles and didn't do what I specifically asked for. Now I have to watch next time I get my oil changed and definitely will be using someone else!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I would go to this place again but make sure you ask them to call you when your vehicle is ready. They didn't call me or text. And my tire pressure light was on when I took it in and they checked tire pressure but light is still on. I dint notice till I left so make sure you check. Everything else seemed ok.

I'm in a new area & need an inspection to renew my Honda Texas registration. It's $7 at participating shops - results go online immediately, that tells you something. They have several locations around the Valley also. The customer area was spacious, clean, restrooms, child play area, vending machines, TV, free coffee. The shop work area was very clean. The work was quick & friendly. Pueblo earned my future business. I always need a good professional job & it looks like that's what they offer.

Dave and the guys always do a great job whenever I bring in any one of my three cars. Been going there for ten years and have never had a problem. Kudos to mechanic Fidencio. He is an excellent mechanic.

Always nice and helpful. Everyone is always pleasant and smiling. Last week our wipers fell off while raining and a young man that works there came out in the rain to install new ones for me. This place is grandma approved

Bad service. The guy was literally on the phone texting knowing my car was out already and still has the audacity to say to me hold up. And kept on texting . Not to mention i ask for them to put my brand new tire on my spear rim and they ended up putting one of the old used tire on it instead. Really bad service someone should really take over the manage proper way.
