I had an Awesome experience, I got exactly what I was hoping to get from these guys. They are very thorough and know their stuff. If your car isn t brand new they try their best to get you up to date on servicing your vehicle as a whole and will point out services in which your vehicle might be due for. Unless you have it written somewhere they don t know and just want to make sure your safe on the road. Thank you so much for your service and keeping my family safe on the road.

Everyone a Premium Automotive was not only incredibly friendly, they offered the highest standard of customer service I have ever seen. They walked me through step-by-step and took images of every repair. They were administering and offered. I was neither confused, nor lost throughout the entire process from start to finish, they even offered me a loaner vehicle if my car was not ready within a day or two . This has to be by far the best Automotive repair experience I ve had in my life I highly recommend their service advisors and mechanics. My.

Mari and crew were absolutely amazing! Yes, it took a bit longer to get my vehicle but they did a through diagnostic to make sure what was causing the engine issue. Again, Thank you to Mari and the crew!

I m new to the state and had to get a state inspection in order to get my car and my sisters car registered. I went online and looked for the nearest place and found Premium Auto Services. I m glad to have found them, they provided exceptional customer service and provided the inspection service in a very timely manner for the two vehicles. They made the whole process quick and easy, which is something I value as a single working mom; I don t really have time to wait around. I have to mention that for the literal 20 mins I was waiting there one of the employees came out and kept me informed of where they were at in the process and then they were done! wry impressed. A+ I know it s just a state inspection but the service they provided definitely convinced me to try them out going forward for all my vehicle needs.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Several other shops in the area charge a lot less for labor ($170/hr). Called us 2x about a car that wasn't even ours. Took a week to do a basic checkup and then did an expensive sound test to be told they were hopeful that's where the noise was coming from. All in all, wouldn't go back and don't recommend.

Charged me $1000 for labor alone on a 6 hour job to install the starter in my chevy. $2000 in total for the testing, towing, and the new starter. Good service. Take from this as you will.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Had my Jaguar serviced here instead of the dealership. Staff is immensely helpful, honest & very transparent with pricing. Customer service was excellent & they kindly answered all my questions thoroughly. Their mechanics are highly qualified & knowledgeable & sent a detailed report with pics of the problem with options available to correct them with transparent pricing for each option. Highly recommend them if your vehicle is in need of service.

Went there to get the state inspection. Setting up an appointment was east, the service was fast and professional. But they had a printer issue which make the document messy and it was not accepted by the DMV. They did offer to make it right by printing from another store but I decided to just go to another place. It seems like a good place, I just was unlucky with the dmv being picky with the bad printed sheet.

Folks,I've been to PAS on several occasions to avoid the modern day service writers at the dealership. I'll say this, the staff is friendly and very thorough. Joe Muniz the gentleman up front is knowledgeable and courteous. He'll even get you a ride home if you need it. They will promptly troubleshoot and diagnose your vehicle, providing you with detailed pictures and recommended services based on the age/mileage. This will be done via email on your customer profile so that you can conveniently approve/decline the services at the click of a button. Now here's the kicker....I've noticed that their prices have significantly gone up over the years and are pretty much right in line with the dealer, if not higher. Yes, their service is top notch and these guys are experienced automotive technicians but expect to pay premium fees. Some of these fees will leave you having a Fred Sanford style panic/heart attack in their lobby. For instance, the supplies/technology fees at the end of your receipt, ridiculous.My advice don't visit PAS if you're trying to save a buck or find yourself on a budget. You will spend an outrageous sum of money for simple work. Look out for the recommended services, they will try and replace your serpentine drive belt and prematurely recommend spark plugs. They recommended that I replace horns that were still functioning.Fair warning, there are definitely better choices out there. Find yourself a shop with honesty and integrity!

Premium Automotive is a Class A automotive repair shop, their staff was professional and attentive even though they had a lot of other customer's cars ahead of me. They went above and beyond what other repair shops do. They kept me informed along the way and allowed me to decide to proceed with repairs or not; I really appreciated their customer follow-up. They are classy, friendly and courteous all the way around and I got the sense that they really care about their customers . Both Joe and Juan were awesome guys! With the excellent service I received, I will definitely take any car repair issue back to them because I fully trust that they will treat me fair and honest.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Premium Automotive did massive engine work on my SUV. My timing chain and it's components needed to be replaced/repaired. I am pleased with their work and overall customer service. They did take a while to look at my car at first, then another few more days to diagnose, and send me their recommendations for approval. All in all they had my car for about three. Once they received the parts my car was finished in about 24 hours or so. They gave a loaner at no cost which absolutely great! They did screen my calls at one point, which I am sure it was because I called almost daily to check on the progress of my vehicle. So I can understand the annoyance there. I had to call from my daughter's phone so they would answer my phone call. Which they did not, but did call me back on my daughter's phone. They did throw in a complimentary oil change for the delay. So far I have no issues with my car now, which I am grateful for. I would definitely recommend Premium Auto service to everyone. I am a pleased customer and will be going back when any of my vehicles need maintenance.Service: Engine repair

Went in to get a diagnostics check on my car... After 6 hours of waiting to get at least some answers as to what the problem was. The guy at the front desk told me i will receive an email ?? Why not just tell me there?? Turns out all they did is copy and paste list of possible problems the car could have that later on i found out where none of the problems they listed. On top of that my car was returned in worse conditions than before to the point that i could barley drive it home... Don't believe these 5 star reviews on here its all lies..Service: Auto maintenance

I would like to take this time to greatly thank and commend premium automotive for the outstanding services and their constructive and positive customer attention. Early this morning I was concerned when a light and a warning message came on that said low on coolant please check fluids. About 30 minutes ago one of the owners, moody, greeted me and asked how he may be of service I explain to him the issue I was having and within 20 minutes his team took care of the issue immediately. This is truly the most outstanding service I have ever received in the Rio Grande Valley. They were wonderfully transparent, contacted me with updates many times and gave me step by step info on everything they found needed done. We took in our Ford f-150 bc it wasn't starting, even when jumped with cables. They determined right away that the battery was still good but that the terminals and cables needed replacing, got the parts right away and installed and from there were able to test starter, alternator etc. The starter needed replaced, alternator was working great, they showed pics and videos of every test and old and new parts side by side, very thorough! Everything was done and we had truck back in two days! They even offered financing options if needed. I definitely recommend this shop!! 10/10 awesome work and amazing customer service!Services: Electrical, Battery

Always professional, helpful and friendly. Great communication via text and email. Went in for an oil change and also received the courtesy vehicle check. Over priced and a rip off! These people wanted to charge me 7,700 to replace the engine on my 09 Toyota and then charged me 260 for a compression test. Save your money and go somewhere else don t get ripped off people.

We needed new shocks and to see if other systems needed help. The shocks were ordered and installed on that day. The car was inspected and a few other parts were suggested to be replaced. We may choose to fix these items at a later date. I appreciated detailed information that they sent to me. I plan to use this company in the future when needed.Service: Auto maintenance

Called Premium Automotive to schedule an oil change, tire rotation, air & cabin air filter replacement and a state inspection, walked in and they had my parts ready to go! They even got me a Lyft to my place and back to their shop so I wouldn't have to be waiting, even though the service was done pretty quick ! Awesome business and staff is very professional, kept in touch with me through out the process. Came by this place by pure accident, our truck had issues and needed an mechanic ASAP. We also live 40 min away, they took the truck in the next day but was able to leave at shop. They are AMAZING they had found the issue we have been having with the truck that no other mechanic could find. They also gave us a full detail of what we had wrong with pictures and estimates of all work. They have been more than amazing and we have finally found our mechanic!! They are also very friendly office staff always greets us with a smile and always finding us answers to our question.

I was able to get an appointment right away and they provided a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle. that was VERY convenient. They provided a detailed estimate and a list of the items that were required/recommended. The folks at Premium were very professional and communicated well.The BEST part was that after retrieving my car, I had an unexpected problem. They sent a tow truck to my house to pick the car up and checked it out at NO COST, which I really appreciated.I would definitely recommend Premium for auto repair. Premium Automotive has been servicing my vehicle and my family s vehicles for several years now. Their customer service is wonderful as far as my experience with them. I was kept informed along the way and no work was done without my prior approval. They also worked with my extended warranty company to make sure what services were covered and then informed me of what my portion of the total amount would be. No surprises. Excellent, quality work. My a/c is working perfectly now and is ready for the hot summer days up ahead. They picked up and dropped off my vehicle at my home which I appreciated, especially during this time when we re dealing with COVID-19. I m considered high risk so that was important to me.

I had to replace my entire engine after I flooded my car. They're always super friendly and explain things multiple times to help me understand. They offer credit plans if needed. Their service is usually pretty quick. They will even offer Uber/Lyft if you leave your car. I really recommend them. They can be a little pricey but I will only trust them to get my car worked on. It's worth it.

Very informative and detailed inspection of my vehicle. Fixed my cars over heating problem. They don't do any work until you ok the repair which was very helpful.

I took my car there for the yearly inspection. I was able to get an appt early the next morning. I arrived a little early & they took my car in immediately. Both gentlemen were very courteous, friendly & professional. I will definitely use their services again.

Best customer service by Arnie Martinez Jr. We came there for inspection and got it done within 15 minutes. If you are looking for inspection here- take appointment and arrive during 8-10 am. For other services i feel like prices are slightly high according to my budget, but their services are worthy. Will definately go again and recommend others too. -

I can't explain how much I appreciate their service besides being super friendly they really go the extra mile trying to help you find whatever it is wrong with your car and and they make you feel like you're in control when it comes to the repairs that need to be done to it they'll call you every time there's something is is different or something changes they call you and ask you know if you want to proceed or if you want to do something else or if you want to pick up your car if you change your mind I mean they really consider you and respect you as a customer. I recommend their service to anybody that is stuck with car trouble I mean they're the right people for the job and there will be no hidden nothing . If they don't they're not pushing about making a decision leave it totally up to you but once again I recommend it 100%.
