This is the worse please to purchase a vehicle, first I purchase a f250 for 67k only work for a week and stop working, they did not want to fix so they offered me to trade it in for another one but now at 81k and make me purchase a 4k extended warranty, six months later I started having problems and took it to Hacienda ford in Edinburgh to get checked but warranty will not cover a $ 2300 repair, so I decide to cancel the warranty back in march, we are already in December and still I can not get credit for it, according to Finance manager David, he send paperwork to cancel and I have to wait two months for refund and still waiting

Twice in have set up appointments for my vehichle to be serviced just to be told it is going to take two days to get my vehicle back. Why set appointments id you arent going to be working on it at that date and time. Something as simple as an oil change should not take two days to complete.

My wife and I just bought our first vehicle, a 2019 Toyota Highlander. Kevin Wolter was awesome, very patient with us, especially in this Valley heat. Showed us every vehicle we wanted, even in two locations (Edinburg and Mission). Didn't try to pressure us into buying at any moment. Would definitely recommend Kevin Wolter from Payne Preowned Edinburg.Sergio Gonzalez also worked his magic to help seal the deal, both men were very professional.

Overall it was good. Amanda and Sergio have extremely nice customer service... Was disappointed with the GM though because he didn't schedule a detail for my car or set up an appt for my trunk when it came defected.

Went to purchase a vehicle atPayne pre owned, decided to go to an established dealership with the notion of being treated with value and respect as anyone would expect from such a renowned company, however I got pressured into signing a GAP INSURANCE in order to get a copy of my carfax. After reviewing the report I quickly realized The manager had shown me and my wife a fake copy November 16 ceaser showed us a carfax that stated the SUV had only one owner, no vehicle damages or malfunctions. In the car fax it states that it is a Lemon car and salvaged tittle. I got ushered out of the office with a feeling of being done wrongfully the vehicle has turned off on my wife while with my 2 children inside. I do not feel safe driving the vehicle I have requested to speak or receive more information however the managers voice mail always seems to answer my call. I got threatened to get my loan declined and vehicle repossessed if I didn't sign the GAP INSURANCE. for my first time getting a vehicle I am very much dissatisfied and feel unsafe driving the vehicle I've recorded the engine shutting off while in motion and 2 other occasions. I've called several times and get nowhere can anyone in the Payne automotive industry give me some more information regarding my current situation @ PAYNE PRE OWNED IN EDINBURG TX

Got a notice from this dealership today with a scratch off with three gold bars saying that I won a gladiator truck a 72 inch tv or a lottery ticket. Went to the dealership not expecting anything. When I talked to the salesman I won the lottery ticket which they were out of. Lol.

Terrible service once they sell you a vehicle and then you want to validate the guarantee, they ignore it and they don't even answer the calls, I'm not going back there, think about it twice before going there
