So it may have cost more, but the staff were fun (but professional!) and helpful. My son and I were able to stay in the car. Staff made recommendations to a few items during the oil change, but in no way did I feel pressured to add services. I did upgrade and request more items due to them being so nice and professional. We will be back here for sure. Quality over quantity! Thank you guys!

Full service on oil change was quick and easy. Staff was very attentive and professional. And the price was very reasonable. Amanda and her boss were really nice and Knowledgeable. Will be coming back for the next one for sure.

The best work I had done yesterday to my truck. Joe, Amanda & another staff member did the best oil change and I have been taking all my cars and trucks there to change the oil for close to a decade & I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else, but there. Great job guys like alway. In and out fast, professional and very trust worthy. Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love that u get to stay in ur vehicle! And the guy was very helpful as to educate on what to look for and what not to do next time. They fill ur tires as well as wash ur windshield as u wait in the comfort of ur vehicle. The place I used to go to is 10-15 dollars more than this place as it s way better in customer service. Highly recommend this place! I went to the one on Jackson in Edinburg Tx.

My experience was positive and I m not a fake account. Went on a Thursday to get an oil change and inspection. They had a few other customers already but got me in. They were nice and got the job done.They suggested services that my vehicle could use but weren t pushy. The price was better than going to Walmart.

$130 for oil change inspection and a engine additive. Significantly more expensive than any other business I ve been to. Then I saw that the oil listed on the sticker was a higher viscosity than what is normally used and then asked about it and was told that it s the recommended oil. Looked for myself and saw that it is not the recommended oil, in fact many mechanics warn that this viscosity will cause engine ware in this vehicle. The crew was quick and friendly but I don t recommend it for the price and the simple errors.

Everyone was extremely professional and attentive. Manager and employees are very knowledgeable and skilled to give advice on products. Very cool and friendly people. They get the job done! I went in for an inspection and right away they acknowledged my presence once I pulled up. Walked up to my car and let me know I could chill in the waiting room. Made me feel like home. Over all it was great experience.

The BEST and most efficient team I have experienced when it comes to Customer Service and providing the upmost support for your vehicle. Highly recommend you have Mr.Jose the manager and his team service your vehicle and wanted to thank Amanda for doing a double check up on my vehicle as well. I stopped by today to get an inspection. Jose was really professional and friendly. There was a lot of cars but he took the time to greet me and told me they'd be with me soon. Great experience. They even gave me a coupon for $15 dollars of an oil change It was my first time coming to Oil Changers but will definitely be back again.

If I could give 10 stars I personally would. I have been going to this location for a year now and they are so helpful. Whenever I go for my oil change they tend to also inform me whenever they see something else wrong with my car I had a gasket leak and whatnot and I didn't even know but thanks to them I can get that checked in before my whole motor went bad thanks to joe , Julio Amanda and Evelio and the manager and their sense of humor (in a professional way ) I felt valued . 100% RECOMMEND IT IS WORTH EVERY CENT. I went in for an inspection for my suv. A man came out and told me my vehicle is missing 4 lugnuts. I was baffled because I know all my lugnuts are there. This man said he was the manager and that made it even more embarrassing.If he took the time to squat down to inspect the wheels he would see I have wheel locks. They look different. I have the adapter to remove and fasten the wheel lock back on.It comes as no surprise the man was overweight so of course, he didn't squat down to check. It's a scientific fact, obese people are lazier than thinner folks. I'm never going back to this place. Their computer is always down as well.Please hire competent staff that actually know what they're doing.

I came in for an oil change and let them know my MPG had been off lately. They recommended a fuel injection service which cleans out injectors spark plugs etc. And since then my MPG has been phenomenal! Thank you so much Amanda & Julio!
