I can't thank this team enough for getting my dream vehicle overhauled. They fixed all my mechanical problems (it needed a lot of work), painted the problem areas, and restored the rest of the paint job. This is truly the one-stop shop! You can trust the front office, mechanics, and owners Ruben y Ruben. They sure do live up to their name "Integrity". You don't have to worry about being taken advantage of with this shop. They keep you informed and will give you their honest recommendation on repairs. I'm so glad I made the choice to leave my Chevy Silverado SS with Integrity Auto Repair. Thank you again, Integrity!

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my vehicle to Integrity Auto for repairs, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results! Their professionalism was evident from the moment I walked in, and they handled the repairs with utmost care and expertise. Not only did they flawlessly repair my transmission, but they also expertly mounted my engine and swiftly swapped out the AC unit. What truly stood out was their impeccable timing they completed the entire job efficiently without sacrificing quality. This place is incredible they have all the new state of the art diagnostic equipment. The owner went all out with this shop, I took a tour, and it was CLEAN, which means a lot. It shows a level of professionalism that you expect from ASE certified mechanics. A clean and organized shop is exactly where you want to take your high-end vehicle. They amazed me with the front-end and rear-end suspension work and alignment they did on my Chrysler 300 limited it handles like a dream. The first person you'll meet when you walk through the door at Integrity is Johnny he has gone above and beyond to work with my extended warranty to cover most of my repairs. THE NAME SAYS IT ALL INTEGRITY. I trust this team with my pride and joy, and so will you give them a call and ask for Johnny.

These guys are the real deal. I took my Camaro SS for an engine tear down after another shop did a poor job at trying to install a cam and ended up close to ruining the engine. They ended up rebuilding the engine and kept me updated throughout the whole process going as far as sending me pictures of the damages and arranging towing services to a local tuner for the cam upgrade. A few months later and I haven t had any problems with the car. I ended up taking it again for a different issue I was having with the steering. Car runs great now. They re my go to shop from now on, they get it right the first time.

This is not your normal auto repair shop!They go above and beyond for their clients!The service writers and technicians are patient, passionate, informed, and very knowledgeable! They take their time explaining what s going on and what needs to be done.I take both my commercial units and personal vehicles to this location and have not had any issues. Repairs are done in a timely manner and done right the first time.If you re considering bringing your vehicle here, do it! You won t regret it! It s definitely a pleasant experience!

Been dealing with Johnny for several years. And now that he's a part of the Integrity Auto Family, we have transitioned our vehicle repairs to Integrity. It's comforting knowing that the people you are dealing with are ethical and professional. I met a few of the technicians when I dropped off my truck and was extremely happy with the staff, facility and their attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Amazing service!! We were attended by Joe and Josh, great guys, they were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole inspection process, they even gave us the heads up about a promotion they had on oil change. :) 100% recommend it here the vibe inside is real nice too they make you feel at home while you wait. Very clean and they also provide coffee and water!

Integrity is the perfect word for this place. These guys are honest and incredibly helpful. When the dealership fails and leaves you feeling cheated, these guys come in and make you feel secure and safe! Highly recommend, especially to ladies with little car knowledge who would be scared to be taken advantage of!

5 star rating still isn t enough. After multiple shops turning me down to do a long tube header install on my 14 ford raptor I found integrity auto. Great customer service and a very knowledgeable staff. Johnny took care of me. Always explaining what was going on in great detail to make sure I knew what was going on. We ran into a few broken bolts which I expected and a part that was done backwards from the manufacturer. He explained each process on how they would tackle the job and reassured me they would get it down and to not worry. They delivered flawlessly. Definitely worth the hour drive from me and now my go to shop for any work on my vehicles. Thank you to everyone at integrity auto.

Best experience ever! Fast AND great service! Two issues with my vehicle and they were a great help with the diagnosis! Had to go back a second time because a part had to be ordered, but they fixed it within a few hours of my appointment so I didn't stay without a vehicle too long!! Definitely recommend!!They even offered me a taco By the way, GO NINERSSSSS!!

Earlier this week I was able to stop by Integrity auto repair for an oil change during lunch. On top of the awesome customer service they have, they also have this killer VIP Lounge to take advantage of while you wait. I won t say who won! I received exceptional service from the staff at Integrity Auto. They are very professional. I was treated with the utmost respect, and the service to my car was superb. I've dealt with multiple dealerships, and their service is not comparable. I will never go to a dealership again. This review is way overdue, but I'm glad to say my car has been running better than before. Thank you, integrity!

These guys are very professional and I was able to completely trust these guys with the services that I had requested. This place has a nice waiting room area, with a bathroom just in case you need to stick around for a service for your car. I had set up an appointment for an oil change and I was seen at my scheduled time. My vehicle was done with the required service and I wasn't hassled for any extra repair work. I will definitely be coming here again for any more car services.

So my check engine light came on and I was limited on the time that I could be without my truck. I called Integrity Auto repair and spoke with Johnny, I told him I needed my truck asap as I was going to be leaving out of town for work this weekend. He was very understanding and told me to take it in and he would have an update on the issue as soon as possible. Let s just say I took in On Tuesday afternoon and got it back today Thursday. I am very pleased with the whole process as he kept me updated all the way. Will most definitely keep them for my auto repair needs.

Excellent customer service!!!! I had my car there for 2 months because parts were back ordered but Joe always kept me posted. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Did his due diligence very well. All the workers were kind and friendly. Overall I highly recommend Integrity Auto.

My son and daughter-in-law loaned me their Mercedes C-300 for a cross country trip, not knowing batteries were low. Integrity replaced and reset everything so the car is running safe and smooth. Thank-you to all the J's and Tom & Dana.

I would like to express my gratitude to Integrity Auto Repair's staff for their superb work replacing my transmission. This is not your typical body shop I felt like every customer is given priority. First, I had my Infinity towed from the dealership to their shop for free, and they promptly diagnosed my car. The following day, without ever going into their shop, I got all the information I needed. I was very concerned about the procedure because I thought my car would be in the shop for several weeks. Johnny was a big help in keeping me updated on the transmission installation process. When my car was all set, I met the technician who had worked on the vehicle, and he addressed any questions I had at the time. After that, I met one of the owners, who gave me a more thorough explanation of the entire process. I'm pleased to have at last found a shop I can rely on. Thank You!

If you want the best service Integrity is the only way to go! Their customer service is excellent! The technicians are very knowledgeable & found the problem to my jeep right away! Got my vehicle that same day! They have comfortable chairs in the lobby and fresh coffee while we wait. The environment is family friendly. My experience at the E. Canton location of Integrity Auto Repair was excellent. I came in for a state inspection and was out of there in a very short period of time. Johnny was quick on getting everything set for my car to get inspected. My inspection was done fast and thoroughly by Valentin, and I also got my new windshield wipers installed. I was very pleased with the service. Integrity Auto Repair has definitely gained a new customer.

Johnny and the rest of the guys are top-notch experts. I had to take my wife's Mini Cooper for a Gas Flap repair, and they fixed it in no time. It took longer for the part to arrive (due to it being a MINI COOPER!) than for them to fix it. The guys were all very courteous and professional. They answered every question I had, and I will keep them in mind should I need any repairs in the future.

This place is awesome! I have been there a couple of time for different vehicles and they have taken care of me every time. I am amazed at the high quality of work they have there and have saved me so much money vs taking my vehicle to a dealership. Dealership wanted to charge me $1,200 for a service and they took care of it for less than half the price and even went above and beyond on fixing other things. Their name says it all! Great Prices, Great Customer Service! Highly recommend them! Ask for Johnny he will take great care of you!

Great experience. Installed Swift lowering springs on my civic SI. Johnny was very helpful throughout the process. Control arms were needed to get a good wheel alignment afterwards and parts were ordered for install.

So had a cam phaser and timing chain job done with warranty here and I ve never been more satisfied with how they handled the whole process of getting everything done with the warranty and keeping me informed of any updates and how the process was going if you ever need any mechanical work done warranty or not this is the place to take it highly recommend them. They did a great job and will always take my vehicle there. Thank you guys at integrity for your work.

After going to several mechanics for years now, I'm glad I have finally found a shop that I can trust! The technicians know exactly what they are doing and waisted no time in telling me what the problem was. They constantly updated me with the progress of my vehicle. With the holidays coming up I was pleased to know they have financing plans available if needed. Got my vehicle fixed quickly and correctly just In time for our getaway.

It s never fun when you have to bring your vehicle in for repairs, but the people at Integrity Auto made you feel right at home. They took care of my every need and did whatever they could to help me out. Johnny was very kind and courteous and made me feel like family. I highly recommend Integrity Auto Repair.
