Company did an amazing job fixing my Nissan Versa after a collision. Ive gotten great compliments on the work they did. Alexis in front desk and Leo who was in charge of my vehicle were great, very professional and easy to talk too. Always kept me updated with the process and job was done quickly. Definitely recommend!

The repair work that they did was awesome.. Can't even tell it had been damaged. Very happy. Only thing was after we picked up the car we noticed that the hood was moving. Pulled over and checked it wasn't latched properly. Not sure why they would have even opened it. The repair was on the driver's rear. Thankfully all worked out.

I took my 2023 F150 to Hacienda Collision after my accident and I wasn t disappointed. I was afraid due to my truck being a new color. Hacienda made sure to ensure that they pushed the insurance company put out on their side. Jason did an awesome job and love the lifetime warranty

I took my SUV Cadillac to La Hacienda collision center for repairs and it was a very pleasant experience, the staff was very courteous and helpful, my car was ready the same day . Thank you for a job well done.

Bad service bad customer service, bad manage r. Vehicle took to long for the repairs Jason said vehicle would be ready by a certain date and wasn't. Jason didn't bother to call to let me why vehicle was not ready. I had to call and Jason didn't even bother to talk my call. Manager was the same he never returned my calls was never available. Worst experience I had

We were so impressed with the work done to our Bronco. My husband thought it was a brand new Bronco when he picked it up. Then, he realized that it was ours when he saw license plates. Also, the date they told us it would be ready was never changed!Thank you so much!!

The service Department wouldn t return calls and neither would the Hacienda Ford administration. GM wouldn t talk to me and I was told he had no time to do so. I do not recommend.Hacienda Ford to anyone

Set an appointment for me a week after I called and kept my vehicle for 4 days without even touching it! No status on my vehicle even after I would call 3-4 times a day. Finally after 4 days I can get through to my service attendant and he says that nobody has looked at my vehicle in 4 days and didn t mind if I picked it up there and then. Proceeded to lie to my face when I arrive and say nothing was wrong with my car after he mentions nobody looked at my vehicle on the phone. Never going back to this Service department.Service: Auto maintenance

After an accident, took my car here for repairs. While fixing my vehicle they broke one of my brake light assembly and did not replace it.PLEASE avoid this establishment!!!!

It's astounding how inept the employees are here in the service department for Hacienda Ford. You're in luck if they answer the phone. Their manager Eric is a ghost and is never around. My vehicle was taken here after being in collision and stayed A WEEK without being looked at, because Viviana was out for a week! How in the world is that my problem? The world stops because Viviana is gone? Bunch of buffoons working in service. DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT The 2 times they answered this was their question: is your vehicle here in service? No, I just like calling random places to mess with people.It starts at the top and if management doesn't care what is their to expect from their employees who are no better.
