Highly recommended! I had a great experience buying a new vehicle from Hacienda Ford. My salesperson, Eric Carrizales as well as the manger who helped with the process, were very fair and they were willing to listen and negotiate a good deal that made sense for both of us. I am very happy with my 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor. Thanks Eric and thanks Hacienda Ford for a good and seamless buying experience.

Battery on my Honda Pilot went dead after a sound of rapid clicks, which had me thinking alternator. Turns out when the battery is dead the car cannot be placed in Park without dismantling a great deal of the engine compartment. I couldn't get it out of my garage to merely jump it and take it someplace.Went to Quick Lane and they gave me a number for their mobile service. Jesse and Peter showed up, determined the battery was completely dead, replaced the battery and did all this from the interior of my garage. Other small details of course, but the overall assessment it that it was extraordinarily convenient and Jesse and Peter, in addition to being very friendly and professional, did an excellent job. Wish to thank everyone for their help and assistance getting this resolved quickly and conveniently.

I purchased a 2023 Mustang Mach-E from Hacienda Ford and it was overall a great experience. I felt very supported by Jennyfer and was able to ask all the questions I had about buying an EV. They gave me an incredible trade in value for my old Buick and low interest rate to finance the new car. I also loved that I got to partner with women at the dealership - no sexist males trying to talk to my husband instead of to me. (Ladies, I know you know what I'm talking about!) Additionally, I am deaf and found Jennyfer to be incredible at navigating that.I usually hate the "upsell" of warranties at dealerships, but Colema explained to me what the options were without being pushy. I am really glad she did, because I ended up taking the windshield policy and needed it the next day when a stone chipped and cracked it. (If you live in South Texas, get the windshield policy - you will use it!!!)The only very small negative is that I was told the process would take 15-20 minutes, and I was stuck there for almost three hours after that. Is that a deal breaker? No, but I wish the time commitment needed of me had been more accurately communicated as I had to take a half day of PTO due to being stuck at the dealership so much longer than I was told.Edit: updating after I had to return the car after less than six weeks due to a serious roof leak. Took a week to repair and when I got the car back there was damage done to things inside the vehicle and items missing. I m really unhappy with the quality of care shown to my property.

The Quick Lane at Hacienda Ford took care of my oil change and routine service in a timely manner. The customer service was an A+ and the lobby was clean, cool, and stocked with refreshments for quests. The attendant was also able to help me order a new windshield that was covered by the warranty.

For the repairs of my vehicle it was a great experience working with the folks down at Hacienda Ford Collision in Edinburg. The communication from Gene and Priscila as far as the process and the evaluation of the damages on the vehicle was excellent. I received periodic updates via text message regarding the progress of my vehicle throughout the process. Gene was also very helpful in informing me what damages my vehicle had and what would be replaced as well as the estimated time for repairs. The repairs to my vehicle were done in less than a week and my car looks excellent. When I went to pickup my vehicle, Gene took me to my vehicle which had been washed, cleaned and polished. He pointed out the items that had been replaced. Overall the customer service was great as all the employees that I interacted with treated me kindly and professionally. Breana at the front office also assisted me very well and handed me my keys and paperwork. I recommend Hacienda Ford Collision and their great staff to get your vehicle damages repaired. They will gladly assist you with the process and any questions that you have. Thank you !

This place is absolutely awesome. I needed to take my vehicle in for service and I scheduled an appointment in advance. The day prior I received a call to confirm my appointment and ask me if I was interested in complementary pick up and drop off, as a mom to a newborn baby this was such a relief to me. A super nice young lady named Leslie was at my house at 7:45 am to pick up my suv. Thank you all for your great service, wouldn t go anywhere else.

I took my vehicle in for a loud clunking sound which appeared to be coming from the front end of my truck. Hacienda's service team was quick to assist with the problem and found it to be a bad sway bar. I am greatly appreciative of their professionalism and responsiveness to identifying the problem and addressing it, and then delivering my truck at my place of employment. Was lied to twice. The last time, they got my hopes up high. Even after I specifically asked them if they were sure the truck was ready for sale. They said yes. Got there in about 40 minutes and they had sold it to somebody else. No honor. Alex Pena is the one that took care of my family. The truck was for my elderly father. I am glad I didn't tell him too or else he would have been disappointed as much as I was or even more. Bad service. Maybe other salesmen will treat you better but steer away from that Alex Pena.

My wife and I had just realized that our F150 was really not the most practical vehicle for us anymore. We were in the early stages of searching for a more practical vehicle. We found the vehicle that met our needs at a reasonable price at Hacienda Ford. I told the sales person what I thought would be the perfect deal, after a short time he presented an offer very close to my thoughts, bingo we had a deal. There was no running back and forth to the sales Mgr to keep presenting ever lower offers until we got to an offer I could accept. I appreciate the fact there were no games being played. The only problem with the whole process is the time it takes to get through all the paperwork. I guess computers aren't necessarily faster. If the service dept is as good as the sales dept I will have found a new favorite dealership.

I can't even tell where the damage was before at all. It looks like new. Went over by 2 days on the expected time of completion, so the timing was good. Excellent job! I mostly interacted with Priscilla and Gene, but also thank you to everyone else that was involved.

They came out to make keys for my vehicle. One of the keys was no good so they came back the next day with no extra charge. And they have a fair price it was under $80 to come out twice.

A 16 hr job took 13days. They had no loaner vehicle, when I called to check on my vehicle I was told Chris will call me back. Then I called in and was told oh he has jury duty for a week. Viviana attempted to help but seemed her hands were tied with the ridiculous shop. I got my truck back and it was filthy as if it sat outside for a week shocker. Terrible!!!

I have always received good service from Hacienda Ford. The staff is very friendly and courteous. My latest visit I tried Ford's pickup and delivery service and I was very happy with it. It was easy to schedule using the Ford app and they would send text messages to keep me updated about my vehicle. The service helped me a lot with my busy schedule that I didn't need to take time off from work to have my car serviced. Thank you Hacienda Ford

On July 1st 2023 Bronco was purchased General Manager seemed nice, salesman at the time was Enrique, who stated that the vehicle came with a paint protection coating (elite appearance protection) and that it was an additional $799.00. I assumed he was telling the truth and after vehicle was purchased i reviewed documentation that I signed and it stated that the Elite Appearance protection was optional. Salesman clearly conducted fraud.On September 11th I left my vehicle at hacienda for them to review paint defects, the paint defects were on hood under clear coat and overspray on several panels of the Bronco. I tried calling multiple times and had issues communicating with service dept.On Friday October 6th I arrived at hacienda Ford @ approximately 4:45pm. I spoke with service manager Eric Gonzalez. I told Eric the situation about my bronco being there and I wanted to check the status of my bronco. he replied that my Bronco had been picked up by me a few weeks back. I looked at him and said umm it s not possible and the vehicle is was right outside. he mentioned that the ticket had been closed out and that they weren t aware that I had not picked up the bronco. I became irate and began to explain to him how they had my bronco for almost 1 whole month and that they had not done any work to it. I also stated that the bronco had been parked where there s a lot of traffic and that i don t even park in crowded parking lots for fear of door dings. He responded well you can take it if you want basically trying to kick me Out. I said seriously you have had my vehicle for almost a month and that Ford had given the green light for the paint repair to begin.. I told him to keep working on the bronco, some other associate within service then told me he would move the bronco to back and away from people that can cause any door dings. Eric Gonzalez then gave me his card and got my information and said he would call me first thing in the morning to update me on Bronco. Eric Gonzalez did not call me on Saturday nor did he reply to my text message I spoke to Jason who works in the collision dept, regarding my bronco. he informed me that they will begin working on the broncos paint that ford had given the approval. Jason seemed nice over the phone.Today 10/27 Jason mentioned that the bronco had been repainted, but all they were lacking was the front hood wildtrak decal. I asked if they can not install the decal today can they cut me a check for what the decal was worth that I really wanted to enjoy my bronco as it has almost been 2 months of it being in their possession. Jason couldn t provide me an answer and redirected me to Vivian who stated that my bronco would be ready this coming Monday, October 30th. I mentioned to Vivian that if they knew my bronco was going to get the hood repainted wouldn t have made sense to have ordered the decal before getting started with the paint job, she did not respond to that statement only stating that the bronco would be ready Monday. Since this vehicle has been in the shop I have made two $1200 payments for the bronco plus insurance which puts me at slightly under $3k in payments, this has been the worst auto experience of my life. I am only posting this because I feel like nobody should ever have to go thru what I went thru.

I was not even aware that the mobile service was available and complementary. I love that Daniel was able to accomodate us on a Saturday. He came to our location (an event that we were attending) and took care of two recalls in 20 minutes. Greatly appreciate this service. Great job Daniel, we highly recommend you!

The Hacienda service team is stellar in diagnostics and identifying a rogue dashboard engine error light on my 20 year old Thunderbird. Curbside pickup and delivery only add to the ease of getting service. My only criticism is the service advisors' ability to communicate effectively. Multiple phone calls and voice and text messages have gone unanswered in addressing simple questions and queries about the diagnostic and repair process, only increasing this customer's frustration level.

There was a delay on parts & poor communication with first service advisor. I Was getting little disappointed , since I buy & service my vehicles there. Luckily new advisor stepped in and took care of issue right away. After that everything went pretty smooth. I will definitely continue to use them

I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer from Hacienda Ford with the expectation of reliability, especially as a single parent and sole vehicle owner. However, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. In November 2022, I encountered a concerning noise from my vehicle. It turned out to be a cracked rear left shock - a significant issue for a fairly new car. This repair was crucial for my family's safety and mobility.Fast forward to November 2023, and the same alarming noise reappeared. I promptly brought my vehicle in at 8 am on a Thursday, expecting prompt and efficient service. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by negligence and a lack of communication. My car was not even looked at until after the weekend, and the only contact I had was from a salesperson who feigned concern only to attempt to sell me a new vehicle. This was not only unhelpful but also felt like a blatant disregard for my current predicament.The situation worsened when I was informed that the noise could not be diagnosed due to rain, which seemed implausible given the loudness of the sound. Further, when they finally acknowledged the issue, I was informed of a deadline related to the warranty that added unnecessary pressure. This entire ordeal has left me without a reliable vehicle, struggling to manage transportation for work and my children's activities.I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by Hacienda Ford. Their lack of urgency, poor communication, and apparent disinterest in resolving my vehicle's issues effectively have caused significant inconvenience and stress. I expected much better service, especially considering the reputation of Ford and the premium paid for a new vehicle. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in Hacienda Ford and Ford vehicles overall.
