Sometimes they don't have milk for coffee. For everything else I have no complaints. Emily, Jesse and the mechanics are awesome.

Emely s professionalism and rapport with customers, not just with me, is amazing. She greets customers by their name as they return to pick up their cars. She explains what was done and what needs to be done to the vehicles. I m not certain if she s the general manager, but if not, she should be.

After I struggled for over a month trying to get my vehicle repaired at different repair shop, Jesse and Juan at this Firestone saved the day! The service advisor Jesse always provides excellent service and is very trustworthy. He helped me throughout the entire process of having my vehicle repaired. Also, the technician Juan provided great service and did an excellent job replacing my A/C compressor. I'm so grateful for their expertise and the excellent service they provided. Thank you gentleman!

I dont understand why removing my front bumper they are charging me 980 just to remove it and get access to the radiator.And the radiator 600 when most shops the radiator is 400..This is a big red flag,never trusting them with my car again..Something aint right...One less customer.

A few years ago, they told me they could replace my battery (bmw). So I towed my car there, and they told me it would be ready before the day was over. At closing time, they called and said they couldn't do it. Never again.

Although I did not have any services done at this location, I called to inquire about replacing a part and the longest duration they've kept a vehicle for maintenance. Despite being told that the time frame varies, I was hoping for a ballpark estimate. Additionally, I learned that their diagnostic check costs $115, can take 1-3 hours, and it's necessary for them to guarantee that the vehicle will be fixed. On a positive note, I was informed that all parts are in-house. However, when I asked about pricing, I was again told that it varies, which was somewhat frustrating. Overall, while I appreciate the staff's willingness to help, the lack of specific information made it difficult for me to make a decision about using their services.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!I was in the day before hoping to walk in and get my oil changed in my rental vehicle. They were pretty slammed so I made an appointment at 8:00am the next day. I showed up at 7:40am hoping to be in and out quickly, since I only needed an oil change. It took them nearly TWO HOURS just to pull my car into the bay, and to top things off I was the ONLY customer waiting in their lobby! I'm a patient person, so I said to myself that at least they're going to get it done quickly now. They had one person take their sweet time rotating every tire (rental company policy...) and then it took this person 30 minutes just to drain the oil from the car, all while the manager and another mechanic stood and talked 5 feet away. I feel they finally realized I had grown impatient when I was standing at the door to the bay watching as nobody was working on my car. When all was said and done, I was at their shop for THREE HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE! Not once did they apologize for the ridiculous wait or make an attempt to move faster than a snail's pace.What they don't know is that I'm in charge of 13 long term rental vehicles that all must be serviced through a Firestone shop. I've instructed every one of my employees to visit other shops and not go through the terrible service I experienced here.Service: Oil change

I came in for a state inspection by myself and was told about 1 hour because their were people in front of me. Which I understood because the couple in line in front of me were also there for an inspection. So I sat down to wait, not 30 minutes later they called the couple that was in front of me to cash them out. They still didn't call me, So I waited. They called a couple that had been there waiting before me, no problem. After 2 hours of waiting I went up front to ask seeing how I was the only one waiting and people were coming in to pick up vehicles. They had put the paperwork on the very bottom of the stack and still had not even checked it. The manager blamed it on one of his workers when he is the one who had originally helped me. Still wasn't able to get inspection do to a 3rd brake light that wasn't working properly quoted me $14 in labor to replace a light bulb. Also told me that my valve covers gaskets were leaking and quotes 1400 in labor to remove and replace. Never going back, and I don't recommend them unless your a man.

Took my 2010 ford f150...got tired of bouncing in south Texas roads....had the life time alignment on file and drove off in a great ride. Fantastic trip home smoother even though the roads are still under constriction...thanks Firestone.great job and super fast.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I know that's something commonly said, but they really were. My car is my baby and the staff at this location catered to my special requests. After they checked my alignment and noticed it didn't really require adjustments, they called me before finalizing the service to give me opportunity to opt out of the service and avoid paying for it. Clearly they were looking out for me as the customer, where other companies might've just charged me right off the bat without providing this gesture of good faith.I'm glad I opted for the lifetime alignment service, because I'll definitely return to this place.The only reason why I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is because when I called before being a walk-in, the lady at the front desk told me there was only one car ahead of me. I dropped my car off, grabbed some breakfast, and came back and inquired about the progress. The gentleman who was now there told me they were finishing a car up (the one that was before mine), then there was another one that was by appointment, and then mine. I know I was a walk-in and appointments supercede walk-ins, but I was told my car would be next in line, which was incorrect information and added about an hour of wait time.

I went here hoping they'd find the issue on my vehicle that I've been having. I dropped off my car for about 5 hours, just so they can tell me nothing is wrong with it. Couldn't even tell me why the noise was coming from the car, but still charged me for the $9.99 inspection. Took it to a small tire shop nearby so they can check it and within 5 minutes they diagnosed the issue and didn't even charge me to find out what it was. In fact they helped me understand why it was that issue with the vehicle. I took my car in for the suspension and get a call that my tire is leaking air. A tire I just bought and installed about 7 months ago. I barely drove the car 600 miles since I got the tire. Some how it needed work already. I drove here with no tire pressure light, some how left with a tire pressure light. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you need suspension or tire servicing.Service: Tires

Terrible customer service. Fat butch lady with the crazy eye was extremely rude and not willing to help or give any information. Made me feel as I was bothering HER when I approached her at the counter. Would highly recommend using another location or different business in general.

Great service and helpful employees, but they were telling me something about my suspension wasn't right because they couldn't get it within specs on their alignment machine. Took it to a different business and they got it done right away

This Firestone is the BEST! A tiny kitten was trapped in my car and they told me to bring it in right away so they could help me. The staff was so friendly and understanding. Thank you so much Firestone the kitten is safe and healthy!

Requested a tire rotation and it didn t get done. Had to go back to wait another 30mins. Next they gave me my vehicle and said I was missing some pins on my breaks. Ummmmm, you guys are the ones who replaced my breaks? Waited another 45mins so they could purchase some down the road.Spent $350 + total shop time was 5 hours = I wasn t happy

Took my car in for an alignment didn't pass. They helped me by informing me what needs to be replaced. Was fast. Real fresh in building. Was watching Texans game while I waited. Kind of pricey though.

Jonny is the best at customer service. He remembered our last name from a purchase we made 2 months ago! He is very knowledgeable about everything! He will treat you right. Worth the time and money, for sure. We got 4 new all weather tires and an alignment in under 2 hrs.

Went in for an inspection and told i needed wipers to pass. Fine, i agreed i could have used newer ones. Once i pay im told there was a recall on my car having to do with emissions test. I have had my car for 1 1/2 years and not once had a problem with it, but just 3-4 days after i went to this place my car did not want to start. I researched the message on my car s dash and it turns out it has something to do with an emmissions test before starting the car that is not running therefore car does not start right up. Not blaming them but why didnt i have problems before i knew about the recall? Could it just be a big coincidence or?

Went to Firestone in Mcallen said they were backed up. Showed up to this one, and they were packed. Hugo is fast!! I had to get so much done to the car and I was out in 40 mins! I was so shocked cause you go anywhere and they take an hour or more. Amazing man. Coming here again and asking for him. Will be a regular.

Not only is this shop not practicing safe social distancing (having customers sit in the waiting room side by side waiting an hour or so for each car) so I decided to go the next day after being told to come when they open. So here I am the first customer there, upon opening the doors they decided to help the customer behind me who arrived 15 minutes after me. The clerk insisted that it didn t matter that I was first and if I Didn t understand I should just leave, arguing with me knowing the whole time that I was there first. That s the purpose of having a line. So then when he finally decided to help me he gives me a higher price for an oil change knowing that I would refuse to pay and end up leaving due to the high price. Usually when prices are illegitimately fluctuated that means somethings going on underhand. Shop at your own Risk!Ps* Was able to get my oil changed in 30 minutes at another shop instead of waiting an hour in a half

They are friendly. I went in for alignment check from previous purchase. They told me I needed parts they could fix about $200.00. I pick up my truck they tell me same price but they could not do it right?I went here because they said could do the job. They still charged me same price but did not complete the work! Disappointed they were confident when they were selling the service.

I just left the Edinburg Tx location and I am very upset. Yesterday, I was attended by a very helpful gentleman whose name I did not get, & I apologize if it sounds inappropriate, but he was a bit chunky with a buzzcut. I didn t have my insurance for the state inspection, so I said I would go back the next day. Now today, I stood there for more than 5minutes and there were two men inside. One was already helping a lady and the other one was just sitting there apparently looking like he was busy, but I m sure he was just clicking on the mouse to appear as if he were. I m sure they acknowledged me, but no one said they would help me or get someone to do so. Very upset because I need this done by today. Will not be recommending this place.

Bad experience, I went there so they could check my car and they told me if they fixed everything that "was bad" it would be 1000 dollars. I accepted but then decided to look for a cheaper way and the guy who was charging me kept trying to make me do it. He continued to insist and I said that I would do it if I didn't find any other way but he was mad about this and tried to convince time and time again. They ended up charging 40 dollars for exchanging the swipers which I never asked for. First time there, never going back. I ended up paying 160 dollars to a mechanic. Be wary about their prices
